Local Boss Review: Scam or Legit Lead Gen Money by Adam Davies?

You've probably seen an advert or a Local Boss review and are wondering if this is a legit way to make money online. I was asking the same thing so I thought I'd check it out.

Well, Local Boss is definitely not a scam. It provides legit training on how to use Facebook ads to create your own lead generation digital agency.

But is it really worth the price?

And is it really suited to what you want?

These are some of the questions I will help you answer in this honest Local Boss review. I do not promote the program in anyway and will receive no commission if you join. Therefore, I will show you the honest pros and cons so that you can make an informed decision for yourself.

What is Local Boss about?

Local Boss is a course that teaches people how to create their own digital lead generation business.

Adam Davies started the company in 2018 and has helped dozens of people to "break free from their employment". The training walks you through how to get "leads" for local businesses using Facebook ads. It also shows you how to get clients willing to pay you for this service and then how to automate and systemise your business.

The 3 minute video below gives you an insight into how it has helped different people...

So you may be getting pretty excited about how this can help you. But, you're probably still wondering...

Who is Adam Davies?

Adam claims he grew his local lead generation business to $56k a month. He's been on tons of different TV stations and has done very well at promoting Local Boss to different people, which is probably why you're here now!

Adam Davies- Is Local Boss a scam

His training produces multiple 7 figures of revenue each year and has become his main focus.

But a great sign for me is the fact Adam still uses these methods that he teaches. He still runs a lead generation digital agency using FB ads!

Looking to make passive income online without spending $1,000's?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a course and I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Local Boss Work?

Adam Davies' Local Boss is an online training company that helps online marketers grow a lead generation agency. You can watch the free training video on the local boss website to see if it's something that you are interested in.

However, before you enroll you need to schedule a call to see if you can "qualify" to become a student of the course.

So you would probably like to actually know what is...

Inside Local Boss

Adam claims that the training walks you step by step through how to build these Facebook ads that generate leads and also find clients that are more than happy to pay you for your services.

The training includes 6 main areas...

  1. The foundation
  2. Building your agency (build a website, taking payment over the phone etc.)
  3. Client attraction (building an email list and email campaigns, ways to close clients, case studies etc.)
  4. Facebook lead ad funnel (tracking ads, track leads, call tracking etc. using ClickFunnels)
  5. Offers and funnels for different niches (low, mid and high ticket niches e.g. coolsculpting or car dealerships)
  6. Facebook ads training (step by step & templates and "done for you" ads for certain niches)

The 11 minute video below is an absolute must watch if you have any interest in joining. It gives you a real inside look behind the scenes to what you will get from Adam himself...

There's a good chance this video will be taken down at some point so the main points are included in the text above.

Local Boss tools and resources

Here are some of the tools and resources that you get from the training...

  • Welcome pack templates
  • How to track sales
  • Email templates
  • Client reporting (weekly and monthly)
  • Private Facebook group

I can tell that the private Facebook group seems to be quite active from my research. This support will be absolutely crucial because you are guaranteed to get stuck or have questions about little things as you go if you are new to online marketing or trying any new strategy out.

How much does Local Boss cost?

Local Boss doesn't reveal how much the training costs. You will need to schedule a call before you can find out how much it will cost for you.

Often this means there is some wiggle room so do not just accept the price you are offered (paying all of it or more in advance will often give you a decent discount).

Normally, I can do some digging into peoples comments on YouTube or different review sites to find this out. However, this one was a tough cookie to crack!

However, just by comparing this to similar courses out there I would guess the price would be somewhere in the $5,000 region. I've even had the sales call for another very similar program and it would have cost $4,860 if I paid in one go.

So it's not likely it will be cheap, but please note I do not know what it is.

Local Boss monthly cost

The costs do not stop there though amigo!

To run a digital lead generation agency you will have monthly ongoing costs such as:

  • Email autoresponder - $19+ a month
  • Facebook ads - $200+ a month (eventually will be paid for by your clients, but you will certainly need to test some out)
  • Landing page & lead generation software - Clickfunnels is $97 a month
  • Tracking software- ClickMagick is at least $27 a month
  • Optional- website hosting and domain name (for your brand to attract or send clients to)- $10+ a month

Estimated monthly costs = $353.

Obviously the aim is to get clients to pay for this cost.

However, if you are totally new to this there is a pretty steep learning curve and you will likely need to allow at least $300 a month for ongoing costs of tools and testing.

Local Boss reviews online

I did some digging into different YouTube videos, other people's reviews and the Local Boss website. There were different opinions and thoughts on the Local Boss such as...

Common positive Local Boss reviews

  • I landed my first client within 2 weeks
  • Adam Davies is a great instructor and has so much knowledge
  • Legit business model to get quick results

Common negative Local Boss reviews

  • Only Facebook ads taught for generating leads
  • FB ads are becoming competitive with other similar courses
  • Hidden and expensive costs to start

Is Local Boss a scam?

Local Boss by Adam Davies is not a scam.

There is legit training and resources provided by the program. It's possible for people to use this information to make good money from a local lead generation agency.

However, is this the best way for you to make income online? Only you can decide, but I will do my best to help you make an informed decision in the rest of this Local Boss review...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased Local Boss myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

Don't want to spend $1,000's on a course? Check out how I make money online here!

Local Boss pros

Here are some of the things I really like about Local Boss...

#1 You can make BIG money quickly

It is possible to actually make a very decent income quickly using this method...

Local Boss review- Adam Davies results-min

If you are in a job that you really hate or really need to make money quickly, then a FB ads lead generation agency could be the best online business model to go down.

It's possible to land just a few of clients that are willing to pay you $1,000+ per month (as you can see in the screenshot above). If you put in the work then this is possible to do relatively quickly compared to other business models.

#2 Real success stories

Sometimes scams pay actors to leave "success stories" that are similar to the one below...

However, you can find tons of Local Boss success stories here.

There are just way too many for this to be fake or paid for...

There are hours worth of videos there and if you just watch a few of those viedos you can see that this really does work for a whole range of people. As long as you follow the training and put in the work, it is legit!

#3 Legit business model

Lead generation agencies have become increasingly popular in recent years.

It makes sense when you think about it... if a small business can pay some money to get more leads and make more money, then it's a no brainer, right?

If you can learn how to actually help people make money then that is a high income skill to learn...

#4 Use these skills for any business

The skills you will learn can be used for any business of any size. If you ever want to start your own physical business in the future these skills will also be super valuable.

However, it's not all rainbows and butterflies...

Local Boss cons

There are some serious downsides to joining Local Boss.

Some people find this out the hard way, but as long as you know this from the start you can be more equipped to deal with it...

#1 Hidden expensive price

I honestly have no idea how much this course costs. I did a lot of digging but I couldn't find anyone giving away the cost like I have for other programs.

The fact that the price is not shown anywhere online is always a bit of a red flag as it means it really could be anything!

But just to give you an example Job Killing by Dan Klein (another lead gen training) costs at least $4,860... and that was a discount.

How do I know?

I personally went through the whole sales call and seriously considered joining. But seeing as I was already making money online, I figured I needed to focus rather than spreading myself too thin.

You can also learn a lot of this information for free inside other courses like Facebook BluePrint (FB's own training). But you won't get the training on how to find leads and done for you templates.

I still really like the business model, but there are some other things I learnt from my research...

#2 Hidden monthly expenses

Look, if you follow the training and do the outreach, you'll get clients and they will cover your expenses.

But!...

There are additional monthly costs you need to be aware of as already mentioned.

Click funnels

You can see in Adams inside look video above that the training will teach you how to use ClickFunnels. That costs $97 a month by itself without accounting for a email autoresponder, or the ads themselves!

If you use credit to pay for the course you may get a nasty surprise when you actually join the training!

Simply put... the costs do not stop when you join the program!

#3 High pressure sales techniques

Like I say, courses like this that are not upfront about the costs to join are always a bit of a red flag.

The truth is they aim to get you on the phone so that you have to say "no" in person rather than just clicking the big fat X on your computer. It's proven that people find it much harder to say no to someone in person than online.

I do hope this call is actually to filter people out and that they turn people down that are not suited for the training (because everyone is definitely not suited for this). But that is very unlikely unfortunately!

#4 Relying on clients

The lead gen business model is legit and great if you need to replace your full time income relatively quickly.

But here's the big downside to me...

You are still reliant on clients.

It will take hard work to find good clients that pay you like you deserve and they can come and go at any time (... such as during a global pandemic!)

You need to keep reporting to them and effectively you're still working for someone else. There are other business models, such as affiliate marketing, that can help you generate income from hundreds or thousands of people. So if one person decides they do not want to pay you anymore, it hardly impacts the bottom line.

#5 Increasing competition

A huge red flag for me is how many of these types of lead gen and FB ads courses are coming out, such as...

There are other Lead generation courses more focused on using SEO too such as...

This is only scratching the surface but it just shows there are thousands of people learning the exact same techniques and fighting over very similar businesses. It may still work right now, but for how much longer will Facebook ads still be viable?

Ready to make passive income online without spending $1,000's?

I've created a growing passive income online with no marketing skills or online experience...

And I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

Make Time Online Income

My opinion - Local Boss

Here's what I think...

If you have a decent safety buffer saved in the bank and you're keen to get out of your 9-5 quickly, then the FB ads lead gen business model may be your best bet.

However, if you have no idea what online marketing is and have no marketing or sales experience, this is not going to be easy.

There's a very steep learning curve to learn the jargon (ads copywriting), how the tools work and actually finding and speaking to clients. If you are considering getting another credit card to pay for this and don't have any online marketing experience, then there are other ways that you can learn these skills for a fraction of the price.

That way you can see if this whole "online thing" suits you.

How I make passive income online

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

Once I learnt about it, it just seemed like a great way to make money and help people. So I tried to figure it out by myself... that got me nowhere fast.

Then I fell for some terrible online scams.

Eventually, I found a place that taught long-term proven strategies to build an online business with the tools & support needed. And it still took me some time to implement these strategies.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...

Mike PE teacher to Passive Income Online

If you want to discover how I did it then check out this video, which explains exactly how.

Top tips and tools from Aaron Chen

There were so many actionable and useful tips from Aaron in this chat. But here are some of the best ones mentioned including some of the tools we spoke about in the chat:

  • Solo ads- marketers sending people clicks, but the quality is often very low.
  • The 6 core principles- Knowledge, Tools, Action, Traffic, Testing, Money (check out Aaron's awesome video here to see this in more detail)
  • Using affiliate marketing using a sales funnel...
  • Capture page i.e. on a website or page builder like ClickFunnels or Leadpages
  • Use an email autoresponder (to offer something valuable for free and bring your reader into your "universe")
  • Tracker- use tracking software to see where your leads are coming from
  • Video converts very well on every platform now
  • Use a funnel builder to make more income from your traffic (see my "very professional" diagram I made during the chat below... that was sarcastic btw!)

Crowd1 Review: Scam or Legit Gaming MLM? [Honest review]

Someone has probably introduced you to Crowd1 as a legit opportunity to make money from home. But you're probably wondering is Crowd1 a scam?

They've managed to use some loopholes to make it seem like they are a legit MLM. But I will eat my hat if this company still exists in 5 years time. It seems like they are mainly targetting African nations but the truth is slowly coming out.

Still, you may not even care!

All you probably want to know is, "can Crowd1 help me make money?"

Well this honest Crowd1 review, with videos, will expose the truth about the company. That way you can make an informed decision if it's right for you or not.

Crowd1 Review

The overview and rankings

Name: Crowd1

Founder: Jonas Werner in 2019

Type: Gaming and Gambling MLM (and real estate training?!)

Products (Including Pricing): 1 out of 100

Crowd1-min

Success Stories: 1 out of 100

Price To Join MLM: $99-$2,499 (20 out of 100)

Crowd1 Pros

  • Gaining momentum

Crowd1 Cons

  • Unclear products/ services
  • Pyramid scheme in disguise
  • Complicated words and black hat sales techniques
  • CEO has a history of making big profit then crashing
  • The binary compensation plan

Summary: Crowd1 claims to "connect crowd marketing and online networking with online gaming".

In reality, it uses a couple of mobile game/ gambling apps and some random real estate training as the product to hide behind. This means they can operate this pyramid scheme in disguise without being called an outright scam.

The only way members make money is by recruiting more people into the company. And this is the definition of a pyramid scheme, which is impossible for everyone to make money as I will prove to you in this Crowd1 review.

Make Time Online Rating: 10 out of 100

Recommended: No. If you are looking for a legit way to make money online and build a passive income, then check out my top recommendation...

What is Crowd1?

Crowd1 is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that offers people exposure to the gambling industry... oh and it also provides some real estate education. Weird right?

It was founded in early 2019 by some Swedish guy called Jonas Werner, but he hides behind Johan von Holstein the CEO (who was quoted to claim that he wasn't the CEO only to write a letter 2 months later with his name as the companie's CEO... hmm fishy!)

If you've already tried to work out what the frick is going on with Crowd1 then here's the best video I could find to explain it...

Clear as mud, right?

Note the video was so bad it's been removed from YouTube. I still can't find anything any better than this so I'm leaving it here to see what I mean about the poor info about Crowd1!

Now, you're probably still wondering...

Is Crowd1 a pyramid scheme?

Technically no Crowd1 is not a pyramid scheme.

However the "training" and products they offer are hardly mentioned anywhere on the website or sales pages. This makes Crowd1 very similar to a pyramid scheme in disguse.

Let me explain what I mean by that...

What is a pyramid scheme?

A company that promises future payments to members for recruiting more people into the company rather than offering a product or service.

These are totally unsustainable and illegal in most countries.

Just look at the Wikipedia diagram below to see why...

Crowd1 does not provide any clear product or service.

In fact, it appears that the company operated for 10 months without any product or service and then as an after thought realised they needed to offer something. So they whacked in some gambling app (anyone can join a similar app for free) and some real estate crowd marketing "education" which it never explains anything about.

Just watch the 5 minute video below to see how to spot these pyramid schemes...

Success is rare with Crowd1

Success is hard to find inside any MLM company.

Did you know that between 72.5% and 99.9% of all MLM representatives lose money?

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

Crowd1 has no income disclosure statements like many MLM companies.

But I will show you later in this Crowd1 review why the business model that Crowd1 is operating is totally unsustainable.

Ready to make passive income online?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Crowd1 Work?

Crowd1 offers everyday people the chance to join Crowd1 and then make money by recruiting more people into the program.

They have some gambling and gaming apps but what is this "education" they keep talking about?...

Crowd1 products

So Grithub is where you can access this "training".

However, the website has literally zero information on it (other than some Tony Robbins and Richard Branson quotes)...

Crowd1 review- is Crowd1 a scam

The sole focus of this business model seems to be using "crowd marketing".

Crowd marketing is basically a sales technique by recommending something to a "crowd". The most common way you may see this is when a celebrity or social media "influencer" mentions a product or service to their audience.

It basically gets the message in front of a big crowd and can increase sales. But for me and you (aka the "average Joe") this method will take creating a lot of content (it could be YouTube, social media, blogging, podcasting etc.) before we can really use crowd marketing well.

Maybe it will teach you to do this sort of thing, but who knows. There really is no information anywhere about what the "education" is.

Crowd1 AffilGo & Miggster - flagship product

But there are also the 2 main platforms that keep getting mentioned by Crowd1:

  • AffilGo- the online gambling affiliate site
  • Miggster- online mobile games and social media game

The 1 minute video is Crowd1's way of explaining more about them...

Still clear as mud right?

Did you happen to notice the title claims that AffilGo is the "fastest growing affiliate network?

Well here is what Google Trends has to say about that (Clickbank is another generic affiliate network)...

Can you make money with Crowd1?

Yes, you can make money from Crowd1.

If you recruit tons of people into the company and pretend like it's the best thing since sliced bread you'll be able to make money.

But here's the issue...

How to make money with Crowd1

There's only one way to make money at Crowd1:

  • Recruit people into Crowd1

Most MLMs have some legit products such as protein shakes, makeup or shampoo such as:

The MLM members can usually make commission from selling these products.

However, the ONLY way you can make money from Crowd1 is by recruiting people to join Crowd1... there are no products or service that people can buy without joining Crowd1

You may think it's rare to see a MLM running without actually selling any real products. But here are some other MLMs that don't offer any product at all and only focus on recruiting (*cough* pyramid schemes *cough*):

How much does it cost to join Crowd1?

It costs between €99-€2,499 to join Crowd1. And there are 4 entry points:

  • White- €99
  • Black- €299
  • Gold- €799
  • Titanium- 2,499
Crowd1 review- Joining costs-min

Each level you join at gives you more options to make extra money from recruiting people.

Crowd1 compensation plan

Crowd1 uses a binary compensation plan (I'll explain this more later) and there are 6 ways that Crowd1 will pay you money for recruiting people:

  1. Affiliate bonus - earn €9-€900 for recruiting someone (depends on your rank and the package they buy... it's possible to get a 1:3 balance on your binary plan*)
  2. Matching bonus - 10% bonus on your personal recruits once you have  recruited at least 4 people (up to 5 levels deep- you need to recruit 20 people and buy the Titanium package to  get all 5 levels*)
  3. Streamline bonus - get paid "exclusive limited owner rights" for any recruited people after you join- you need to claim this once a week*
  4. Fear of loss bonus - €125 if you recruit 4 white, €375 if you recruit 4 black, €1,000 if you recruit 4 gold, €3,000 if you recruit 4 titanium within your first 14 days*
  5. Affiliate residual - commission from any money spent by your recruits inside the gambling and gaming platforms*
  6. Network levels - Move up the ranks for recruiting more people- get 100,000 binary points and get the luxury cruise* (but I'm guessing this didn't happen in May 2020 due to COVID-19)
Crowd1 review- compensation plan-min
Crowd1 pyramid scheme- joining costs-min

Do not worry if you are looking at all of that and thinking...

Whuh?!...

MLMs have a habit of using confusing terms and points systems to make it seem like there are tons of ways for you to make money.

Here's the simple truth...

You have to recruit people to make a penny.

*Just watch 7 minutes of the video below which explains the compensation plan in more detail (no need to watch it from 8 minutes onwards as it just shows you the cruise trip, how to pay and withdraw money, disclaimers and a sales pitch)...

Or you can find the full 33 page Crowd1 compensation plan here.

Is Crowd1 a scam?

Technically no, Crowd1 is not a scam.

They hide behind their "education" and gambling apps to make it seem like they are actually providing something.

However, there is no way for members to sell these services to people outside of Crowd1. The only way members can make money is by recruiting people and that makes Crowd1 very similar to a pyramid scheme scam.

The rest of this Crowd1 review will show you the proof and evidence of why this is the case...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse Crowd1 in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about Crowd1

There is one thing that makes Crowd1 look quite appealing to people...

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Gaining momentum

Crowd1 has taken a huge spike in Google searches recently. One of the best MLMs I've seen is Farmasi for growing and Crowd1 isn't far behind.

And when people actively are searcing for somehing it's much easier to sell it.

Crowd1 review- increasing popularity-min

This has actually been during the COVID-19 pandemic, which just tells me that people are pretty desperate right now. It's quite sad really that a program like this is profiting from people's struggles.

But when an opportunity is put in front of you and it seems like people are making money, it's hard to ignore it.

But I do urge you to read on here to become more informed...

What I don't like about Crowd1

There are a ton of red flags about the company but I've tried to condense the main ones here just so that you are aware.

That way at least you will have your eyes open if you still decide to join...

#1 Hides what the products or services are

Here's another 90 second Crowd1 promotional video...

There seems to be this urge to promote these useless taglines and terrible videos that don't actually tell you anything about what you are getting into.

Here were some of my questions that are still hard to really answer...

  • How are people supposed to make an informed decision about what they are getting into?
  • Is having access to a gambling app really a product?
  • What is this "education" they keep going on about?

When a company is not open and honest about what they do it's a huge red flag.

#2 Crowd1 is a pyramid scheme in disguise

I had my suspicions when I saw this program. But here are some cold hard facts from what's happening with Crowd1 around the world...

The bank of Namibia even stated...

Crowd1 does not sell tangible products or render any service of essential value, but the primary source of income for Crowd1 is the sale of membership packages to new members

That's what I've been saying!!

A company of this nature always ends up looking like this...

MLM pyramid scheme

So yes, you may see some income proof from people making money. But it will always be a select few making a lot of money and the majority of people losing money!

Yes, if you recruit tons of people you can even make money too... but you'd need to do that knowing that you are making money because other people are losing money!

...Not my idea of ethical business.

#3 Confusing words and black hat sales techniques

I've reviewed over 100 MLMs now.

After about 30 seconds of research I can usually tell what the product or service offered is. After about 10 minutes of research it's usually clear to see if the MLM is any good or offers overpriced products with a monthly sales quota...

Well, after 2 hours of research into Crowd1 I was still confused!! And this is what they say...

I'm no rocket scientist, but this is a very confusing business model (unless they count pyramid scheme's as a business model).

Here's some more quotes from the compensation plan

Crowd1 must not be mistaken for a gaming or gambling company.

But 2 pages later they say this...

Crowd1 takes the step into the world’s largestentertainment industry, online gaming.

Serioulsy wtf!!??

Then they talk about owner rights and use outrageous figures like 450% growth...

Crowd1 review- confusing terms-min

If you are starting with 1 person, then 450% growth is not that great!

Basically, it's totally misleading, confusing and impossible for people to actually make an informed decision about joining.

#4 CEO has a history of scaling then crashing companies

I watched a lot of YouTube videos to try and understand this a bit more. At one point I even saw some guy claim that the CEO had already founded 3 "unicorn" businesses before. It sounded impressive so I did some digging.

The CEO, Johan von Holstein, has founded 4 companies before and here are the results...

  • Founder of Icon Medialab - Public in 1999, 3,000 employees in 32 offices - Shares plummetedd by 98% in 2001 & suspended from the Stockholm exchange before merging with Lost Boys in a reverse takeover
  • Founder of LetsBuylt - Raised $180 million in 2000 and then declared bankruptcy in March 2002
  • Founder of IQube in 2004 - one of the largest private incubators in Europe - it liquidatied in 2009
  • Founder of MyCube (which challenged Facebook!) in 2008 - the first decentralized social exchange that prioritized privacy, ownership, and user freedom to monetize on their own creativity, it raised $8 million in 2011 - filed for volunatry liquidation in August 2012
Johan Stael von Holstein-min

It's clear to see that Johan is great at scaling a business in the early days (just like what's happening with Crowd1). But they have all either become bankrupt or he's liquidated them (taken the money and run).

Like I say... I will eat my hat if Crowd1 still exists in 5 years time (or they need to quickly pivot the direction of the company)!

#5 Binary compensation plan

There are 3 main types of compensation plans in MLMs:

  1. Linear
  2. Binary
  3. Matrix

Out of the 3, Binary is the worst one.

Just watch 2 minutes of this clip as Patrick Bet David explains this simply...

Basically, you may get a big "downline leg" in your business (due to some influencer recruiting tons of people above you) but unless you can recruit people to keep up with them on the other "leg" it means nothing.

You only get paid for your "weakest leg" and it promotes laziness and terrible teams within the company.

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

MTO Income

My opinion - Crowd1

I have 2 words...

Sure you could make a quick buck if you can persuade a ton of people to join under your "sponsorship". But the majority of them will lose money. And how many people do you actually know that would willingly jump into a pyramid scheme with you?

It's way harder to recruit people into legit MLMs than most people think (most people want to see results, which you can only get if people join! Go figure!)

But if people do a bit of research such as this Crowd1 review, their spidey senses will tingle. And your best mate for 20 years will probably even resent you.

That's not my idea of an ethical business model!

If you're looking to make money gaming then there are far better options out there.

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...

Summary: Funnel Consultant Society is a training and community that helps to show people how to make Facebook adverts and get leads.

It will show you how to create your own "digital agency" to sell your skills to small businesses looking for more leads. There are a lot of positive reviews about the training online, but does it really deliver?

Make Time Online Rating: 80 out of 100

Recommended: Only for people very serious about creating their own "lead generation agency". If you do not have a few thousand dollars to splash on this course then check my top recommendation for online marketing newbies...

What is Funnel Consultant Society about?

Funnel Consultant Society is a "copy and paste program" created by Dino Gomez in 2018.

It can help everyday people create their own "digital agency" to sell their special services to small local businesses. When you think about how many local businesses there are out there that struggle to get any leads you can see why this may be appealing to so many people.

Just check out the 2 minute video below showing a "success story" student being interviewed by Dino Gomez himself...

Many people see these kind of videos and immediately think "what a great opportunity, I need to do this NOW!"

But you're smart enough to recognise this is just a clever marketing strategy by Dino.

So you're probably wondering...

Who is Dino Gomez?

Dino is a long time online marketer. He used to be a "social media and SEO manager" for a direct marketing company in San Diego.

But he quickly realised the corporate world was not the right fit for him... He was far more comfortable wearing some funky hat, t-shirt and shorts!

Dino Gomez- funnel consultant society reviews

But he eventually realised that he had some skills that people would pay him some good money for... yeah running FB ads for small businesses! He had most success from doing this for local gyms in the early days.

So he created his own business called Dynamik Internet Marketing Inc, which he still runs today and this is what helps him to still "pay the bills" (aka make a ton of dollar)...

And the main focus of Funnel Consultant Society is to teach others how to do what he does!

Looking to make passive income online without spending $1,000's?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a course and I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Funnel Consultant Society Work?

Funnel Consultant Society teaches people how to run Facebook ads that get lots of leads quickly for small businesses.

It also shows you how to find clients that will actually be willing to pay you to run these ads for them and claims you can make $500-$10,000 a month from each client that you have.

So you probably really want to know what is...

Inside Funnel Consultant Society

Here is an overview of what is inside the 6 training modules...

  1. Facebook fast track
  2. Targeting mastery
  3. Niche offers
  4. High converting funnels
  5. Campaign launch sequence
  6. Optimization hacks

Plus there are tons of other things offered inside Funnel Consultant Society...

  • 40+ hours of step by step training (in video format)
  • Prospecting software
  • Agency acquisition funnel
  • Cheat sheets for campaigns
  • Case studies in different industries
  • Done for you niche funnels
  • Twice a week calls (screenshare so coaches can take control of your computer)
  • Outsourcing module
  • Example of $10k/ day campaign
  • Private Facebook group
  • Email templates- done for you
  • Labs Mastermind Facebook group
  • Invited to annual and regional live meetups

The training in video format is apparently very thorough and detailed. It really is step by step and will show you exactly how to run these Facebook ads.

You can also get some "done for you" funnels and the cheat sheets will save so much trial and error that goes into running ads.

Examples and a real inside look

Here's an example of a script that you will get to "land new clients":

"Hey (Client name),

We are becoming quite the Facebook advertising experts in addition to SEO.

In June we generated X leads for (Client Y).

If you're interested we'd love to give you a demo of what we can do.

We won't charge a management fee but would ask that you cover the advertising spend.

If you'd like to hear more about how we can target (Audience) around a 5 mile radius of your business and hit nearly 50,000 people for $50 let's discuss further.

Please let me know what your thoughts or initial questions might be.

Thanks, Dino"

If you are serious about joining then I highly recommend you check out the 45 minute webinar below (I cut the first 16 minutes waffle and it becomes a sales pitch after 1 hour), which explains it all in much more detail...

Webinar insights

That video may get removed from YouTube at some point so I've been through it and summarised some of the key points below. Here are the 3 pillars for success for this model...

  1. Use FB ads to land new clients (see below)
  2. Control campaigns (you can control traffic with ads)
  3. Simple sniper audiences (running ads to your clients existing email list/ website traffic)

Here are some of the main tips to land clients:

  1. Upsell current clients (see script above)
  2. Foot in the door (Spy on their ads & competitor ads)
  3. Popular guy strategy (use "influencers")
  4. Trifecto authority funnel (write blog posts or case studies)

Here are the sneaky insider FB ads tips:

  • Use Facebook Pixel Helper (to find small businesses not using Facebook ads)
  • Spy on businesses FB ads (click their FB page--> info and ads tab--> their FB ads are displayed if they run them)
  • Use competitors running ads as "fire power" to land clients
  • Reach out to a popular person in your network and offer them a 10-20% commission (recurring fee) for them to recommend you on social media

It may be starting to sound pretty good to you. So what is the...

Funnel Consultant Society cost to join

The price is hidden on the main sales page.

Eurgh! So sneaky!!

In the video above they were offering the course for $497 (for something like $15,000 "value") for 200 people. You never really know how true that is as they could offer it to way more or less people and nobody knows.

You will need to book a call to see if you get "accepted" into the training program as apparently it "isn't for everyone".

But typically other similar training like this sell for around $5,000.

There will likely be a hard & high pressure sale during the call so be prepared for this before you go on it. The person you have a call with may suggest this is the only chance you get to get it for X price. But you can easily have another call with someone else so don't get pressured into it.

Either way make an informed decision and understand what it's about BEFORE the call.

Funnel Consultant Society monthly cost

To run this type of business you will have other monthly expenses such as:

  • ClickFunnels- $97/ month
  • Tracking software - i.e. ClickMagick $29/ month
  • Autoresponder (email software) - $15+/ month
  • Facebook Ads - At least $200 a month (but your clients should be paying you to run these... although there is a learning curve and it's likely you'll need test some out)

Minimum total month costs = $342 per month

Before you even land a client you will certainly need to invest and test out these tools otherwise you won't be able to set anything up or try out the training.

So just make sure you do have some extra cash after you've paid for the course otherwise you may get a nasty surprise!

Common Funnel Consultant Society reviews online

I looked through tons of other reviews and Facebook pages to find what people thought of the course.

Here are some of the most common Funnel Consultant Society reviews from people that have tried it...

Positive Funnel Consultant Society reviews

  • Legit methods
  • He teaches what he personally does
  • I landed my first client quickly
  • Tons of success stories and proof of income

Negative Funnel Consultant Society reviews

  • There's a big learning curve to make this work
  • There's a lot of ongoing maintenance
  • His FB ads strategies didn't work in my industry
  • FB advertising is becoming over saturated

Is Funnel Consultant Society a scam?

Funnel Consultant Society is certainly not a scam.

There are so many positive testimonials and it's full of valuable inside knowledge into how to make a digital marketing agency work.

If you have seen people calling it a scam online it is purely because they didn't like the pushy sales techniques and jumped into it without understanding what they needed to do. Do not join it unless you understand it!

This Funnel Consultant Society review should help you know what you're getting into!

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased Funnel Consultant Society myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Funnel Consultant Society pros

There are some things about Funnel Consultant Society that I think everyone should know about...

#1 Student success stories

Type "Funnel Consultant Society" into anything online. The sales page, YouTube and Facebook is full these types of success stories...

You can get lost in them for hours.

Some scams pay actors to do this but just from the sheer number of them you can tell these are all legit people sharing what they have achieved.

#2 Experienced instructor

Dino knows his shizzle!...

Just watch a couple of minutes of that and you get an insight into the genius mind that could teach you.

Remember, he still does this! That's what makes him his main income... not selling the course!

A huge tick for me when I review anything!

#3 The FB community & support

Again you can see tons of these types of screenshots on the main sales page...

funnel consultant society review-min

There is clearly a very active Facebook group and you will be able to find answers to any questions you have in minutes.

Community and support from people going through the same thing is crucial for success.

#4 1-1 coaching calls

The sales page claims you get two 1-1 coaching calls every week.

If this is the case for everyone then this makes this program stand out compared to any similar programs I've seen. This alone can massively improve your chances of success!

Funnel Consultant Society cons

There are some hidden truths that I think you need to be aware of before joining.

I'm not trying to bash the course here at all, but these are some things that a total newbie won't realise before joining...

#1 Hidden monthly expenses

You will need to invest in tools to run your business...

Click funnels

As I mentioned earlier it will be at least $350 a month just for the basics. If you're planning on joining then sitting back for a few months to learn it, then you may need to rethink.

You need to be ready to take action on this the minute you join it or it will keep eating money.

#2 Only FB ads taught to generate leads

I may have got this wrong... but the webinar and sales page makes it seem like you will only really get taught about using Facebook ads to generate leads...

Whilst I agree this may really help you get clients quickly, Dino says it himself in the webinar... you can offer "SEO services" to existing clients to pay you an extra ongoing monthly fee.

It doesn't seem like you will get taught about this type of lead generation and it is actually far more passive and long term than generating ads all the time.

#3 You will still need to "work for someone else"

Here's the brutal truth (and the main reason I haven't dived into one of these types of training... yet).

  • You will need to really hustle to find clients.
  • You will need to keep trying to make those clients happy.
  • Simply put... you will still be working for someone else.

Can you make big bucks? Sure! Can you automate it and outsource things? Eventually!

But at the start this will really feel like you're still working for the man. You'll need to do a lot of things to "land these clients" such as cold calling small businesses and sell sell sell!

#4 Increasing competition

The final big concern for me is that there are an increasing number of similar courses out there that teach the same thing. Here are some other FB ads for small businesses courses...

There are even other courses that do lead gen type work, these ones focus more on SEO stuff...

The truth is that this may still be working. But how much longer will it work for? This type of business model will keep on changing and who knows if Facebook will make more big changes.

With thousands of new "students" starting this every month will this method keep working?

Or are the newbies just left to fight over the scraps?

But like so many online businesses... the skills you learn from this are so valuable for so many people that as long as you keep learning you can adapt to any changes.

Ready to make passive income online without spending $1,000's?

I've created a growing passive income online with no marketing skills or online experience...

And I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

Make Time Online Income

My opinion - Funnel Consultant Society

I really like it.

I really like the fact that Dino is "in the trenches" with his own digital agency. The training looks very detailed and the success stories are flowing.

However, to make this work you need to be ready to work hard at this... right now!

You won't have the luxury of learning things at your own pace as it will keep eating money.

There is a hefty price tag that isn't even shown anywhere online... I really don't like this and it means that people will likely pay different prices depending on who they call (so be aware that you can negotiate this price!) And you are still going to need to "report" to someone else and work your butt off to "land a client".

If you don't have thousands of dollars to spend right now or you are not keen on the high pressure sales tactics then check out...

How I make passive income online

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

It stood out to be a great way to build an online business once I figured out what it was because:

  • You can build your own brand using it
  • It is very low cost to start and maintain
  • You can create an ongoing passive income from it that grows over time

It took me a while to see any results when I first started. Eventually, with the support, training and tools in one place I managed to attract visitors to my website every month (for free)...

The Power of Manual Pinning Today w/ Carly Campbell

If you have been blogging for more than a week then you've probably heard that you can get a LOT of traffic from Pinterest.

The most exciting thing about Pinterest traffic is that you can get it quite quickly with a relatively new blog (unlike traffic from Google and search engines).

But there has long been this debate about the best way to pin to get this traffic...

Manually pin?

Or use a scheduler?

Carly Campbell from Blogging Like You Mean It is the Queen of pinning manually and explains why it can work even better in 2020 than ever before. Although the strategy you use to pin is only one aspect of getting traffic from Pinterest.

Best tips, tools and training from the podcast

Here are some the best tips and tools mentioned by Carly in the podcast...

  • Session and board "co-occurence"- Pinterest recognises pins pinned on the same board/ at the same time as having a "relationship" aka if you pin good pins to strong boards they can get a boost!
  • Pinterest also finds relationships in what gets pinned during a "session" by one user, this can only be done with manual pinning (you can't use a scheduler to replicate this)
  • Pinterest favours "saves" (people pinning your pins) over "clicks" (people clicking on your pins... which is traffic)
  • You need to build a business outside of Pinterest traffic
  • Lifespan of pins
  • Pinterest loves "fresh pins"- Pinterest counts a fresh image as a totally new image and text overlay... however Pinterest still sees "slight changes" as a fresh pin
  • Pinteresting Strategies*- Carly's "productocracy" (you'll understand this if you listen to the podcast above) Pinterest course
  • Mike Pearson's Stupid Simple SEO*
  • Lena Gott- SEO and Pinterest course*
  • Monica Froese Promoted Pins course*

*None of these are affiliate links as I have not personally taken the course and I personally don't like promoting something I haven't taken

But I know you're probably wondering...

What is Carly's Pinterest strategy right now? (29 mins 30 secs)

Disclaimer- Carly says this herself...

"Is this the best way to pin right now? I don't know yet!"

It's also important to recognise that what works for Carly (with over 40,000 Pinterest followers) may not work the best way for a brand new account. But either way, this is what the Pinterest Queen is doing...

  • Pins 2 new pins per day
  • Pin once to her strongest boards
  • Let them sit
  • Re-asses about 2 weeks later
  • If it's done really well only then will she pin it out again (NOT by re-pinning her own pin)
  • She will either pin it from her blog as a new pin OR repin from someone elses copy from their well keyworded board
  • She pins to her most relevant keyworded boards

If the pin didn't do much and bring in a significant amont of clicks she will just let it die.

That way she's only pinning great content that Pinterest loves. This improves her accounts authority and the relationship between all of her pins!

Now, I can almost hear your mind screaming...

How does Carly track her pins in 2020?

She uses Google Analytics!

That's it!

That's her secret!

No fancy spreadsheets or tracking devices. All she does is go into GA and click on:

  • Social
  • Overview
  • Pinterest
  • Click an article
  • Copy and paste the pin URL into a new browser

This then shows you who pinned the pin and what board it was pinned to! Simple, right?

I know it's kind of hard for me to explain this with writing or for you to listen to it. So I made a quick video to explain it better...

Christian Martin Work From Anywhere Accelerator Honest Review

You've probably seen an advertisement for Christian Martin's Work From Anywhere Accelerator course. But now you're wondering if it's a scam or a legit program.

So many people are looking for a legit way to make money online so they can work from anywhere.

But is Christian's training one of them?

This honest Work From Anywhere Accelerator review, with videos, will reveal the honest truth about the inside of the program. That way you can make an informed decision if it's for you or not...

Christian Martin Work From Anywhere Accelerator Review

The overview and rankings

Name: Work From Anywhere Accelerator

Founder: Christian Martin

Type: Freelance ad management and lead generation

Price: $1,497 or $597 x 3

Best for: "Go getters" that want to offer leads to clients

Work From Anywhere Pros

  • Legit founder
  • Legit methods taught
  • Can get quick results

Work From Anywhere Cons

  • Expensive
  • Hidden monthly expenses
  • Misleading sales pages
  • Poor refund policy
  • Negative reviews

Summary: Work From Anywhere Accelerator is a digital course that teaches people how to use freelance marketing services such as Facebook ad management to generate leads for small businesses.

There are some legit success stories from the course.

But many people complain the training is not what they thought including advice on how to cold call people to sell services. It's certainly not a business model that suits everyone so it's important to understand what you are getting into before handing over your hard earned money (especially because refunds don't really exist).

What is Work From Anywhere Accelerator about?

Work From Anywhere Accelerator is a course that teaches people how Christian Martin has used funnels and Facebook ads to offer clients leads.

Simply put... it helps you to sell your digital marketing skills to other businesses.

Many businesses pay good money for someone to send them qualified and targeted leads. But does Christian's training actually still work? Is it possible for anyone to do this?

This 1 minute video is the video at the top of the sales page and shows some guy who supposedly landed a $3k/ month client after 2 weeks of the course...

But you're probably wondering if these results are normal.

Or is he just a really good salesman? And chances are you want to know...

Who is Christian Martin?

Before you dive into any online training it's a good idea to check out the owner's background...

Christian Martin is a "pretty normal guy" (in his words) that went to school and university and got a job in a real estate office. But he asked himself...

Is this it?

He ended up starting his own real estate business but was looking for something that offered more lifestyle freedom. This lead him going down the online entrepreneur route...

Work From Anywhere Accelerator Review

He found a way to offer his skills to clients by creating funnels and ads to send them leads.

But that picture above is showing he's made over $1 million by promoting ClickFunnels... so have a guess what the training Work From Anywhere Accelerator will suggest you use?

Yep there are more ongoing costs to use Christian's training. I'll explain this more later, it's just something to be aware of before you start.

Looking to make passive income online without spending $1,000's?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a course and I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Work From Anywhere Accelerator Work?

It shows people how to use Facebook ads and funnels to offer services to different clients looking to for these services.

So let's dig into it...

Inside Work From Anywhere Accelerator

There are 6 modules within the training:

  1. Mindset
  2. Choosing your niche & creating your offer
  3. Funnels (including over 20 funnels you can use)
  4. Facebook ads
  5. Six figure sales training
  6. Lead generation
Work anywhere now Accelerator review-min

There are different ways to learn the information or services Work From Anywhere provides you, such as...

  • Videos (over 100)
  • Worksheets
  • Automated chatbox- answers questions
  • Knowledge base- find answers to your questions
  • Q&A calls
  • Funnel reviews
  • Facebook group
  • Trello board- checklist

The 8 minute video below by Christian gives you an inside peek at what you'll get. I highly recommend watching all of this if you are seriously considering joining...

So you can see there is some legit information and support in here. But you're probably still wondering about the...

Work From Anywhere Accelerator cost to join

It costs $1,497 to join Work From Anywhere Accelerator or $597 paid 3 times over 3 months.

Christian Martin Work From Anywhere Accelerator Review- price-min

But here is what a lot of people do not understand, which is the main reason that some people call this program a scam...

The costs do not stop there...

Work From Anywhere Accelerator monthly cost

There are some ongoing costs that you will need to allow for to make this work. Of course the income from clients should eventually be able to cover this cost, but many people are not even aware of this when they join:

  • Website hosting and domain name - $10+ a month
  • ClickFunnels - $97 a month
  • Autoresponder - $20+ a month
  • Tracking tool such as Click Magic - $29 month
  • Buy traffic (Facebook ads) - $200+ a month

Cost per month = $356

These are the bare minimum expenses you need to allow for.

And the issue is that you will need to test out ads and funnels to see what does convert. They often need tweaking or fine tuning to fit your clients needs so it's not as simple as just "plugging in and playing" Christian's ready made funnels.

It may be a few months before you actually land a client or make a profitable sales funnel so how long can you afford to not make money?

So what do members think about the training?...

Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews online

I've found some of the most common Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews from review sites, YouTube and the BBB

Common positive Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews

  • I got my first paying client!!
  • It works... I've had results already just a few weeks in
  • All of Christian's courses and information are great

Common negative Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews

  • I had to cold call people to make this work... I didn't sign up for this (misleading marketing)
  • Claims of "this program is a scam"
  • I can't get a refund (you need to complete all the training without results to have a chance)
  • They claim there's no upsells and I was sent to a $297 upsell as soon as I placed the order for $1,497

Is Work From Anywhere Accelerator a scam?

No Work From Anywhere Accelerator is not a scam.

There is legit information provided, but it can be argued that it's not clear what you actually have to do from the sales page.

Many people are mislead into joining without realising what they actually need to do and end up  calling the program a scam. So the rest of this review will help you see the hidden truths...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased the training myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Work From Anywhere Accelerator pros

There are some things that I do genuinely like about Work From Anywhere Accelerator...

#1 Legit owner with proven results

Christian Martin has been through this process himself and he's teaching what he did to make money as a digital marketer.

However, it is important to recognise that Christian now makes most of his money from this course and recommending other programs such as ClickFunnels.

From what I can find out he isn't "in the trenches" doing what he teaches any more. This can mean that his methods may not work like they once did and can become outdated, unless he stays on top of it.

#2 Legit methods taught

So many small businesses and other online entrepreneurs pay good money for people to make funnels and Facebook ads for them.

If you can actually find a way of making more money from a Facebook ad than the cost of putting it out there, then you can effectively "print money" for your clients or yourself eventually! (Note- It is much easier said than done!!)

#3 Possible to get results quickly

It's possible to pick up the phone and find a client today.

However, without proven results or any idea what you are doing, it realistically will take you some time to go through the training and learn what you need to do.

Work From Anywhere Accelerator cons

Here are some of the hidden truths that you won't neccessarily find on Christian's sales page...

#1 Expensive to start

Now, you may be thinking... $1,497 is not too bad! (it's definately not cheap though!)

But your expenses do not stop there...

#2 Hidden monthly expenses

As I explained earlier there are a ton of additional monthly expenses you need to allow for in this business model (at least $350 a month)...

Click funnels

One thing is for sure... Christian hasn't made $1 million from recommending ClickFunnels for no reason!

#3 Misleading sales video- no idea what you really need to do

The sales page and videos mainly talk about "lifestyle freedom" and "working from anywhere". There is hardly any talk about what you actually NEED to do!!

This is a huge red flag in any training program online.

It takes some serious digging (like what you're doing now) to find out the real truth...

Christian Martin Work From Anywhere Accelerator Review- Positive-min

You're not just setting up sales funnels and Facebook ads as some people believe...

You need to cold call people, meet with them face to face and put yourself out there to find clients. These clients don't magically appear on your lap and you need to have some decent social skills and business nous to do this!

#4 Very hard to get a refund- black hat marketing techniques

So many people complain ab out  the issues in getting a refund. If you click that button to pay, do not expect to ever see that money back, so be sure this is right for you before you do it.

The worst part is that I actually saw a comment on a YouTube video that says this...

People are encouraged to use "PayPal credit" to pay for the course because you can make it back within a month!

That's insane that courses ever recommend this! It's different for every person and adding some credit onto existing bills with a family to feed can be the pressure to tip someone over the edge.

If black hat marketing techniques like this are used in the sales video, what do you think you will be taught?

#5 Negative Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews

There are just too many negative Work From Anywhere Accelerator reviews online to not pay attention to them...

Christian Martin Work From Anywhere Accelerator Review

When the same thing comes up over and over again, it's not just one crazy person who's useless thinking this. There are multiple people saying the same things!

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no previous marketing skills or online experience...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

MTO Income

My opinion - Work From Anywhere Accelerator

If you are looking to make money online by offering services to clients then this may work for you. You will learn about Facebook ads and using sales funnels to generate leads and make your clients more money (which can make you more money!)

If you have a small business it may also work nicely for your own business.

But what do I think about Christian's marketing techniques and ways to convince people to join?...

If he is selling his own courses recommending people get into debt and gladly accepting money from people with no way to try it out, then you are likely about to learn similar shady techniques.

Plus, he's not even making his money from the techniques he'll be teaching you anymore! Did you ever consider why that is?

There are other ways to "make money anywhere" without cold calling people and still relying on clients to pay you...

What is JIFU Travel?

JIFU Travel is a Multi-Level-Marketing company offering discounted travel tickets and memberships.

They have their own platform featuring airfare and hotel accommodation discounts. They also have a program where people can sign up, either as a regular member or as an affiliate partner member.

You can check out this 2-minute video below to know more about JIFU Travel...

The video sure is enticing, right?

But you’re smart enough to realize that what you just watched is just another sales video, so you might still be wondering...

Is JIFU Travel a pyramid scheme?

Not really. But this doesn’t mean it’s a safe call.

JIFU Travel members can earn money for recruiting people to join the company as a customer.

But, the MLM prioritizes recruitment over sales of a product or service, which makes it similar to a “pyramid scheme in disguise.”

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company which pays members for recruiting people to join instead of selling a specific product or service.

Many countries banned this business structure because not all members can make money.

Check out this Wikipedia diagram to see what I mean...

JIFU may offer some travel discounts but the main way that people make money is by recruiting more people to join JIFU travel.

It’s impossible for everyone to earn inside this flawed system because you’ll just run out of people you can recruit eventually!

Here’s a 5-minute video to know more about these “pyramid schemes in disguise.”

Success is rare with JIFU Travel

It is very hard to find success in an MLM. Numerous studies already prove that between between 72.5% and 99.9% of all MLM members lose money.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

I scoured the internet for any income disclosure from JIFU Travel, but I couldn’t find any.

This might be because they’re still new to the industry, having been founded just 2 years ago in 2018. Or maybe, they are just hesitant to share because they hardly make money!

But there’s this document I found:

JIFU Travel Review: Income Disclosure

The interesting thing is that the company "projects" (which means overesitmates) members may make $500-$2,000... but it costs $460-$2,440 a year to be an active member!... hmm?!?

Ready to make passive income online?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does JIFU Travel Work?

JIFU Travel offers membership packages for people who want to join.

Newly-recruited members can then accumulate points inside the MLM, which they can use to pay for trips in and out of the country.

The company saves on advertising and marketing costs here because they get everyday people to promote their MLM, thereby saving them thousands of dollars in traditional marketing campaigns.

These members can then earn commissions and bonuses whenever they recruit people.

JIFU Travel Dream Vacations and Services

If you’ve made up your mind and you’re really eager to join an MLM, then it’s important that you know more about the products and services offered.

Take note, you’ll be selling these to as many people as you can!

JIFU Travel offers a wide range of travel packages such as the ones below…

JIFU Travel Review: Products

It’s important to know that JIFU Travel isn’t the only one offering these “dream vacation” packages… in fact, there are hundreds of other brands offering a very similar range of products.

There are even dozens of MLM company that offer a very similar package such as:

All of them say that they’re special, unique, and exclusive… I say, that’s all marketing jargon!

Because there’s really nothing exclusive and unique about getting points for recruiting people and using the points as free payment for airfare.

So...

Can you make money with JIFU Travel?

It is very hard to make money from JIFU Travel.

There might be a few people that do, but they work just like full-time sales managers.

For what? Income that’s slightly beyond the minimum wage?

That’s just not worth the effort and time for me… How about to you?

They don’t even have any income disclosure statements to prove that you can make money in the company through commissions.

How to make money with JIFU Travel

There are 2 ways you can make money from JIFU Travel.

  • Recruit people to join JIFU Travel as a customer

  • Recruit people to join JIFU Travel as an affiliate member/recruiter

Something smells fishy here as we’ve been reading the word “recruit” a number of times...

How much does it cost to join JIFU Travel?

Is costs a one-time $50 to $1,000 registration fee to join JIFU Travel. You also need to pay an additional $25 to $120 monthly to stay active.

JIFU Travel Review: Join

So if you have any intention of making money from the company you need to pay for one of the affiliate packs:

  • Silver Affiliate Pack - $100 + $30 a month
  • Gold Affiliate Pack - $400 + $40 a month
  • Platinum Affiliate Pack - $600 + $80 a month
  • Diamond Affiliate Pack - $1000 + $120 a month

Total cost for 1 year = $460-$2,440

The only difference between each level is how many points you receive when you recruit other people into the company. So let's dig into that plan a bit more...

JIFU Travel compensation plan

What MLMs usually do is they make their compensation plan complicated and confusing by using fancy marketing terms.

JIFU Travel is no different!

So, I’ll do my best to make it clear and simple.

There are 4 ways JIFU Travel will pay you...

Retail Commissions

Affiliate members can earn retail commissions for every retail member (not affiliate member) recruited.

An example would be getting $25 for every customer sale and getting another $5 a month after if your recruited retail member stays with the company.

Recruitment Commissions

Earn recruitment commissions every time you recruit an affiliate member (not retail member) into the company.

Here’s a table showing you what this is:

JIFU Travel Review: Compensation

Binary Residual Commissions

Building your own pyramid is the simplest and best description to this. You need to place people into two "legs" beneath you and you get a bonus based on your "smallest leg".

You earn commissions from each of your downline and the downlines below them.

Leader Bonus Pools

High-ranking affiliate members are eligible to receive a bonus which amounts to 1% of the total sales generated by the company in one month.

But the catch is… total company sales should be at least $1 million for this to take effect!

Still want to know more about their compensation plan? If so, then here’s a 10-minute video for you...

You most likely are already confused by now… but don’t worry because MLMs use weird and complicated terms to make it look like there’s loads of way to make money from them.

The fact is… there are only 2 things to do:

  • Recruit people inot the travel packages
  • Recruit members into the MLM program

Is JIFU Travel a scam?

It might seem like one, but looking at the bright side… JIFU Travel is not really a scam.

The company sells a real service in the form of memberships where members and customers can avail ticket discounts on hotels and airfare.

The thing is, too many people join the MLM without knowing what they need to do to make good money.

Some try for a year or two, while others go for just a few months and then blame the company.

The rest of this JIFU Travel review will answer those questions and show the hidden truths so you’ll know if this is the right earning opportunity for you or not...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about JIFU Travel

There are a few things I like about JIFU Travel...

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others to the company rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Positive travel reviews

There are many places you can find out what customers or employees think about a company.

Here's one of them...

JIFU Travel Review: Pros

Sounds good, right? But take note that there's also a bunch of negative reviews out there.

#2 Ideal for travelers

JIFU Travel is highly recommended if you travel a lot, whether it be for business or job purposes or just for vacations.

We all know that traveling is expensive, right? So, why not gain points for discounts?

What I don't like about JIFU Travel

And... here are the things I do not like about this MLM.

#1 Expensive to join

The number of cons far outweigh JIFU Travel’s advantages. One of the things I least like is their expensive membership fee.

Choose the cheapest membership and you’ll spend $460 yearly.

Choose the most premium one and shell out a massive $2,440 yearly.

That just ain’t practical...

Here are their different membership options:

JIFU Travel Review: Cons
JIFU Travel Review: Cons 2
JIFU Travel Review: Cons 3
JIFU Travel Review: Cons 4

Want to get your investment back? Then work very (very) hard on selling memberships and recruiting people.

If you won’t, then you’ll say goodbye to your supposed “investment.”

#2 Need to be a full-time extrovert sales manager

The only way you can make good money is to treat this as your full-time job and invite everyone you know and meet to join the company.

If you’re not good at that, then don’t expect earning good money from JIFU Travel.

You can also risk your relationship with your family and friends whom you’re recruiting or have recruited if things go wrong...

And if ever they join, that’s because they just want to support you and not to treat it as their full-time job.

You won’t benefit from that either...

#3 Nonsense compensation plan

JIFU Travel has a very complicated compensation plan, which doesn't just make any sense!

Just take a look at this...

JIFU Travel Review: Cons 5

When the way to make money is by recruiting people, like the compensation plan shows it nearly always means...

#4 JIFU Travel is like a pyramid scheme in disguise?

The only way you can avoid losing money in JIFU Travel is by recruiting people and passing the burden to them.

What burden? Well… having to recruit so that they also won’t lose money.

Any company that focuses on recruiting instead of selling products or services looks like this…

MLM pyramid scheme

Even if you can make money it means that you are recommending something that loses other people money!

#5 Downward trend

The deal breaker for me is what I found on Google Trends.

JIFU Travel Review: Cons 6

It’s very hard to sell something that isn’t searched by people.

JIFU Travel’s popularity is so weak that hardly anyone searches for it each month.

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no previous marketing skills or online experience...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

MTO Income

My opinion - JIFU Travel

I think you can still enjoy a vacation from JIFU Travel even if it’s really not that cheaper if you’re just going to get your own ticket directly. If you travel a few times a year and are happy to go to any places they have on offer then it may help you save some money.

But what do I think are your chances of making money from this MLM?

The only way you can make good money from JIFU Travel is by recruiting people (either into the member or affiliate plan).

Sound familiar? That’s because that’s the definition of a pyramid scheme.

Even if you can make money, you'll be doing it knowing that most people you recruit will lose money. And that's not my idea of an ethical business plan.

If you have a blog, then chances are you probably have used or currently use the Amazon Associates program. And in case you didn't know they have just slashed their affiliates pay (find out all the details about this here).

Well, Tracie Fobes has personally been through this already. Back in 2013 she received a message from Amazon that she was making too much money from them!!

The bottom line was that her income went down by 75% overnight!

It didn't just affect her but it meant she had to let go of 5 out of 6 members of staff that she had employed... eurgh!!

But it wasn't all doom and gloom as she explains...
