What is Drop Ship Lifestyle about?

You might wonder how your friend runs an online business but has no warehouse. Where does he keep his stocks? How can he supply his customers’ needs?

Well, dropshipping makes this possible. This eCommerce business allows an entrepreneur to accept orders online. He processes them and contacts suppliers for the best offers.

Once the order is made, a courier service delivers the item directly to the buyer. In other words, someone who runs a dropshipping business acts as a medium in facilitating an order. It’s convenient for both the buyer and supplier.

By doing so, you save yourself from the hassle of putting your products inside a warehouse. All you need is to get that order and facilitate the acquisition of the product. It’s as simple as answering a phone call and doing what the caller needs.

So, what about Drop Ship Lifestyle? Drop Ship Lifestyle is an eCommerce course that teaches about dropshipping. Anton Kraly made this dropshipping course to help entrepreneurs start their dropshipping businesses.

This course allows an individual to master and be successful in line with dropshipping. In 2013, Drop Ship Lifestyle made a turning point using its 7-step blueprint of dropshipping. It aims to help students achieve financial success by guiding them on the right path.

Interesting, isn’t it? But there’s more. This course is not just about knowing what a dropshipping business is. It’s about understanding the concept of this eCommerce curriculum.

This course teaches you about Shopify design, product selection, running ads, locating suppliers, outsourcing, and international marketing. But here’s the catch. It also teaches you how to sell your store and make yourself comfortable upon retirement.

You can see many dropshipping courses out there. And they have a common thing – leaving you hanging. However, this course will not only give you a business structure but also guides you along your way to success.

Drop Ship Lifestyle is a one-stop shop in learning and running a dropshipping business. Since 2013, its students have grown in numbers and success has become possible.

This course guides you in selecting the best niches around. The type of products you sell can either make or break your business. Thus, choosing something that holds the potential of earning 7 figures comes first.

Module 2: Research Marketing

Understanding how the market behaves gives you the chance of earning a high profit. Determining what products people want ensures a deal. Thus, conducting market research helps in tracking down potential business ventures.

Moreover, the data gathered through market research serves as a baseline. It determines the next move you need to make in running your dropshipping business. Without this data, your chances of earning profit boil down to a thin margin.

Module 3: Creating Your Business Site/Store

Selecting the right products comes first. But, creating the best business site or store should also be given importance. Your store serves as the facade of your entire business structure.

The right business store must capture the customers’ attention. Creating an appealing and eye-catching business site increases your chance of closing deals. Hence, making your way towards success using Drop Ship Lifestyle gives you the upper hand.

Module 4: Getting Suppliers

Good suppliers give you the chance of expanding your business scope. Worried about reaching out to suppliers? Don’t worry. This course provides you with the right template for sending emails to your potential suppliers.

Module 5: Mastering CRO

Closing a deal also depends on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This pertains to your store’s theme, website layout, product prices, and color combination. CRO plays a role in terms of buyer psychology.

If you want an optimized approach to your dropshipping business, mastering CRO helps you through it. Keeping an eye on your conversion rates is key to achieving fast ROI. Thus, mastering CRO is needed.

Module 6: Traffic

Dominating traffic on the internet ensures an increase in sales. The social media platform acts as a medium in hitting your sales. Maximizing purchase intent using highly-targeted traffic better advertises your product.

Module 7: Automation & Outsourcing

You can never maximize your potential unless you ask for help from others. Outsourcing makes your work faster. Delegating tasks enables you to focus on other important things.

Drop Ship Lifestyle reviews online

Drop Ship Lifestyle earned multiple online reviews.

Whether positive or negative, it still holds the power of achieving success.

Besides, it’s a fact that Anton Kraly knows the secrets of running a dropshipping business…

Common positive Drop Ship Lifestyle reviews

  • Motivational
  • Feasible
  • Unlimited time

Here is what we have seen in Trust Pilot

“Dropship Lifestyle is the absolute best course I ever signed up for! Anton is the real deal! His monthly webinars are outstanding where we can ask our questions. I have always got the support I have needed when I reached out. So happy I made this decision, doesn’t compare to any other course I have found.”

“Best part about the program is Anton’s purpose of sharing his knowledge and experience to help others achieve success and the lifestyle they aspire. You can always pay for learning, but is rare to find masters that care.”

Common negative Drop Ship Lifestyle reviews

  • Limited to Shopify
  • Lacks organic SEO discussion
  • Lacks a refund policy

And here is one of the most common negative reviews about Drop Ship Lifestyle that we have seen in Trust Pilot

“I attended the webinar which was about 2.5 hours. Anton kept promising that if you stayed till the end he would send you a free ebook. I stayed till the very end and never got the book. How am I suppose to believe all his other claims ? That is a red flag for me, never trust a man that doesn’t keep his word.”

“I felt he himself should learn something about customer service, by providing full value – he would take care of customer , by refunding money – he would keep customer happy. This is my opinion on the course. Its not complete , Its way overpriced, half value and no way for people to get out of it. Not recommended and not worth it.”

Is Drop Ship Lifestyle a scam?

Drop Ship Lifestyle is no ordinary course to take. You need the right amount of resources to purchase this course. But the problem is, is this course for real?

Looking at the reviews from its students gives us a hint of whether this is legit or not. The thing is, it’s not a scam. And Anton Kraly proved his means to be effective.

Although dispensing a hefty price is a problem, it doesn’t mean that this course is a scam. It holds no power in discrediting the effectiveness of its ways. As such, it allows you to operate your dropshipping business better.

Drop Ship Lifestyle pros

Here are some of the best things that I like most about Drop Ship Lifestyle…

Flexible time

The good thing about this course is its flexible time management.

You can have your own pace without any time constraints. Follow each module according to your capacity.

The absence of pressure enables you to learn faster. You can also replay each module to better understand its concepts.

Lifetime access

The one-time registration fee of Drop Ship Lifestyle makes it a better choice. Other courses ask for a lower registration fee. But, paying for monthly dues becomes a downside.

The lifetime access of Drop Ship Lifestyle enables you to access its services 24/7. As such, reviewing previous modules makes a better learning experience. You don’t need to worry if you forget about something.

Just open the website and do your research.

Supportive

Drop Ship Lifestyle offers supportive services for its students. This way, you can easily ask for help using its website. Seek advice and learn from the experts.

All you have to do is type your query and wait for somebody from the team to help you. It makes your work easier and learning becomes fun. Interaction allows a better learning experience.

Drop Ship Lifestyle cons

And here are the not so good things that I consider as red flags for Drop Ship Lifestyle…

Limited access

Although dropshipping offers a great deal of profit, Drop Ship Lifestyle’s access is only limited.

It only focuses on Shopify. This limited access makes this course a bit of a disadvantage.

Expensive

Another downside of Drop Ship Lifestyle is its expensive price.

You need big cash to enroll in this course. Without the right amount, you can never avail of its promising services.

Needs motivation

Since Drop Ship Lifestyle offers flexible learning time, the lack of motivation becomes a disadvantage.

The absence of pressure in studying its modules prevents motivation from its students. You need the motivation to learn.

My opinion – Drop Ship Lifestyle

So, let’s go down to business. Is Drop Ship Lifestyle worth the price? This earned various debates over the internet.

You see, joining a dropshipping course keeps you on the right track. Without the appropriate means, your business is at risk of falling down. Other businesses failed to see the brighter side of learning from experts.

One of the most common reasons why aspiring entrepreneurs don’t enroll in a training course is skepticism. Doubt leaves no room for success.

Drop Ship Lifestyle offers you the chance of reaching your goals. Achieving your dreams is possible using this course. Don’t be afraid of failure.

Failure is a part of the success that teaches us to start anew and move forward. Anton Kraly failed many times. Grab the chance of getting on the right track to success.

There are also many other better online business opportunities out there that you can try now…

How I make passive income online

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

Once I learnt about it, it just seemed like a great business model that can grow over time using the power of the internet.

So I tried to figure it out by myself… that got me nowhere fast.

Then I fell for some terrible online scams.

But eventually, I found Wealthy Affiliate. It teaches long-term proven strategies to build an online business with all the tools & support needed.

And this happened…

Make Time Online Income

Once you learn the process of getting thousands of people to find your website every month (for free) there really is not limit to what you can achieve online.

I’ve reviewed hundreds of courses or programs that claim to help people make money online. And I’ve spoken to dozens of 6-7 figure online entrepreneurs on my podcast.

This is by far the best place I’ve seen to help beginners get set up on the right foot. You can read my full Wealthy Affiliate review here (including the pros and cons!)

Or you can watch an insiders video I made that explains exactly how it works here.

How does Blue Sky Amazon Work?

Can this course be the answer to your needs? Well, Blue Sky Amazon doesn’t equate to success. But, it can be your ticket to one.

Understanding success means knowing its elements. With tools alone, you’ll end up with the unending rat race. Perseverance and dedication are what matters most.

But, with these two aspects alone, success is also vague. Sounds confusing, right? What I’m trying to say is that success comes with perseverance, dedication, and the right leverage.

You should bear that interest and commitment before starting an eCommerce business. If not, it would be futile to start with. But if you do, then Blue Sky Amazon is your weapon to make a business empire.

The Amazon platform offers great opportunities. As a digital entrepreneur, you hold the potential of earning as much as you can. More orders mean more profit.

But, how can you cater to multiple customers at the same time? This is where the Blue Sky Amazon course comes into play. With its proven and tested means, boosting your sales becomes feasible.

This course helps you understand the basic things about Amazon. Learning how to use sales funnels is essential in eCommerce. If you can master this aspect, your dropshipping business becomes successful.

Module 2: Product choice

Selling something exclusive cuts down the competition. In return, ensures market sales. This results in a higher revenue which means more cash.

The last part is all about evaluation. Here, your output will be evaluated for effectiveness. A 30-minute Q&A helps in answering your questions about sales funnels. This is also a great chance in gauging your funnels’ strengths and weaknesses.

Module 4: Choosing a virtual assistant

This module teaches you the right way of hiring and choosing a virtual assistant for your business. Hiring extra manpower may mean another expense.

However, as your business grows, addressing multiple transactions is your priority. Hiring VAs to facilitate clients’ needs is important. Competent VAs are essential in selecting products and negotiating with clients.

Module 5: Amazon

This module talks about the Amazon platform. This module teaches you how to start an Amazon business. Identifying the pros and cons of Amazon FBA is important.

Knowing how Amazon works gives you an overall picture of your business. Once you know the structure, some of the basic things are tackled. Setting up your business license, a seller account, and other essential tools are discussed in this section.

Making an eye-catching title for your product is needed to attract customers. A powerful product description is needed to entice your viewers and facilitate orders. Mastering Amazon PPC in launching your products is also needed.

This module demonstrates the crucial things you need to learn in running Amazon FBA. Knowing the fundamental steps of FBA is necessary for achieving success.

Module 6: Product source

What is Pure?

Pure is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells health and wellness products as well as beauty regimen.

Some of their most popular products are dietary, nutrition, and athletic performance products.

Aside from offering those, they also have a program where people can join and become members. This way, they can sell the company’s products, and in the process, earn money from home.

Feel free to view this 1-minute video below:

Pure was founded by Dae Geun Jung in 2009. Not much is known about Jung, other than that he’s an entrepreneur.

I also haven’t found any issues about his career or businesses.

Is Pure a pyramid scheme?

No, Pure isn’t a pyramid scheme.

This is because members can still make money by selling their health and wellness products without having to recruit people into the company.

But a more fitting question to this is… Is Pure a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a business model where companies promise their members payment whenever they recruit someone into the company.

This becomes the priority instead of selling actual products and services.

There are already many countries that have banned pyramid schemes because not everyone can make money from this system that is only paying for recruitment.

See this Wikipedia diagram below to learn why...

The members who earn some money inside a pyramid scheme company are those that deceptively sell the idea of this “business opportunity” to unsuspecting people.

But if you were to look closely at the diagram above, you’ll see that not everyone can make good money inside an organization such as this as you are going to run out of members you can recruit.

Here is a 5-minute video you can refer to to see how you can spot these “pyramid schemes in disguise.”

But why...

Success is rare with Pure

It is hard to be successful in MLMs such as Pure. Did you know that 96.17% of Pure members are losing money?

And if you were to look at the bigger scale, you’ll notice that around  72.5% and 99.9% of MLM agents are also losing money...

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

The reason why this happens is that MLMs have a “sales quota” where members must sell a specific number of products monthly for them to stay active and earn commissions.

If you can’t reach the quota, then you have no choice but to buy it yourself, thus losing money in the process.

This is why thousands of MLM members lose loads of cash before they can recruit one person...

How does Pure Work?

Pure works by selling health and wellness products. Aside from that, the MLM also has their own affiliate program which offers members to earn from home by simply selling their products to receive commissions.

If you think about it, you can easily say that it’s a win-win situation. But is it? Well, Pure saves hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing money because they don’t embark on any advertising campaign.

What they do instead is that they just let their members do all the hard work which includes the promotion and marketing of the products.

It sounds unfair to me.

So, let's proceed with...

Pure products

But if ever you still find it interesting to join Pure, then it would be wise that you know more about the products.

This way, you can increase the chances of success because you know what you’re putting yourself into. So, here it goes...

Here are a few of the best-selling products from Pure:

  • Daily Build Liquid ($57.95) - A health supplement that contains antioxidants, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, and phyto vegetable and fruit blends. It improves the immune and cardiovascular systems.
  • Fusion ($37.95) - A health supplement composed of a combination of fruits such as berries and mangosteen. It also contains a few properties from Traditional Chinese Medicine, which they say, helps promote harmony and balance in your mental and physical health.
  • SleepTrim ($34.95) - Helps you have a good night sleep while also keeping you fit and slim.
Is Pure a Scam: Products

Know that there are thousands of other MLM companies out there that are offering the same health and wellness products that Pure sells.

Here are some of the most reputable alternatives:

All of them claim that they’re special and have exclusive features that makes them the best choice. When the reality… all of them are just offering the same stuff!

But if that’s the case, then what makes Pure different?

Pure flagship product

Immune+ ($29.95) - A health supplement that boosts the immune system. This comes in tablets and has a mix of various vitamins and minerals. It can also be taken daily without fearing for any side effects.

Is Pure a Scam: Flagship

You might also want to check out this 2-minute video about the products:

Now that you have a better understanding of Pure...

Can you make money with Pure?

Yes, of course you can. But I tell you… it is very hard to make good money from this company.

There’s a few who make a few cash, but they work very hard just to recruit people. They even treat this as their full-time job! For sure, that’s not what you’re in for, right?

Aside from that, their income disclosure shows that hardly anyone makes money from this MLM...

How to make money with Pure

There are 2 ways you can make money from this health and wellness MLM. And that is by:

  • Selling their products
  • Recruiting members into the company

You surely have thought it sounds fishy when you read the word, “recruit,” right?

Well, I agree with you… But Pure, just like any MLM, is smart enough to change their business model a bit by saying that members can’t earn by merely recruiting, but from the sales of their downlines.

That’s how they avoid being called a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Before diving into the compensation plan, let’s dig deeper into...

How much does it cost to join Pure?

You have 3 options when you want to join Pure.

You either choose the base package worth $449, the intermediate package worth $699, or the premium package worth $1,899.

Discounts get bigger as you move along the higher price point options.

Aside from that, you also need to pay $25 per year for the annual subscription.

Pure monthly cost

Pure has a sales quota of 100 PV. This means you must reach 100 PV or sell products worth $100 monthly to stay an active member and receive bonuses.

The costs for 1 year are...

  • $25
  • $449 - $1,899
  • $100 x $12 = $1,200

Minimum costs for year 1 = $1,674 - $3,124

But that’s before you add up the remaining costs like training, food, travel, and marketing expenses...

Pure compensation plan

What MLM companies usually do is they make their compensation plans hard to understand. The same goes for Pure. But no need to worry because I’ll be explaining it in the simplest way possible…

There are 5 main ways you can earn money as a Pure member:

  • Retail Commissions - Earn 10% to 20% commission from every product sale, depending on your rank.
  • First Order - Earn a 10% bonus after selling $100 worth of products for the first time. Earn a 20% bonus after selling $200 worth of products for the first time.
  • Revenue Sharing - Earn 2% of the total company sales volume weekly.
  • Team Commissions - Earn 10% commissions of the total sales your team makes in a week.
  • Leadership Pool - Earn a 3% commission from the total commissionable volume of the company every week.
Is Pure a Scam: Compensation

Confused? That’s normal…

MLMs just love to use complicated terms and weird and fancy names so that members will think that there are a lot of ways you can make money.

When the reality is… there are just 2 things to do!

  • Sell Pure products
  • Recruit members to Pure

If you like to know more about their compensation plan, here’s a 2-minute video I found that might help you...

Or you can just head straight to their full compensation plan here.

Is Pure a scam?

Pure is not a scam because the company sells legit and real products. They are also paying their members exactly as what they say in their compensation plan.

But the thing is… members are disappointed to know that they are losing more money instead of earning.

This is why you might have read about some news or articles saying that Pure is a scam...

The next section of this in-depth MLM review is going to reveal the hidden facts about this company so you can clearly decide on which action to take...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Common positive reviews

Here are some of the common positive reviews that I found about its job opportunity based on what the clients say in Indeed...

  • "Great company to work for. Great people and environment. This is a medical marijuana company and they are currently growing in oklahoma, taking steps everyday to better ok meds."
  • "The clients are always kind and forward with their needs. Everyone works well as a team and does their best to support each other. The work is highly flexible."

Common negative reviews

And then here are the common negative reviews I've also found in Indeed...

  • "Upper management was a revolving door of people. Forced to memorize a ton of discounts and codes that change with no notice. Went from working 4/10hr days to expanding hours and working 5/8hr days but business didn't increase and we end up getting sent home early most days and not getting the hours we need."
  • "Retail bonuses were tied to discounts which were removed angering customers who would tip less, and getting less bonuses. Toxic/inept people are allowed to stay in the company and are even promoted."

What I like about Pure

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

Here are some of the best things that I like most about Pure...

#1 Proven history

The first thing I like about Pure is that it’s a reputable company and has been in the industry for more than 10 years.

Pure was founded in 2008, so that’s more than 11 years of continuous operations.

This is a very good sign because not all MLMs survive this long. In fact, only 30% of companies survive their first 10 years. This also means that Pure isn’t a scam as it doesn’t have any beef with the FTC.

#2 Positive product reviews

I did some intensive research and I discovered that Pure’s products actually do have a lot of positive reviews. Here are some of them...

Is Pure a Scam: Pros

Let's then proceed to the cons...

What I don't like about Pure

And here are some of the things that I don't like that much about Pure...

#1 Expensive products

The first turnoff for me is that Pure sells expensive products. Actually, if an MLM sells overpriced products, that’s a huge red flag that the company might be a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Instead of selling useful and affordable products, they instead focus on recruitment...

Is Pure a Scam: Cons

Based on the ones I showed above, you’ll see that the other brands are cheaper even if they sell the same stuff...

#2 Hidden monthly expenses

In order for you to be an active member, you must sell at least $100 worth of Pure products every month. This doesn’t make sense to me because you’re just going to spend from your own pocket later.

Maintaining 100 PV means selling at least $100 worth of health and wellness Pure products every single month. If you can’t, then it’s over for you!

The truth is… Pure’s largest and most stable customer base is their members as they just keep buying their products in the hope of becoming their own boss in the soonest possible time.

#3 Is Pure a pyramid scheme in disguise?

Spending $100 monthly just to be active means that there’s only one way to avoid spending that much money.

How? Well, by recruiting and forcing your recruited member to sell $100 worth of products monthly!

MLM pyramid scheme

That is in no way, ethical...

#4 Only 1 in 209 members earn over $32k a year

You can see in the Pure income disclosure that 95.2% of all members have an income of 0 Check out the Pure income disclosure and you’ll see that 96.6% of their members just earn a meager $2,199 yearly, while having an average expense of $2,199 annually.

Is Pure a Scam: Cons 2

Simply speaking, only 1 in 209 members earn over $32,000 annually.

#5 Downward trend

The final turnoff to me is what I found in Google Trends…

genesis_latest updates

As you can see, there’s less and less people who are searching for Pure.

This means that there’s not a lot of people out there who are really interested…

So, why bother selling their products and becoming a member if you’re just going to have a hard time?

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

MTO Income

My opinion - Pure

Does Pure sell legit and useful products?

Yes, no doubt about that…

But what about the business opportunity here?...

The fact that the only way you can make good money is by recruiting means that there’s something fishy going on here.

What’s more is that 96.17% of members are losing money from this clearly pyramid scheme in disguise kind of company...

No way does that sound ethical to me knowing that you must sell the idea of becoming your own boss and just waiting for the time that they discover they’re just losing money...

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...

What is Mary Kay?

Mary Kay is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that manufactures skincare and cosmetic products.

The company was founded by Mary Kay Ash in 1963 with just an initial investment of $5,000.

It started out as a small beauty shop in Dallas that only has 9 products and 9 employees whom Ash called beauty advisors.

Now, they’ve grown to being one of the biggest and well-established MLM cosmetics companies with more than a million beauty consultants and sales members around the globe.

Here's a 4-minute video about Mary Kay...

Who is Mary Kay Ash?

Mary Kay Ash is an American businesswoman who founded Mary Kay Cosmetics. She had a fortune of $98 million during her death.

As of now, her company has more than $1.2 billion in sales with around a million affiliate members in 30 countries.

She is also considered as the mother of all MLMs as she was one of the first people to use the business model.

She died in 2001, but her legacy continues as her son, Richard R. Rogers, now runs as the executive chairman of Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Is Mary Kay a pyramid scheme?

No, Mary Kay is not a pyramid scheme.

The members of the MLM can still make money by simply selling their beauty products without recruiting people.

But a better question to MLM companies like this is… Is Mary Kay a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company or organization which promises their members monetary payment for recruiting people into the company.

Recruitment is prioritized instead of selling the company’s products and services.

A lot of countries have already banned companies like these because not everyone can earn inside a company that is only paying its members to recruit people into the scheme.

Look at this Wikipedia diagram below to know why this is the case...

Members who are making the most money inside the company must recruit people to experience this “business opportunity.”

But based from the diagram above, it’s clear to see that not everyone can make money inside a scheme such as this as you’d eventually run out of people that you can recruit.

Here’s a 5-minute video below which will help you spot these “pyramid schemes in disguise.”

Success is rare with Mary Kay

It’s very challenging to achieve success in an MLM company such as Mary Kay.

Did you know that 94.5% of Mary Kay members lose money?

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

This happens because Mary Kay, just like other MLMs have a mandatory sales quota, which means that their members will only stay active and be eligible to receive commissions if only they sell a certain number of products monthly.

If they are unable to reach the quota, then they have to buy their own products just to stay active.

Well, that’s what causes them to lose hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars every month.

We’ll be digging deeper into the Mary Kay income disclosure later in this Mary Kay review.

Ready to make passive income online?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Mary Kay Work?

Mary Kay is an MLM company which manufactures and sells cosmetic products.

They are one of the pioneers of direct selling, which gives them an advantage over other MLM companies.

Aside from that, they also offer regular people the opportunity to work from home by availing their products at discounted prices and selling them at retail prices.

It’s like a win-win if you look at it at first glance… But it’s not as simple as that because Mary Kay is saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing cost by letting their members do all the promoting and advertising from home.

Before seeing if this is really the case, let’s learn more about...

Mary Kay products

It is important that you know the products that the company is selling before you dive straight into it.

If possible, you try them yourselves so you get a better understanding of it. But if not, then you can basically research about them.

I’ve prepared a quick presentation of their products just to help you know what you are putting yourself into.

Here are their most popular products:

  • Mary Kay Botanical Effects Skin Care ($58) - A facial wash that evens out your skin tone and removes freckles, pimples, and dark spots.
Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Product
  • Oil-Free Hydrating Gel ($75) - A makeup base that ensures your face’s skin stays hydrated the entire day. This helps avoid pimples and skin irritation because it acts as a barrier between your skin and makeup.
Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Product 2
  • Mary Kay TimeWise Night Treatment ($52) - Slows down the aging process by removing wrinkles, evens skin tones and makes your skin healthier. It’s a night treatment cream that you apply before sleeping.
Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Product 3

But know that there are a multitude of other brands out there that are offering a very similar range of offerings.

There are even hundreds of MLM companies which are offering the same products just like:

All of them say that they are different and that there’s something special about their brand that makes their products better than the competitor. But in reality, all of them are just offering the same opportunity.

So, if that is really the case, then what makes Mary Kay special?

Mary Kay Timewise Miracle - flagship product

Cleanses, hydrates, and exfoliates your skin giving you a younger looking complexion.

Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Product 4

It also smoothens skin imperfections and gets rid of wrinkles and acnes. It’s priced at $98.

Check out this 3-minute video about their products...

Can you make money with Mary Kay?

Yes, but to tell you frankly…

It is very hard to make money from Mary Kay.

There might be a very few people that earn, but it’s only slightly higher than minimum wage.

They are also extroverted people who just keep selling the products to everyone they know, be it their family, friends, or relatives.

What’s more is that their income report show that hardly anyone is making good money from Mary Kay.

How to make money with Mary Kay

There are 2 ways that you can make some money from Mary Kay:

  • Sell products to earn commissions
  • Recruit people and earn downline bonuses

Note that you can earn bonuses from the sales of your downlines and not just by simple recruiting them.

It’s a smart move for companies like Mary Kay because this saves them the hassle of being labeled as a pyramid scheme.

So, before diving into the Mary Kay compensation plan, let’s see if...

How much does it cost to join Mary Kay?

You need to pay $100 for the Mary Kay starter kit to join the company and be an affiliate member.

Becoming a member means that you gain 50% discount on all products, which you can then sell at retail price.

Mary Kay monthly cost

To stay active and remain as a distributor, you must sell at least 70 PPV every month, which is equivalent to around $75.

The costs for 1 year are...

  • $100
  • $75 x 12 = $900

Minimum costs for year 1 = $1,000

And this is before you add up all the other additional costs such as training on how to sell the company's products, marketing, and other miscellaneous expenses.

Mary Kay compensation plan

It still bugs me that MLM companies make their compensation plans confusing and hard to understand. Well, Mary Kay is one of those…

But don’t worry because I’ll do my best to keep this simple and straightforward…

There are 3 ways that Mary Kay is going to pay you:

Direct Sales

Earn 50% profit from every product sale that you make.

You have the privilege of purchasing that at wholesale price and selling the products at retail price.

Downline Sales

Earn 4% commission on the sales of your downlines.

The more commissions you earn, the better chances you can increase your rank.

Team Building

Earn $50 to $3,000 bonuses depending on the rank that you are promoted to.

Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Compensation

Or you can check out this 0-minute video below to know more about the compensation plan.Don’t worry if you’re confused with all that… MLMs just love to use fancy terms and complicated names so that there’s loads of ways you can earn good money from the company.

When in reality, there are just 2 things to do:

  • Sell products
  • Recruit people

And you might also have noticed that 2 of the 3 ways to get paid is by requiring people to recruit?

You can check out this 11-minute video below to know more about the compensation plan.

Or you can view the full Mary Kay income disclosure here.

Is Mary Kay a scam?

No, Mary Kay isn’t a scam. The company is selling real and legit products and pays their members like they say.

But why are their reports of the company being a scam?

Well, that has to do with the disappointment they get when they realize that they’re losing more money instead of earning because they have to buy their own products if they don’t reach the sales quota.

That sure cleared things up, right? The remainder of this review is going to reveal the real facts of the company and will help you come up with an informed decision if it’s really right for you or not...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. Common positive reviews

Here are some of the common positive reviews that I found about its job opportunity based on what the clients say in Indeed...

  • "Enjoyed working there , everyone is so friendly and welcoming at the office , they do take care of their employees very well , very diverse culture in the company."
  • "Its what you put into it, is what you are going to get back. You can work around your job, husband, kids, pets, hobbies . . . just everything in your life. Or you can just do Mary Kay very part time, part time or full time. It's all up to you."

Common negative reviews

And then here are the common negative reviews I've also found in Indeed...

  • "When you get hired you think the salary is good until you realize the workload required. The salary was unsatisfactory for the work. There were good supervisors there but mostly the supervision was micromanaging. If you are a squared away officer, you will still get micromanaged."
  • "I was told by a supervisor that if no one was willing to stay for my shift, then I would be required to work my shift. That’s not reasonable to me. It’s very militant there, especially on second shift. Lots of responsibilities delegated to officers for fire system inspections, and other responsibilities. It seems intimidating at first but the knowledge was a benefit to learn. The company was great but the department has issues that need to be resolved."

What I like about Mary Kay

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

Here are some of the best things that I like most about Mary Kay...

#1 Proven history

One of the best things that I like about Mary Kay is that they are considered as the mother of all multi-level marketing companies.

The company was founded back in 1963, and since then, they have been operating at full blast and full capacity, expanding around the globe and earning billions of dollars in sales.

With this, it’s safe to say that they won’t be disappearing tomorrow or anytime soon just like other MLMs.

It’s also a nice sign that Mary Kay is not a scam and the FTC hasn’t shut them down, which is completely very unlikely.

#2 Positive product reviews

There are a lot of positive reviews about the products sold by Mary Kay on the internet.

I’ve also had a number of family members and friends who have tried the products, and I should say that they were pretty impressed!

Here are some of the product reviews I have found…

But take them with a grain of salt because they are most likely coming from Mary Kay affiliate members...

#3 Global Brand

Mary Kay is a reputable and established global brand that has been operating for more than 50 years.

If they were actually a scam, then they would have been shut down a long time ago. But not...

Also take note that being a member doesn’t just mean you’re selling their products, but you’re also selling their brand name.

#4 Upward trend

I also found out that Mary Kay is still taking the world by storm because many people are still searching for it. Here's what I found in Google Trends...

This only means one thing, and that you're going to have an easier time selling...

What I don't like about Mary Kay

And here are some of the things that I don't like that much about Mary Kay...

#1 Expensive products

If an MLM company offers overpriced products, then that’s a clear and big red flag that the company is most likely a “pyramid scheme in disguise.”

The focus tilts more towards recruitment instead of selling affordable and good products…

Well, Mary Kay’s products are decently good, but they’re just downright expensive!

Just take a look at these other beauty products that also come from reputable brands and have positive reviews...

Is Mary Kay a Pyramid Scheme: Cons

Mary Kay, just like other MLMs, didn’t just price these products because they have a rare and exclusive ingredient and material, but because they want to earn huge profits.

This is very true for Mary Kay knowing that you’re also buying their brand name...

#2 Hidden monthly expenses

You must sell 70 PV every month to “stay active.” This 70 PV of theirs is valued at around $70 to $80, which means you need to pay that amount if ever you are unable to sell the products.

It makes no sense to me…

Why do you need to maintain a sales quota when you’re just a member who needs to sell products? Well, something sounds fishy… a “pyramid scheme in disguise,” I should say?

The fact is… Mary Kay’s biggest market is their members who just keep buying their stuff hoping that they can earn thousands of dollars in a month by just staying at home.

#3 Is Mary Kay a pyramid scheme in disguise?

If you must spend $75 every month just to stay active, then there’s just one to make sure you won’t lose $75 monthly on overpriced cosmetic products… How? By recruiting people to be under you.

MLM pyramid scheme

You then guarantee them that they can earn money if they are able to sell $75 worth of Mary Kay products every month.

If not, then they have to buy it for themselves...

#4 Saturated market

Like I said, Mary Kay is one of the first, biggest, and most popular MLM cosmetic companies.

It sounds like a good thing. But the thing is, this also means that you have a lot of competitors out there.

The fact that the cosmetic industry is already saturated, and you add in the many Mary Kay members out there, then for sure, you’re going to have a hard time selling their products...

#5 Only 1 in 200 members earn over $30k a year

You can see in the Mary Kay income disclosure that 99.9% of all members have an income of less than $20,378 annually.

What's worse is that 94.3% of the total member population earns just $100 in a year, all while averaging an expense of $1,400 per year!

In simple words, this means that only 1 out of 200 members make more than $30k a year!

My opinion - Mary Kay

There’s no doubt about Mary Kay’s reputation.

They are one of the biggest multinational cosmetics companies in the world and they do offer nice products compared to other beauty MLMs.

But what do I think about the business opportunity presented here?...

The only way that you can make good money inside this company is if you recruit as much people as you can.

That means telling your friends, family, and any other relatives about this alleged money making scheme.

The simple fact is that the majority of these people are just going to lose money from Mary Kay.

Surely, that isn’t an ethical business model...

What is Profit Point Autonomy about?

Profit Point Autonomy is a website that offers you a job that pays $500 a day just by pressing a button.

Simple, right?

Too simple actually for a job that pays that much...

It is basically an automated money-making system that guarantees an immediate and easy way of generating more money.

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Intro

What it does is it creates websites as soon as you buy it and set it up. These websites will earn the money for you so you don’t have to do anything or worry about anything at all.

It also provides you with some basic training in affiliate marketing as it actually gives you the chance to learn (through a series of videos)  the processes used in this type of marketing where you promote a product through an affiliate link and get your share or commission when someone buys that product.

Profit Point Autonomy, as a whole, offers you a shortcut on how to get rich real quick.

But the question is, is that really true?

Check out this 5-minute video that introduces you to what this opportunity is all about...

Let us then know who's the guy behind all these...

Who is Mason Brown?

The owner or founder is a mysterious figure who probably will remain that way as long as the website exists.

But there is this man named Mason Brown who somehow introduces us to this money-making website through a video presentation but it is of no certainty that he is the one who founded Profit Point Autonomy.

Here he is...

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Creator

Mr. Brown, not even disclosing necessary information about him, just talked about his sob story of failing financially and losing his family and house, all of that a part of the generic equation used in most scams.

But does it mean that what he said about buying, signing up, and activating the system to earn money is a whole lie and a sure road to getting scammed?

Well, read on further to have more information about Profit Point Autonomy....

Hey, I'm Mike.

How does Profit Point Autonomy Work?

This website that guarantees easy money works quite simply. You just have to follow a few instructions which are also very simple.

Profit Point Autonomy is a website that sells a system for $47 and works using the processes for doing affiliate marketing.

Now, affiliate marketing is a legit business tool and it really works.

But not the way this website describes it to be!

In affiliate marketing, there’s no such thing as easy money as it takes time, sometimes a lot of it, patience and perseverance before you can profit from it.

That’s a big difference compared to what Profit Point Autonomy claims wherein there’s an automated way to earn money.

It just hypes you up and brings you farther from the reality of doing business in which “just pushing a button” is in no way your ticket to a successful financial gain.

You just have to join through the app that they’ll share to you and then proceed for a sign up.

After that, the system must be activated for it to start creating websites where you’ll get your 500 bucks.

You also have to pay for the videos about basic training on marketing you’ll be given access to and not to mention the many more upsells they have up their sleeves...

Inside Profit Point Autonomy

You have to follow a number of steps when signing up for Profit Point Autonomy...

Step #1: Sign up

Profit Point Autonomy is supposed to work once you put your email address on its website.

We all know that once you sign up for something using your email account, you’ll be bombarded by the many offers and opportunities they’ll want you to avail.

And that’s one thing why the sign up process requires this important information from you.

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Inside

Step #2: Pay

Pay them. As simple as that. You have to give your payment in order for you to have access on that app that will create money-making websites for you.

If you are interested in this so-called opportunity, you have to make sure you have at least $47 and an extra $7 for their monthly upsells

Step #3: Wait

The third step is somewhat a tricky one.

After signing up and paying for it, you will be given access to some videos about how you can make money through affiliate marketing and these videos are ones that you can actually just search on Youtube.

This will go on until you get tired of waiting for them to give you that extraordinary app that guarantees you to earn $500.

And if you’re thinking about getting a refund, well, there’s a hundred percent chance of you failing to get a hold of them

With these, can we safely claim that it is a website that intends to do you no good at all?

Here is another 10-minute video that shows to you the inner workings of Profit Point Autonomy...

Also know that there are many other similar programs out there, such as:

So, now, let's move and learn about the numbers involved...

Profit Point Autonomy cost to join

The amount you will have to pay for is $47.

You will be given a payment form when you are in the process of finally purchasing it.

This $47 will eventually help you earn that $500 and so you might find it very tempting. Well, that's what they say...

What’s $47 compared to the $500 you’ll make out of it?

It seems to be a little sacrifice, right?

But that is only if it is a legitimate website...

Profit Point Autonomy monthly cost

You will not only be paying $47 but you also have to worry about the monthly cost which is $7.

This $7 monthly fee gives you continuous access to the videos that can, as per their promise, help you get the necessary basic training you need in affiliate marketing for you to gain what skills you need.

But again, those videos are found online for free so this might lead you to question as to why you have to pay for something that is actually free and available on the internet...

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Cost

Let us here what people have to say...

Profit Point Autonomy reviews online

Profit Point Autonomy is a website that lets you pay $47 in exchange for the "training videos and tools" which they say can help you earn $500 in a single day.

That sure sounds nice. And regardless of whether it's realy or not, you're most likely here becuase you'd like to learn if it works or not...

One good way to know that is by knowing what people have to say about it.

I checked numerous YouTube videos and review forums like BBB and SiteJabber.

Here's what I found out, so far...

Common positive Profit Point Autonomy reviews

  • You learn something about business

Here's what what APNews says about them:

“If you are worried that if this process and system is legit or not, dont worry, this is a 100% legit system that provides you with unlimited opportunities to fuel your business.”

That's the only positive review about Profit Point Autonomy...

Common negative Profit Point Autonomy reviews

  • You can't earn anything
  • Shortcut to success is impossible
  • Fake website
  • Fake testimonials

Here are the best negative reviews:

“Absolutely nothing positive about this program is worth mentioning. There’s just a lot of red flags that indicate that this program is a scam.”

- Justin Hagen

“This program is complete garbage. The sales video is one lie from start to finish. There is NO program or system that can start making you money with a push of a button.”

– Leo Emery

“Yes, profit point autonomy is a complete scam. You are not going to make a dime after watching the training they provide you for $47.”

– Beastpreneur

Is Profit Point Autonomy a scam?

Yes, Profit Point Autonomy is no doubt a scam.

It exists for the sole reason of squeezing money out of you without really giving you the chance to benefit from it.

It might be useful to have access to those videos about affiliate marketing and how to do it.

But bear in mind that you can watch those for free if you are just diligent enough to search it in Google and YouTube...

The $500 they promised you is just their bait to capture your interest and eventually get your hard-earned money.

Besides, with the system constantly changing its domain and name to avoid all the negative reviews directed at it, you can never be too careful with its overly hyped claims.

Tired of expensive crappy Affiliate Marketing courses? Check out how I make money online here!

Profit Point Autonomy pros

Here are some of the best things that I like about this affiliate marketing course...

#1 Learn about online business

The one and only thing that you can consider good about this website is you’ll get to learn something about affiliate marketing with all the videos you’ll be given access to.

What happens is you pay $47 and have those videos sent to you as your guide in starting an affiliate marketing business.

Profit Point Autonomy cons

And here is the other side of the coin, that you should be aware of...

#1 Negative user reviews

Profit Point Autonomy just has a lot of negative reviews from the people who subscribed to their affiliate marketing program.

Just take a look at these...

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Cons
Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Cons 2

As you can see, these people are dissatisfied and disgruntled with the fact that their $47 payment, plus effort and time, all went to nothing...

#2 Fake testimonials

Giving testimonials that are fake is part of the scamming equation that you need to be aware of.

Most testimonials about this website, the positive ones specifically, are from paid actors you can hire on Fiverr.

Just take a look at these lads...

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Cons 3

There is a hundred percent guarantee that what you’ll see online especially the reviews that uplift this website’s reputation and legitimacy are all done by individuals and freelance actors actually.

They have been paid by the people behind Profit Point Autonomy to post positive reviews about the system.

Fake testimonials, most of the time, can easily persuade people to purchase job opportunities in the form of programs, training, websites, and forget that they are falling prey to these scams.

#3 Rehashed version of Website ATM

Profit Point Autonomy and Website ATM are basically the same.

The two are just like a doppelganger of each other because they offer and say the same stuff...

Is Profit Point Autonomy a Scam: Cons 4

They do this to maximize the chances of them scamming people because there'll be multiple choices subscribers can pay. But in this case, the payment just goes to the same creator (whoever that is).

It's also a smart way of dodging any negative reviews.

Just change their site name and they're safe...

#4 Fake online presence

If you try searching Profit Point Autonomy, the first website you’ll see is a press release from Associated Press or APNews, a paid press release distribution service that writes articles about anything their clients ask them to write.

It is actually a legit news organization and in the case of Profit Point Autonomy, the article written about it was posted by APNews.

If you look at the press release, you can see a disclaimer that says...

“Press release content from Wired Release. The AP news staff was not involved in its creation.”

So, although APNews has nothing to do with, it is worth taking note that Profit Point Autonomy really does create an online presence that is false and forged.

My opinion - Profit Point Autonomy

This website, as what you can infer from this review, definitely needs to be off your list of online job opportunities as it is neither a job nor an opportunity.

As another scam claiming to make you a few hundred bucks richer than yesterday, Profit Point Autonomy guarantees nothing profitable and beneficial for you at all.

Here's what I think about them...

You have to make it a point to remember as an online job seeker that scams are meant to tempt you and you are as vulnerable to it as you allow it to deceive you.

Successful financial gain has no shortcut.

You will have to go the long but sure way, the bumpy but worthy way. And there is no way a scam like Profit Point Autonomy leads to that kind of road.

Also, keep in mind that there are many jobs you can find online which are legitimate and can really make you earn money.

Not immediately or easily, but definitely.

How I make passive income online

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

Once I learnt about it, it just seemed like a great business model that can grow over time using the power of the internet.

So I tried to figure it out by myself... that got me nowhere fast.

Then I fell for some terrible online scams.

But eventually, I found Wealthy Affiliate. It teaches long-term proven strategies to build an online business with all the tools & support needed.

And this happened...

Make Time Online Income

Once you learn the process of getting thousands of people to find your website every month (for free) there really is not limit to what you can achieve online.

I've reviewed hundreds of courses or programs that claim to help people make money online. And I've spoken to dozens of 6-7 figure online entrepreneurs on my podcast.

This is by far the best place I've seen to help beginners get set up on the right foot. You can read my full Wealthy Affiliate review here (including the pros and cons!)

What is Vida Divina?

Vida Divina is an Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells an assortment of health and wellness products such as immunity boosts, tea, coffee, and nutritional supplements.

Vida Divina is a network marketing company focused on health and fitness. This company sells health and wellness goods to individuals who wish to lose weight, remain physically fit, and enhance their overall health.

These are the typical components of Vida Divina products:

  • A small amount of caffeine reduces weariness and enhances memory or mental performance.

  • Green tea - can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer, among others.

  • Garcinia cambogia is a supplement for weight loss.

  • Glucomannan absorbs sugar and relieves constipation.

  • Guarana, a good stimulant for the body, possesses antibacterial qualities that can alleviate acne.

Vida Divina is a direct sales company that offers a wide variety of products, including those for your home and pet and health and wellness.

Many people are intrigued by the prospect of becoming Vida Divina affiliates to earn a substantial commission on the company's wide variety of products

The company is based in Ontario, California and was founded back in 2016 by Armand Puyolt. It is also accredited by the BBB or Better Business Bureau and is rated with an A+.

The company claims that all of their products are scientifically developed and adheres to the highest standards to help improve the overall health of users.

They also want to create a healthier dietary habit for everyone with the help of their products.

Check out this 3-minute video that will help you learn more about the company...

Does this then mean...

Is Vida Divina a pyramid scheme?

We can safely conclude that Vida Divina is not a pyramid scheme because members can make money by selling services and recruiting new members.

You will only get rich with Vida Divina if you intend to recruit other people, as it is still an MLM at heart. Sales of products are discouraged in favor of the more lucrative endeavor of recruiting new members.

Doesn't this make Vida Divina sound like a pyramid scam under a different name?

No. Vida Divina is not a pyramid scheme. This is because the company’s members are earning money by selling their products.

They don’t need to rely on recruitment alone to earn money. But even this is the case, it is still worth asking if… Is Vida Divina a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme comes in the form of a company or organization which provides incentives most commonly in the form of money to members who recruit other members.

This is their main duty instead of selling actual products.

Because of this, governments from around the globe have already banned these kinds of companies because members can’t make money in the long run if they just rely solely on recruitment.

Here is a diagram from Wikipedia that clearly explains how this happens...

Members who somehow manage to make money from a company such as this are those who aggressively recruit other people.

But check back again in the diagram above and you’ll see that it’s impossible for them to make money from a company which has a system like this as they are just going to be running out of members to recruit sooner or later…

Here is a short 5-minute video that is going to help you spot a pyramid scheme in disguise...

Let us then learn more about...

Success is rare with Vida Divina

Success is definitely hard to achieve when you are in an MLM company such as Vida Divina.

If you want proof, then here’s a statistic which states that between 72.5% and 99.9% of MLM members lose money.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

This happens because MLMs have a sales quota which forces members to sell a certain amount of products monthly just for the sake of staying active and being eligible to receive commissions.

They can’t then receive anything if they can’t reach the quota.

This is why many MLM members lose loads of cash from their own savings before they can recruit a single member into the company.

Ready to make passive income online?

Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

Mike Beatty

How does Vida Divina Work?

Due to Vida Divina's MLM structure, there are only two ways to generate money there. Including the following:

  • Making a Sale

  • Recruiting New Students

This only scratches the surface of the company's profit potential. You may qualify for bonuses and other incentives to enhance your net income. However, qualification is a very different game.

Building a downline is a requirement for eligibility, although it is difficult. This will necessitate the hiring of personnel. However, recruiting may be difficult because most MLM prospects are interested in becoming customers.

Your income from Vida Divina will be passive. However, you cannot earn a little via sales. You would need to attract more team members because the greater the size of your firm, the greater the cash benefits.

Aside from these, they also have their own affiliate program which offers regular joes an opportunity to work from home and sell their products at higher prices for them to earn commissions.

It sounds nice in theory.

But what is actually happening here is that it’s just a way for Vida Divina to save marketing costs because members do it for them...

Vida Divina products

Before moving forward, it is crucial that you learn more about their products if you really want to become a member.

I even suggest you try them for yourself for you to really know what you are getting yourself to. But if you can’t, then simply knowing what their products are would suffice.

Here are some of Vida Divina’s best-selling products:

  • Café Divina ($48) - An organic coffee that comes in two flavors. These are Black and Cappuccino. They are formulated with an all-natural and organic reishi, and come in a pack of 20 sachets.
  • Liquid Gold ($57) - A skincare product made of literal liquid gold. It improves skin complexion, gets rid of scars and cracking skin, and can be used as a moisturizer.
  • TeDivina ($11) - A detox tea formula that detoxifies and cleanses your body.
Is Vida Divina a Scam: Products

Note, though, that there are a lot of other brands that offer very similar products as Vida Divina.

Some of the most recognized MLMs are:

  • Trevo
  • Essante Organics
  • Neora
  • MonaVie
  • isXperia
  • ByDzyne
  • Prime My Body
  • Bemer Group
  • Bonvera
  • Globallee
  • All these MLM companies say they sell a special product. When the reality is that the stuff they are selling is just rebranded into different packaging and names.

Nonetheless, Vida Divina will still say that they stand out among the rest.

    So, what makes them special?

    Vida Divina flagship product

Lean ($65) - A meal replacement shake that helps you lose weight and boosts the development of lean muscles. A container contains 15 servings.

Is Vida Divina a Scam: Flagship

You might want to learn more about their others products from this 5-minute video:

Let us then move and know...

Can you make money with Vida Divina?

Of course, you can make money from Vida Divina.

But I tell you… It’s going to be hard.

There are a few who make money. But the amount they make is just comparable to minimum wage.

    Sometimes, even lower!

What makes it worse, is that they treat it just like their full-time business and not just a part-time job.

They don’t even have an income disclosure to show that their members are actually earning...

How to make money with Vida Divina

There are generally 2 ways for members to make money from this MLM.

    And that is by:

    • Selling their nutritional supplements
    • Recruiting members into the company

But take note that you can only earn commissions and bonuses from the sales of your recruited members and not by merely recruiting.

It’s a smart move for MLMs such as Vida Divina to avoid being labeled as a pyramid scheme in disguise by the authorities.

How much does it cost to join Vida Divina?

There are no subscription fees that you have to pay when joining Vida Divina. However, you have to buy a starter kit which is basically a product bundle.

There are 4 different bundle options to choose from.

    These are:

    • Basic ($135)
    • Popular ($340)
    • Premium ($680)
    • Supreme ($1,360)

    Vida Divina monthly cost

Members must reach the 120 PV monthly quota which is worth $120.

Here are the costs you’re going to get in your first year…

    • $135 to $1,360
    • $120 x 12

    Minimum costs for year 1 = $1,575 to $2,800

Note, though, that you still have to include other costs like gasoline, marketing, training, food, travel, and many more miscellaneous stuff...

    Vida Divina compensation plan

MLM companies always have complicated compensation plans. That is the reality in the industry.

But there’s no need to fret this time because I’m going to simplify it for you...

Vida Divina offers its members 5 different ways to make some bucks:

    • Retail Sales Commission - Earn 10% to 20% commission every time you sell a product. This depends on the price you’ve got from your purchase of the product from the company.
    • Accelerated Team Bonus - Earn 5% commission from your downline team monthly.
    • Fast Track Bonus - Earn 50% to 70% commission once your newly recruited signs up for the bundle. This depends on the bundle option they chose.
    • Check Match Bonus - Earn a 50% check match bonus from the recruits of your recruit.
    • Presenter Bonus - Earn a 20% bonus once your downline members’ recruits gets a starter bundle.
Is Vida Divina a Scam: Compensation

Here is a 19-minute video in case you want to learn more about their compensation plan...

Or you can find the full compensation plan here.

    Is Vida Divina a scam?

Vida Divina isn’t a scam. The company sells real, healthy, and effective products.

This MLM also keeps their word because they pay members as what is said in the compensation plans.

But unfortunately, members soon realize that they are losing money from the sales quota.

And this happens instead of them making money. Because of this, they then conclude that the company is a scam.

Nonetheless, this in-depth and accurate review of Vida Divina is going to reveal more surprising facts in the next section so you can decide if it’s right for you or not.

    • "Great opportunity for growth, the owners are very active and helpful in assisting new employees to achieve their goals. A excellent learning environment."
    • "Vida Divina offers those individuals the opportunity to build long-term generational wealth, fully supported by industry leading professionals and an easy to use and understand compensation program designed to help franchise owners grow wealth."

    Common negative reviews

And then here are the common negative reviews I've also found in Indeed...

    • "It was a fun place to work but there was no leader ship. It is a family own company that abuse their power when they needed to. They were friendly most of that time and they were sometimes flexible with the hours."
    • "I enjoyed the business, i just need something a little more fast paced, how ever it did build my sales experience. My co workers were very respectful and honest."

What I like about Vida Divina

    Key Terms:

    • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
    • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
    • Red Flag - A warning sign

Here are some of the best things that I like most about Vida Divina...

    #1 Positive product reviews

The only thing that I like from this company is that their members are satisfied with their products.

As you can see, they are happy with the products because they have real health benefits.

This is a good sign that you can make money from this company because it is proven.

What I don't like about Vida Divina

And here are some of the things that I don't like that much about Vida Divina...

    #1 Expensive products

Just like other MLMs, Vida Divina is selling overpriced products. Here is a good example:

Is Vida Divina a Scam: Cons

You can see that there are a lot of other brands that offer the same health and wellness products, but at cheaper prices.

You can also notice that they also have high ratings and lots of good reviews from users.

This means that there is also a chance that you are going to have a hard time selling Vida Divina products because other people are going to prefer the cheaper ones.

    #2 Saturated market

Health and wellness MLMs are everywhere. In fact, these kinds of companies are the most common.

There’s just a lot of other competitors out there that makes this niche very saturated.

That’s not a good sign that you can sell the products because you have to compete with many other brands...

    #3 Hidden monthly expenses

Being a member means that you need to achieve 120 PV monthly, which means selling at least $120 worth of products for you to stay active.

And staying active means being able to receive the bonuses and commissions.

If you can’t reach this quota, then you can’t receive or get anything from this company. However, there’s a way to this and that is by buying the products for yourself.

A fact that MLMs don’t want members to know is that they are their biggest client base.

This is because they just keep buying their products and hoping that this will lead to them breaking even with the initial costs of investment and making money soon.

#4 Is Vida Divina a pyramid scheme in disguise?

The fact that members must spend $120 a month just for the sake of staying as an active member means that you must go beyond selling and focus more on recruitment.

Here is how their system looks like...

    MLM pyramid scheme

Recruiting members would then mean that you can earn a passive income. But this also means that you pass the hassle and burden of keeping up with the monthly costs…

Knowing that recruitment is the focus and is the only real way you can make money means that this is a pyramid scheme in disguise...

    #5 Downward trend

Google Trends is a handy tool to see if a product is popular.

And in this case, here’s what it shows with Vida Divina…

    vida_divina_updates

Clearly, it can be seen that the company has experienced a boost in popularity.

However, the trend shows that it’s going down really fast.

This means that there are fewer people who are searching for Vida Divina and are interested with whatever it is that they are selling.

This isn’t a good sign for a profitable business...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

    MTO Income

    My opinion - Vida Divina

Vida Divina is a legit business and is a legal company. The MLM sells healthy and legit products. However, they are just way too overpriced.

And what can I say about the business opportunity presented by the company?...

Well, it only means one thing… And that the only legit way to make some good bucks from the company is by means of aggressive recruitment.

And you still do this even if you already know that it is a proven fact that the majority of MLM members make money.

This doesn’t sound right because you are just doing recruitment just to save yourself the hassle of paying for the monthly costs and passing the hassle and the burden to other people.

There are a lot of better business alternatives out there that pay legit and good money...

Digital Prosperity Movement Review: Pyramid Scheme or Legit Kangen Water Marketing?

So you're looking for an honest Digital Prosperity Movement review to figure out if this is a legit opportunity to make money from home

Digital Prosperity Movement is a platform that uses the strategy. called "attraction marketing" via social media to make it easy to recruit more people into another MLM called Enagic.

The platform will teach you how to show how good your life is in social media so that you can convince other people to "be their own boss too."

This then helps you sell very expensive water filter systems that are worth thousands of dollars. You can also make commissions from any sales they go onto make.

In this review, I'll show you how this company works, who it's best for, and if you can really make good money from this...

If you're like me and you prefer watching videos then just watch this 20-minute summary...

    • An affiliate-like system

    • Generous compensation plan

    Digital Prosperity Movement Pros

    • Helps to recruit unsuspecting victims into a MLM

    • Alkaline water trend

    Digital Prosperity Movement Cons

    • Expensive products

    • Prohibited to promote other products or companies

    • Pyramid scheme in disguise?

    • Bad tactics to keep people in

    • No interest

Summary: Digital Prosperity Movement uses "attraction marketing" education. This is a fancy term for the strategy called faking it till you make it on social media. It just "attracts" people to send you PMs and learn what you do.

You then sell them Enagic MLM products such as water filter systems and turmeric supplements for thousands of bucks. Also, you encourage them to sell the same to other unsuspecting victims so you (and them) can more money.

    What is Digital Prosperity Movement?

Digital Prosperity Movement is a platform that serves as a training program to help promote the Multi-Level-Marketing company called Enagic.

But before continuining, I know for a fact that the die hard members of Enagic are screaming from the top of their lungs...

But Enagic is not an MLM because it is "direct selling" or "network marketing".

Multi-level marketing firm Digital Prosperity Movement presents itself as a training and education program for promoting Enagic, the company's parent.

Enagic is a Japanese company that sells water filtration units, allowing customers to consume healthier water purportedly.

However, Enagic is not a multi-level marketing organization because they offer its products directly.

Distributors of this company cannot be considered workers because they are solely tasked with recruiting individuals to the organization so they may sell their items and join the downline.

Numerous other firms follow a similar business strategy; in most areas, this is referred to be a pyramid scam or a multi-level marketing company.

Here is an explanation from the FTC about the different between an MLM and a direct selling company...

    FTC- Direct Selling vs MLM

The thing is, enagic distributors can't be called employees because they simply just recruit sales people into the company and make them a part of their "downline".

That is the clearly the most accurate definition of a MLM.

Watch 5 minutes of the video below so you can get to know Digital Prosperity Movement, more. Just take note that this is 2 hours long and I recommend watching all of this if you'd want to get a full grasp of the company.

    • 16:51 - Other Enagic Training Platforms

Here are a few of the other programs that will surely help you recruit people into Enagic:

    Enagic Training Programs

But note that this is not all of them as there are multiple training variations that will help salesman promote Enagic.

We don't know the reason why there are loads of training programs that teach people how to make some bucks from Enagic.

But a good chance is that every program gets a bad reputation sooner or later and the owners want to start fresh again and be at the top of their pyramid scheme.

    So, does that mean...

Is Digital Prosperity Movement a pyramid scheme?

Digital Prosperity Movement is not a pyramid scheme. Well, at least in a technical sense. The company gives education to people on how they can use social media to attract people and buy the offerings of Enagic.

Enagic is also not a pyramid scheme because its distributors can still make money by simply selling their expensive water filter machines.

Here is a clear definition of what a pyramid scheme is...

    What is a pyramid scheme?

A company that promises payment to members for recruiting more people into the company rather than selling a product or service.

The diagram from Wikipedia clearly show that it is just impossible for all of the members to make money in a company that functions like a pyramid scheme.

This is also the reason why pyramid scheme are banned in many countries...

It is also the reason why...

Success is rare with Digital Prosperity Movement

Note that between 72.5% and 99.9% of MLM members are losing money.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

I already looked into more than 160 MLM income disclosures and analyzed the figures regarding the minimum expenses a member should spend in a year.

I then found out that 92.3% of members lost money.

But also note that only 1 out of every 179 members can make over $30k annually from MLMs.

The amount of time, effort, and energy is just not worth it...

Ready to make passive income online?

    Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

How does Digital Prosperity Movement Work?

Build Your Empire University works in three steps:

    1. Watch various training modules and step-by-step videos about financial independence
    2. Book a free call with a coach to get started
    3.  Get direct access to join Enagic MLM and sell expensive water filter machines

So, what are they really selling?...

    Digital Prosperity Movement products

The company sells 2 services. These are:

    • Done For You: Sets you up a basic website and sales funnel
    • Ultimately Done For You: Sets up your own online business

As you can see, their services are clearly just a stepping stone to get you introduced to Enagic MLM, where you basically become a member and sell their water filter machines.

Let us then know what are the...

    Enagic products

    There aren't any products.

But what they help you to promote is Enagics products, which consists of 8 water Ionizer machines and various Ukon (turmeric) supplements.

    Leveluk R- $1,980
    Anespa DX- $2,890
    Leveluk JRIV- $2,980
    Leveluk SD501- $3980
    Leveluk SD501- $4,280
    Leveluk SD501U- $4,980
    Leveluk SUPER- $5,980
    UKON Supplements

These aren't just overpriced water filter machines because they can also just filter out chlorine.

Water Ionizers changes the pH of water and:

    •  Electrolyzed reduced water (ERW): exposed to electric current separates charged particles
    • Hydrogen rich water (HRW): hydrogen gas dissolved in water (acts as an antioxidant)
    • Oxidation reduction potential (ORP): the lower the score the more antioxidants in the water (which is good)

Some of the "claimed" health benefits from distributors (who mostly know nothing about any of this science) include:

    • Slows aging process
    • Boost immune system
    • More hydrating
    • Boost metabolism
    • Relieves heartburn
    • Cures cancer, diabetes, measles
    • and a ton of other stuff

But loads of this sounds very fancy to me. So what I did is dig into researches and studies and found

And here is a summary from Healthline...

    Healthline- alkaline water

"However, more research is needed beyond these small studies. In particular, research is needed to answer other claims made by alkaline water supporters"

    Enagic flagship product

The K8 is the flagship product at Enagic.

    K8- $4,980

It can produce 7 different levels of pH water ranging from 2.5-11pH. Here's what it is promoted as being good for:

    • Acidic 2.5ph: remove pesticide off food and a good disinfectant
    • 6.0pH: "beauty water" for skin and hair
    • Alkaline 11pH: best for drinking

If you want a deep dive into what these machines and products do (which you prob should if you plan on selling these to other people) you really should watch the next 5 minutes of this video...

    • 6:40 - Enagic Machines, Prices, Uses

Throughout the web, these courses have received the highest marks from students.

We've taken it upon ourselves to complete the courses after collecting data from users' reviews of them.

In comparison to other available courses, this is the finest option.

    Sales Training Academy

When you join Digital Prosperity Movement, the first thing you'll get access to is a training and learning program that will teach you all you need to know about sales funnels and how to launch a profitable Facebook advertising campaign.

They also plan to educate their children on using social media to increase website traffic, including Facebook.

Construction of a consistent layout and design website with the others advertising this product will also be covered.

    System for Automated Online Sales

Digital Prosperity Movement claims they will show their customers how to set up an automated sales system in this course section.

They guarantee that their training will provide you with the knowledge to handle the automation aspects of your job, but not everything can be automated. This means that you will likely have to put in some effort each day to keep the system running well.

There's nothing wrong with putting in some effort if it helps you launch a successful internet business, but you should consider whether or not this is how you really want to spend your time.

    International Facebook Group

You'll likely be prompted to join a Facebook group run by the business, where you may ostensibly network with other customers like yourself who have paid for a subscription and discuss your thoughts.

It remains to be seen how active the company is, but in our experience, businesses like this tend to exaggerate the size of the community that has formed around their products.

Conference Calls With Coaches That Last 30 Minutes

In this section of the course, you will have the opportunity to discuss business topics with other students and faculty and seek guidance from those who have already achieved success in the field.

This is another potentially harmful aspect of the curriculum because the salesperson is likely to get you very enthused about the prospects of purchasing a subscription.

In this case, it's crucial that you realize that not everything they tell you will come to pass exactly as they describe it.

    Individualized Mentorship

In this lesson, you'll learn that the company will pair you with a mentor who will guide you through the training process; typically, this will be the person who recruited you.

You hope that this person will serve as your future mentor, taking the time to teach you the ropes and set you up for success.

Naturally, since they value you as a customer, your mentor will likely contact you frequently.

So much for the course itself; now that we've covered everything, let's look at the things Digital Prosperity Movement says their clients sell.

Can you make money with Digital Prosperity Movement?

Yes, you can make money from Digital Prosperity Movement.

You just need to focus on selling water filter machines and recruit as many people as you can into Enagic.

However, there are a lot of people who don't want to oversell themselves and compromise their privacy in social media, so they don't make anything.

You just need to do these:

    • Look as good as possible in social media and share how cool your life is even it if really is not. This entices people to DM you and ask how you make that money.
    • Encourage people to buy your overpriced water machines even if you know they are overpriced in the first place.

So there it is, people can make money from Digital Prosperity Movement.

But do they make money ethically?...

How to make money with Digital Prosperity Movement

There are 3 main ways you can make money from Digital Prosperity Movement:

    • Sell Digital Prosperity Movement's courses and earn commission from every sale
    • Sell water filter machines and earn commission from every sale
    • Recruit people into Enagic and earn commissions from every sale that your downline makes

Well, you might think that selling $4,000 plus water machines can make you good profits?

Nope, you are wrong. It just makes you a decent $340. However, you can make more money if you recruit more people into Enagic who sell these $,000 water machines. This can then help you make $2,040 from every downline sale.

If that's your ideal job, then this is what you need...

How much does it cost to join Digital Prosperity Movement?

You must spend $105 to become a Digital Prosperity Movement member.

    digital_prosperity_movement_costs

But note that the costs does not stop there. You should also be prepared to shell out at least $1,980 for an Enagic machine...

    Digital Prosperity Movement monthly cost

You will need to pay a lifetime membership fee of $105 to get access to the Digital Prosperity Movement training. And yes... there are no monthly costs.

But note that there are more costs that you need to be aware of to make the most from the training offered at BYE University, such as:

    • Email autoresponder ($15+ a month)
    • Funnel builders ($25-$97 a month)
    • Tracking software ($25+ a month)
    • Paying for ads (at least $100 a month)

It's reasonable to expect to spend over $250 a month on your education and tools.

However, there are technically no monthly costs to remain as a Enagic MLM member. This surely is nice opportunity compared to most MLMs out there that need an "autoship" or a minimum monthly sales quota.

However, as soon as you have a 6A title or above, you need 10 machines to be sold in the qualifying month.

If you don't make a sale for 6 months you will start earning less money from indirect sales (people in your downline selling the machines).

The "Trifecta" (which you are encouraged to buy) costs around $10,000 after tax.

    You'll get:

    • A K8 machine for $4,980
    • An Anespa DX machine for $2,890
    • UKON Turmeric supplements for $760 (4 month supply)

And what about the turmeric supplements?...

    Turmeric Supplements in Enagic UKON

They autoship 3 times a year!

So realistically you need to allow for:

    • $2,280 (if you get the turmeric supplements)
    • be prepared to buy extra machines to hit your 10 sales quota once you are past 6A ranking or above

So technically there are no monthly fees.

But also be prepared to spend $2,280 anually on supplements. After all, your upline will say "if you don't take these, how you can you expect to sell them to other people?"

    Digital Prosperity Movement compensation plan

You can earn a 30% commission from every Digital Prosperity Movement referrals. So if they stay as an active member for 4 months you can make around $120.

But it is you who make the "real money" inside the Enagic MLM...

There are 6 main "ranks" in Enagic:

    • 1A (1-2 sales) - receive 1 point
    • 2A (3-10 sales) - receive 2 points
    • 3A (11-20 sales) - receive 3 points
    • 4A (21-50 sales) - receive 4 points
    • 5A (51-100 sales) - receive 5 points
    • 6A (101+ sales) - receive 6 points
    Enagic Compensation Plan

The 8 point system means how many points get handed out per sale.

For example, if you sold your first K8 machine for $4,890 you would make $340 (you are 1A rank and get 1 point). The other 7 points go to your "upline". If the person directly above you was a 6A rank they would get 6 points ($2,040), leaving only one point to person above them, no matter what rank they are. Anyone above them would receive diddly squat.

I just want to point out this fact here...

You may have been trying to sell anything to anyone for months.

You finally sell a huge $4,980 product...

    But you only receive $340.

Yet the people above you earn $2,380!

If that is not an incentive to recruit more people so you can get a bigger chunk of the earnings, then I'm not sure what is?!

Watch the next 5 minutes of this video to get an insight into the true compensation plan for Enagic...

    • 7:34 - Enagic’s Compensation Plan

Or you can find the full Enagic compensation plan here.

Is Digital Prosperity Movement a scam?

Build Your Empire University is not a scam.

The company is offering "attraction marketing" training so members can use social media to recruit people into Enagic, and in the process, sell expensive water filter machines. But some people call it a scam because it is not clear what you are getting into until yoou've piled up your debt.

Digital Prosperity Movement members also follow shady marketing strategies to earn money.

But it's hard to blame them as this is what they have been taught to do. And many of them just don't know that there are loads of ways to create real online businesses...

Instead of just becoming a recruiter or sales manager.

Here are some of the common positive reviews that we have found in Trust Pilot where people are talking about its job opportunity...

    • "DPM has changed my life. The amount of positivity and support in this group is amazing. Hours and hours of training that helped me run my online business and weekly calls that keep me motivated and hyped! Joining Digital Prosperity Movement was the best decision I have ever made. Thank you DPM."

    Common negative reviews

And here are some of the common negative reviews we also have found in Indeed...

    • "Before you buy into this scheme, Google why MLMs don’t work. Yes, there are a few success stories and these will be shoved in your face. What doesn’t get shoved in your face is the 99% (99.6% to be precise following a bit of research) who lost a lot of money."

Tired of MLMs? Check out how I make money online here!

What I like about Digital Prosperity Movement

Here are the only two things I like about Digital Prosperity Movement...

#1 If you promote Enagic MLM this will help you to recruit (morals aside)

Digital Prosperity Movement is for you if you are comfortable joining Enagic and recruiting people and making them sell very expensive water filter machines.

Surprising to say, attraction marketing works...

    Enagic Instagram post

A few friends have already tried to draw me into this type of business.

I must say that it's compelling and really look like I can make good money out of it.

But unfortunately, it's not the case.

However, it may work if you love to social media all the time and post fancy stuff to entice people to ask how you got to make your life so cool and nice...

    #2 Alkaline water trend

Another thing Digital Prosperity is pretty good at is that there is a growing number of people who are searching for alkaline water in Google...

    Alkaline water trends

It is surely easier to sell if people are hyped up about that certain thing.

And below is the exact same chart that compares it to Bitcoin...

    Alkaline water vs bitcoin

As you can see, alkaline water is just searched by very few people compared to Bitcoin, which only 1% of the world owns.

What I don't like about Digital Prosperity Movement

There are a number of surprising facts you need to be aware of before joining.

Here are some of the most important ones...

    #1 Expensive products

Just check out the price of Enagic's machines to other similar pdocuts you can find in Amazon...

    Enagic K8 Machine Pricing
    Amazon Water Ionizers

There are many distributors who say that their machines are way better than what you can get in the market.

But the fact is... you can get water ionizers for a fraction of the cost.

    K8 Water pH levels
    Amazon pH levels

There is just too much for me to dig into every argument. But one of the big things Enagic hardcore fans argue is that Enagic has superior Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP aka more antioxidants, therefore it's better for you).

Check out 2 minutes of this video to see if that is really happening with their machines...

    • 40:23 - ORP Comparison Graphics

If you continue watching that video you will find a ton more of the same, such as a study from Alkaline Water Plus...

Kangen Ionization compared to other models

Enagic water ionizers are nothing special compared to other models.

It's just that every Enagic distributor hasn't done the proper research themselves or ever tested another ionizer brand themselves. They are very good at regurgitating the same things they see other distributors say though...

#2 Not allowed to promote other products

Check out the full Enagic Policy and Procedures here.

    Enagic Policies and Procedures

This isn't right because if you are a true entrepreneur, you will do your best to sell any product that you deem profitable.

Unfortunately, that's not the case with Digital Prosperity Movement...

#3 Is Digital Prosperity Movement a pyramid scheme in disguise?

Build Your Empire University is not a pyramid scheme.

But note that you need to focus strongly on recruitment for you to make good money.

Also note that the payout system always looks like this...

    MLM pyramid scheme

Let's get things straight... most members will lose money.

Although there might be some who make good money, these are just limited to the ones on top.

And for you to make good bucks, you just need to recruit as many people as you can into Enagic even if you already know that they'll just end up losing money sooner or later...

#4 Shady tactics to keep people in

Ok, these are the last few minutes that you must watch from this video...

    • 1:25:05 - 1) The Only Way You Can Fail Is If You Quit
    • 1:25:36 - 2) Law of Attraction
    • 1:28:46 - 3) Money Mindset
    • 1:32:14 - 4) Echo Chamber
    • 1:33:45 - 5) Cult-like Behavior
    • 1:42:44 - Pseudoscience Promoted in Community
    • 1:45:42 - Conspiracy Theories Promoted in Community
    • 1:50:10 - 6) $$$$$

But the shady tactics do not end there.

What about how they actually find so many people that can afford a few thousand dollars to pay for a water filter machine?

These two minutes will just shock you...

    • 44:00 - Can’t Afford to Join? Commit Fraud!

"Credit cards have no way of checking your income. So go ahead and manifest $90k coming your way and put this down as your salary."

So there are people outright encouraging other people to commit "loan application fraud".

    Credit Card Fraud

If you get caught doing this (prob not hard as people publish this on social media!), then you can face up to $1 million in fines and 30 years in jail. And yes, real people are getting caught doing this all the time!

    #5 No real interest

This Google Trends chart serves as a deal breaker for me...

    Enagic vs Farmasi Google Trends

That only means one thing, and that you can't expect to make loads of money from a company that hardly anyone is interested in...

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no previous marketing skills or online experience...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

    MTO Income

My opinion - Digital Prosperity Movement

Here is what I can say about this company...

If you think you are attractive enough and has the capacity to woo people in social media all throughout the day, then you can make some bucks.

    But the fact is...

There is no way you are being your own boss. You can't build your own online business and you're just creating a sales man job for yourself even if you already know that you don't get any fixed salary.

There are just so many better ways out there for you to make good money in an ethically way...

Is Younique a Pyramid Scheme? Must Read 2022 Review

So someone has probably introduced you to the Younique "opportunity to work from home". But you're probably wondering... is Younique a pyramid scheme or a scam?

You may have heard that all MLMs are pyramid schemes but that simply isn't true.

However, it's been found that 99% of MLM members lose money and the main reason for this is that they do not spend a few minutes to research the company before diving in. So congratulations on doing your research first!

This honest Younique review, with videos, will expose the true pros and cons of the company so that you can make an informed decision.

Summary: Younique is a beauty MLM that sells a wide range of makeup products.

Most people do not make good money from the MLM opportunity because the products are expensive and you need to sell $125 worth every 4 months. Any distributor that doesn't sell this amount has to buy the products themselves.

This means the only way to make good money is by recruiting more "presenters" into the company, which makes Younique very similar to a pyramid scheme in disguise.

    What is Younique?

Younique is a personal care Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells different makeup and beauty products.

It was founded in 2012 and has quickly become a well known brand in the industry.

Younique is an American network marketing company that sells cosmetics.

Contacting a Presenter or going to a Party will allow clients to purchase anything from cleansers to eyeshadow palettes and everything in between.

In addition to being a customer, you can join the company's MLM program to earn money by selling their products to others and establishing your own sales team.

In addition, they greatly emphasize social networking sites and 'digital parties' to recruit new clients and reps.

Each presenter receives a webpage they can promote on social media platforms to generate sales and recruit new staff.

You will hear phrases such as "Believe in yourself!" and "Work in the path of your aspirations!" when attempting to enroll you in their MLM program.

However, the odds are against you succeeding in this endeavor.

According to the FTC, the majority of persons who join MLM fail. This provides much area for debate over whether Younique is a pyramid scheme or a legitimate way to generate money.

There is a strong focus on empowering women within the business as you can see in the 30 second video below...

So it seems like a pretty legit opportunity to work from home, right?

But you're clever enough to know this is just a Younique sales video.

    And you're probably still wondering...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme?

The short answer is no... Younique is not a pyramid scheme.

Younique is not a pyramid plan. The "presenters" of Younique can gain cash by selling Younique items. Younique is not a pyramid scheme because it markets and sells things through its website.

However, even though most multi-level marketing companies offer genuine items and services, some have extremely expensive, difficult-to-sell products and need their members to sell a monthly quota.

This means that expanding the workforce is the only way to earn decent profits or avoid a loss.

Consequently, some participants have asserted that Younique is a disguised pyramid scam.

It's possible for Younique "presenters" (also can be called distributors, associates or consultants) to make money by selling the Younique products.

Technically, they do not have to recruit anyone to make money.

The real question you should be asking is...

Is Younique a "pyramid scheme in disguise?"

    What is a pyramid scheme?

A company that promises payment to its members for recruiting more people rather than selling a product or service.

These schemes are totally illegal in most countries. It is unsustainable and impossible for every member to make money as you can see in the Wikipedia diagram below...

Most MLM companies do offer legit products or services.

However, some MLMs sell very expensive products and require their members to sell a certain amount each month. This means the only way for them to avoid losing money or make good money ($1,000+ a month) is by recruiting more people into the business.

The 5 minute video below explains this better...

This Younique review will investigate the company in more detail later. For now, you just need to be aware that...

    Success is rare with Younique

Actually, success is hard to find in any MLM company.

Did you know that between 73% and 99% of all MLM representatives lose money?

    MLM FTC Fact Stat

Younique doesn't release any income disclosures like a lot of MLM companies do.

So it's hard to say for sure if Younique falls in between these stats or not.

However, it's important to note that all MLM companies have a very big divide between what a few people earn with a big "downline" and the amount that the majority of people towards the bottom of the pyramid shape earn.

Ready to make passive income online?

    Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

    Mike Beatty

    How does Younique Work?

Younique is an MLM (multi-level marketing) company, as this review has pointed out. Younique is a company where you may become a fashion consultant.

Typically, you start your own beauty business from the comfort of your home or online. You stock up on the cosmetics you plan to sell. The next step is to sell these items and receive a commission.

On top of that, you can collaborate with others to market your business while you focus on becoming a trainer.

That's why Younique consultants get paid commissions on the purchases of the customers they've personally recruited.

You must have reached a minimum sales quota to be eligible for the bonuses and payouts (more about this later in this Younique MLM review).

The problem is that most working professionals need to earn these sales certifications. As a result, they will not receive the promised compensation.

Younique makes a range of beauty products.

They then offer a win-win situation in theory for themselves and anyone that wants to join.

Younique saves money on marketing and advertising because they get everyday people to do it for them.

In return these "presenters" get the chance to earn money by working from home. And can you see that this whole business model is set up to attract stay at home Moms who are looking to earn some money for their family?

    Younique products

If you are serious about starting any MLM company then you need to understand their product line in more detail.

Younique offers a huge variety of personal care and beauty products.

They have products in the following makeup categories:

    • Eyes (eye liner, mascara etc.)
    • Lips (lip gloss and lip sticks etc.)
    • Face (foundation, bronzer and blusher etc.)

And more products in the "skincare" categories:

    • Masks
    • Cleansers
    • Toners
    • Serums
    • Moisturizers
    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

There are far too many products to go into detail about each one here. But you can find the whole product range in the Younique shop

It's worth being aware that these products are very similar to hundreds of other MLMs that exist such as...

The way you can really understand more about the "unique selling point" for any MLM is by understanding...

    Younique mascara- the flagship product

Younique's stand out product is certainly their 3-D/ 4-D mascara.

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

It comes with a pretty hefty price tag at $29 retail price compared to other highly rated mascaras as we will look into in more detail later in this Younique review.

But the main way to understand how good a product is, is to check out what people say about it...

    Younique review

So it has very mixed reviews but we will dig into that in more detail later too.

For now you can watch the 30 second video below to see what makes it so special...

How to make money with Younique

You can make money with Younique in 2 ways like you can with most MLM companies:

    1. Selling the products and earning a commission
    2. Recruiting people into the company and earning bonuses from purchases they make or the sales they make

It's important to be aware that most MLM companies do not pay you directly for recruiting people. This would make Younique an outright pyramid scheme!

So they get around it by only paying you "bonuses" for sales they make to others or for themselves.

Before we figure that out from the comp plan, you're probably wondering...

How much does it cost to join Younique?

It costs a one time payment of $99.

That also gives you a range of products to try yourself or sell on...

    Younique price to start

To be honest that's not bad as many MLM companies have a "joining fee" and then you need to buy a "product pack" for more money.

However, the costs do not stop there...

    Younique monthly cost

In the small print on the compensation plan you can actually see there are "requirements" to stay active as a Younique presenter...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

You also need to sell 125 "PRS" which is around $125 worth of products every 3 months.

So for the first year you will need to allow for expenses of at least:

    • £99
    • $125 x 4

Total year one cost = $599

If you sell products then you won't need to buy $125 yourself. But many people are not aware of this before they jump in.

This is clearly much less than starting your own bricks and mortar business like a restaurant. But it will be more than $99, which a lot of people don't know.

    Younique compensation plan

For some reason MLMs like to make their compensation plans harder to understand than solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded.

Younique is no different, so I will do my best to keep this simple and use real words rather than PRS/ PV/ GV/ GPV etc.

There are 5 ways you can get paid from Younique:

    1. Retail commissions (20%-30%)
    2. Circle royalties (3-6% of total downline sales)
    3. First level bonuses (5-10% of wholesale sales in your downline)
    4. Car bonus (get $250 each month if you can sell 2500 PWS aka $3,334 each month)
    5. First, second and third generation royalties (3-5% bonus on your immediate downline when you achieve a certain rank)

You can see how you get promoted to different ranks and earn these bonuses in the charts below...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

If you're looking at those charts and thinking...

    What you talkin' about Willis?

    Do. Not. Worry.

All you need to know is actually what you will be required to do to make money.

    And all that is:

    1. Sell Younique products
    2. Recruit people into the Younique MLM and help them sell products (or make them buy products!)

But do you notice that 4 out of 5 ways to make money require you to recruit people?

Well, the 12 minute video below will help to explain this in more detail if you really want to get your head around it...

Or you can find the full Younique compensation plan here.

    Is Younique a scam?

No, Younique is not a scam.

They sell legit products and pay their "presenters" exactly like they say they will.

However, it doesn't mean it's the right opportunity for you.

They rest of this Younique review will help you to make an informed decision about whether you want to start as a Younique presenter or not...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse Younique in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. If you’d like to learn how to “Spot an Online Marketing Scam” then click the highlighted text.

Tired of MLMs? Check out how I make money online here!

    What I like about Younique

OK, so there are a couple of things that I genuinely like about Younique.

This helps to prove that Younique is not a scam...

    Key Terms:

    • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
    • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
    • Red Flag - A warning sign

    #1 Proven history

This is the best way to see that Younique is not a scam.

Did you know that 50% of MLM companies disappear after 5 years?

    Is Younique a scam

If they make it past that point they tend to be OK for at least another few years.

The good news about this is that it's unlikely the company will disappear tomorrow. Imagine spending a couple of years building this "business" only to find it disappears or goes bankrupt and your whole income stream evaporates!

    #2 Positive product reviews

Sometimes you only find product reviews that have clearly been written by the MLMs "presenters".

However, Younique has a range of reviews from people that you can tell use the products without being part of the company...

    Younique review

There are a pretty steady stream of these reviews (with some negative ones dotted around) in consumer affairs.

At least it shows that some people actually use the products.

What I don't like about Younique

So this is the part when I will expose the hidden truths.

Many MLM members find this out after joining, but luckily for you, you can learn them right now!

    #1 Expensive products

The first thing I look into when I review any MLM is how expensive their products are...

    Younique products
    Is Younique a pyramid scheme
    • Younique mascara = $29
    • Highly rated Amazon mascara = $6-13

Now, I don't claim to know much about mascara myself. But I do know that a markup of 150%-500% is not acceptable for anything that is similar.

I also saw a lot of similar reviews to this one below...

    Younique review

People saying that they "love the products but that are so expensive".

    Now, this begs the ask...

"Who in their right mind would actually buy this expensive stuff"?...

    #2 Hidden monthly expenses

    Here's the truth...

The "presenters become the companies biggest customers.

    Why?...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

Because they have to sell $125 of products every 3 months.

So what happens to those busy Moms who join the company, but have sick kids for a month, a husband to support and their social life to keep up?

    Yeah, they sell diddly squat.

And after 3 months they think...

"Ah I'll just buy this expensive crap so I get a shot at making money next month".

And this happens over and over again. Until... they figure out the only way to make this work is by actually recruiting people into their "downline". Then they will need to pay for the products instead of you!...

#3 Is Younique a pyramid scheme in disguise?

When you combine the above two points you get a company that resembles a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Either you keep buying this expensive stuff yourself, quit... or you recruit people.

Here is part of the Younique compensation plan explained...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

And real people that have seen the wood through the trees try to tell people about it all over the place online when you look...

    Younique review

If this isn't enough just take into consideration that 4 out of 5 ways you can earn money is by recruiting, not selling products!

There are too many signs that Younique is a pyramid scheme in disguise.

And that means it is impossible for everyone to earn good money from this company.

#4 Low earning potential and no income disclaimer

So no income disclosure is provided by Younique, which tends to mean one of two things:

    1. They want to hide how little their presenters earn
    2. Their presenters don't earn enough to warrant sharing it

    Just think about it...

Most MLM companies share their income disclosure (and try to cover up the fact that most of them are losing money). So if your presenters were earning good money, why wouldn't Younique?

    Let's do some maths...

Imagine you want to earn $1000 a month as a Younique distributor. Let's also ignore recruiting people, because let's face it... that is a pyramid scheme style.

You would need to sell 100 mascaras every month and get 30% commission.

    EVERY MONTH.

After one month you are back to square one. The only way to make this illusive "residual income" is by... yep, you guessed it... recruiting people!

    #5 Downward trend

The final nail in the coffin can be found on Google Trends.

Most MLM companies go through this "early momentum phase". If you can get in before or during this phase then you can ride the wave of popularity to recruit more people because they have heard of the company...

    Is Younique a pyramid scheme

However, Younique is well past this phase and is only going down on people's radar. When you compare this to newer companies like Farmasi, you can see that Younique is going the wrong way!

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no previous marketing skills or online experience...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

    MTO Income

    My opinion - Younique MLM

So I do think Younique sells some decent makeup.

Some people seem to like it.

But what do I think about the "work from home" opportunity?...

Unless you were a "beauty blogger" or created a website to attract visitors that were interested in makeup every month, there is no real way for people to make good money from Younique and keep their ethics.

If you want to tray to sell expensive makeup to your friends and family then see how far it gets you.

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not all scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

    • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
    • You never need to sell to friends and family

    What is Rodan and Fields?

Rodan and Fields is a personal care Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells skincare products to help people get rid of acne.

It was founded by best friends, Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields in 2002. They are qualified dermatologists so they have a lot of experience working in the skincare industry.

Rodan and Fields offers everyday people the chance to make money through the "direct sales" business model.

It's really the same as an MLM business model, as you will notice when you see the compensation plan, but some companies try to avoid using this term due to the negative connotation.

You can find out more about the business from the founders in the 2-minute video below...

It seems like a pretty legit opportunity, right?

Well you're smart enough to know this is just a promotional video from Rodan and Fields.

    So you're probably still wondering...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme?

No, Rodan and Fields is not a pyramid scheme.

They sell legit products and their consultants can make money from selling these products.

Most decent MLM companies do this too, but a more appropriate question to ask about any MLM company is...

Is Rodan and Fields a "pyramid scheme in disguise"?

    What is a pyramid scheme?

A company that promises payment to members for recruiting more people rather than selling a product or service.

Most MLM companies do sell some sort of product or service.

However, some MLM companies use these products to hide the fact that the only way their consultants can earn good money is by recruiting more people.

These companies act like a "pyramid scheme in disguise".

This Rodan and Fields review will investigate the company in more detail later, but for now you can learn how to spot these "pyramid schemes in disguise" in the 5 minute video below...

Success is hard to find with Rodan and Fields

In fact, success is hard to find in any MLM company.

Did you know that between 73% and 99% of all MLM representatives lose money?

    MLM FTC Fact Stat

Rodan and Fields fits into this range with at least 90% of their "active consultants" losing money according to their income disclosure.

And that data is only taken from the consultants that did earn some commission in that year (46% were consultants that didn't earn a penny).

This means that 95% of all consultants lost money in 2018.

It doesn't mean it's impossible to earn money from Rodan and Fields, but it's important to be aware of this before diving in.

Ready to make passive income online?

    Hey, I'm Mike.

I created a passive income online within a year. I had no marketing skills or online experience when I started.

How does Rodan and Fields work?

Rodan and Fields produces a range of skincare products.

But rather than marketing these products themselves they save on advertising costs by getting everyday people to help them.

In return, these consultants can earn a commission for any sales they make and bonuses from sales their "downline" makes.

    It's like a win-win in theory!

    Rodan and Fields products

If you are seriously considering joining any MLM company then you will need to understand their products in more detail if you want to see any success.

There are dozens of different products at Rodan and Fields that fall under one of the following product lines:

    • Redefine - cleansing mask, toner, eye cream etc. ($20-$384)
    • Reverse - sunscreen, exfoliation, toner etc. ($42-$376)
    • Recharge- mask, cleanser, sunscreen etc. ($40-$342)
    • Unblemish- Acne treatment, toner etc. ($30-$320)
    • Spotless- acne wash, clearing treatment etc. ($34-$297)
    • Soothe- Replenishing cream, gentle cream wash ($42-$311)
    • Enhancements- lash boost, serum, SPF makeup etc. ($36-$331
    • Essentials- Vitamin D supplement, moisturizer, sunscreen etc. ($19-$32)
Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

As you can see there is a lot on offer but most of it is based around skin care and, in particular, removing acne.

You need to be aware that there are a lot of other MLMs that offer similar product such as:

  • Atomy
  • LifeVantage
  • Poofy Organics
  • Rodan and Fields
  • Seacret Direct
  • Bellame
  • SeneGence
  • Farmasi
  • Mary Kay
  • Maskcara
  • The competition is fierce in this industry!

So to understand how Rodan and Fields stands out let's dig into the...

Rodan and Fields Redefine Regimen - flagship product

It's hard to say exactly what Rodan and Fields main product is, but it's worth mentioning their "Lash Boost" tends to be very popular (even though this is definitely not what the owners focus on!)

The main thing Rodan and Fields focus on is their "regimens" and in particular their "redefine regimen"...

    • Cleansing mask
    • Toner
    • Sunscreen 30 SPF
    • Restorative cream
    • Rejuvenation mask

    • smoother skin
    • plumper
    • more healthier looking

This is likely the part that you are interested in if you are reading this Rodan and Fields review.

    So let's get into it...

There are 2 ways you can make money as a R&F consultant:

    1. Sell their products to earn commission
    2. Recruit more people and earn bonuses from their sales

So you don't actually earn money by recruiting people.

You just earn bonuses and commissions from any sales or purchases your "downine" make. This is another way that Rodan and Fields avoids being called an outright pyramid scheme.

How much does it cost to join Rodan and Fields?

It costs $45 to get the "business portfolio" and become a consultant.

Once you have that you will be encouraged to purchase a "business kit" that ranges in price for $395, $695 or $995.

Each kit has a different set of samples, tools and regimens for your personal use or to sell on.

You can find all of the information for the business kits here

But the costs do not stop there amigo...

    Rodan and Fields monthly cost

This is the part that often takes people by surprise and is the number 1 reason as to why so many people lose money from MLMs...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

To remain "active" and get commission for the sales you make you have to hit a "sales quota" every month.

At Rodan and Fields this is 100 "SV", which is around $100 worth of products that you need to sell every month.

If you cannot sell that amount then you will need to stump up the costs yourself.

This means in reality the total cost to get started for your first year is:

    • $45
    • $395, $695 or $995
    • $100 x 12

    Year 1 expenses = $1,640- $2,240

Obviously this is a lot less than starting a typical bricks and mortar business like a restaurant. However it's certainly more than $45!

    Rodan and Fields compensation plan

For some reason MLM companies like to make their compensation plans harder to understand than a strong Scottish accent.

Rodan and Fields is no different.

So I will do my best to keep this simple...

There are 5 ways you can get paid from Rodan and Fields...

    1. Retail profit (16%-25% commissions)
    2. Consultant commissions (10% commission from L1 downline)
    3. Personal team commissions (5% commission on CV from your personal team)
    4. Generation commissions (more bonuses from your team)
    5. Performance bonuses
Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

Seriously just look at that crazy table above!

You don't need to know all the details here to get started and they make it seem like there's far more ways to get paid than there really are.

In reality all you do is:

    1. Sell products
    2. Recruit people

And do you notice that 4 out of 5 ways to get paid require you to recruit people?

If you want to understand the compensation plan a bit more then feel free to watch this pretty confusing 5 minute video...

Or find the full 15 page Rodan and Fields compensation plan here.

Is Rodan and Fields a scam?

No Rodan and Fields is not a scam.

They sell legit products and they pay their consultants exactly like they say they will.

However, is this the best work from home opportunity for you?

Only you can be the judge and the rest of this Rodan and Fields review will help you decide...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse Rodan and Fields in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Common positive reviews

Here are some of the common positive reviews that we have found in Indeed where people are talking about its job opportunity...

    • "If you are motivated and people oriented you can make money with Rodan & Fields. This is a flexible work from home position. I did not like the required minimum product purchase as a consultant and subscription to their website (at the time over $100) each month to qualify for earnings from your sales."
    • "Over a three year period I spent more than I love the flexible work schedule. Work at your own pace. Lots of training available. Make your own hours. Clients love products. Rewarding business. Unlimited success."

    Common negative reviews

And here are some of the common negative reviews we also have found in Indeed...

    • "The products were phenomenal but getting people to pay those prices in small town USA on something that they have to replenish every two months proved to be a huge obstacle."
    • "Do you like meeting new people and improving their lives with amazing skin care? But if your answer is no, then this is not the company for you."

What I like about Rodan and Fields

So there are some things that I like about the Rodan and Fields MLM program.

It helps to prove that Rodan and Fields is not a scam.

    Key Terms:

    • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
    • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
    • Red Flag - A warning sign

    #1 Proven history

Did you know that only 1 in 3 MLM companies last longer than 10 years?

Well Rodan and Fields was founded in 2002.

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

The long history proves that Rodan and Fields is not a scam and is not likely to just disappear tomorrow.

    #2 Positive product reviews

So many MLM companies have spam reviews because there are so many "consultants" trying to sell the products.

However on Consumer Affairs you can get a very honest look into a companies products...

    Rodan and Fields review
    Rodan and Fields review

You can tell that some reviews are honest and there are many 4 star reviews, which suggest people aren't being overly biased.

This is a great sign as it shows that real people are using Rodan and Fields products.

Also, many of the negative reviews were actually to do with the MLM itself and the "pyramid style" commission structure rather than poor products.

    #3 Credible founders

The founders are qualified dermatologists and not just some wannabe rich entrepreneurs trying to make a quick buck.

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

To run a successful MLM company for this long is impressive and they should be super proud of what they've achieved.

However, if you're like me, you probably aren't interested in how well the founders are doing. You probably want to know, "will this business be profitable for me?"

    Well let's see...

What I don't like about Rodan and Fields

There are some hidden truths about Rodan and Fields (and many MLMs) that people do not realise until it's too late.

It is possible to make money from them, but how likely is it?

    #1 Expensive products

This is always the first thing I check in any MLM company.

Just look at what is on offer on the market...

    Rodan and fields products
    Rodan and fields products
    • Rodan and Fields Cleansing mask = $10.48/ oz
    • Amazon cleansing masks = $0.62- $7.84/ oz

It costs 25%-1500% more for very similar products elsewhere.

Now, you're probably thinking... well maybe it's only for this cleansing mask?

So let's work out the difference in cost between some highly rated products on Amazon and Rodan and Fields flagship products...

    • Paula's choice toner (4 oz) = $29.50 (4.4 out of 5 stars from almost 2,000 reviews)
    • Thrive moisturising sunscreen (2 oz) = $24.95 (4.3 out of 5 stars from over 200 reviews)
    • Aveeno restorative cream (1.7 oz) = $18.77 (4.4 out of 5 stars from 500 reviews)
    • Allurey eye mask (15 pairs) = $14.90 (4.8 out of 5 stars from over 1,000 reviews)

Total cost of highly rated Amazon products = $115.11

Rodan and Fields = $256 or $230 with PC Perks

I'm going to be totally honest with you here. I really don't know what makes great skin care products. However, all of the products I have found in about 10 minutes of research have hundreds if not thousands of positive reviews.

They all contain very similar if not identical ingredients and many of them have more ounces in the pack.

Yet Rodan and fields still costs 120% more than exactly the same type of products!

I even saw this a lot on consumer affairs...

    Rodan and Fields review

I may not know a great deal about skincare but the 1 star reviews all say very similar things!

When you combine this with the next hidden truth, you start seeing the true colors of the company...

    #2 Hidden monthly expenses

Hidden truth number 1 is not the end of the world by itself for an MLM company.

But when you add in the fact that you need to sell a certain amount every month to stay active it does become concerning...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme
Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme
    Rodan and Fields review

If you don't sell $100+ worth of products every month, guess who has to buy it?

Yeah you, the Rodan and Fields consultant!

This is a huge red flag because it's a sign that Rodan and Fields operates like a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Recruiters sales pitch to people becomes...

"Buy these expensive products and you can also earn pocket money"

    Instead of...

"These are the best reasonably priced products I have found"

Very few people will be able to sell $100+ of skin care products straight away. This means the only way to offset the cost is by recruiting people into the MLM...

#3 Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme in disguise?

The first 2 points together make it very likely that Rodan and Fields operates like a "pyramid scheme in disguise".

But just look at their compensation plan...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

    Does this look familiar?...

    Pyramid scheme

If that isn't enough to make you see that the only way you can earn a decent income (or not lose money) with Rodan and Fields is by recruiting, the take this into account:

    • 4 out of 5 ways you get paid requires you to recruit
    • the majority of consultants lose money

    This brings us nicely onto...

    #4 Most cosultants fail

We've already established that 95% of all consultants lose money at Rodan and Fields as you can see in their income disclosure...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

But only 0.3% of all consultants earn over $15k a year.

That means that only 1 in 333 consultants earn over $15k a year!

Find the full Rodan and Fields income disclosure here to see for yourself.

    #5 Downward trend

The final nail in the coffin for me is found on Google Trends...

Is Rodan and Fields a pyramid scheme

Most MLM companies have a "early momentum phase". If you can get in before this phase it's possible to make the most of the increasing interest in the company to attract more people to it.

However, Rodan Fields is now on the decline.

Newer companies such as Farmasi are still rising sharply and prove that there are potentially better opportunities out there.

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no previous marketing skills or online experience...

I've made a special video for you to explain exactly how I did this.

    MTO Income

My opinion - Rodan and Fields MLM

OK let's get to the point.

Here's what I think about this work from home opportunity...

The expensive products and monthly sales quota means that you are going to have to recruit people into the company to make any decent money from this MLM.

That means that it really operates like a pyramid scheme in disguise.

When you add the fact that the company is on a downward trend, it will be super hard to find people interested in joining.

If you are a beauty influencer or someone that knows how to use online marketing, then it may be possible to make money from Rodan and Fields.

But it's not really the most ethical way to make money knowing what you know now...

This crash course is not your usual one-on-one type of course so there will be none of that for sure.

It works the same as the other Udemy courses wherein you will watch the videos recorded by your instructor.

You have the freedom to finish all of them in one day or learn at your own pace.

There are other courses you might have heard of wherein you can earn money while taking up the lectures but this particular Udemy course only works as an educational platform...

Inside Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing

The Complete Beginner’s Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing includes a 1 hour on-demand video, a full time access, and a certificate of completion.

If you’ve reached this part of the review and you find the course interesting, then you can further give it a thought after knowing how much it actually costs.

The price of this course is $11.99. Yes, it ONLY costs that much.

Originally, the price was $129.99 but  it is currently on sale. Most Udemy courses are on sale actually and since I have reviewed a few of them, I have noticed that the courses are almost always on sale.

So there’s no pressure there. If you want to give it more thought, then don’t worry because the sale will still be waiting for you.

Common negative Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing reviews

    • Some information that was left out

Out of the 7 written feedback posted on the course’s website, the one below points out the shortcomings of the course:

“Considering this was supposed to be a beginner's course, there was a lot of information left out. What newbies need to know that you didn't tell them: How to find Good affiliate offers and, more importantly, how and where to get affiliate links to use in advertising! This course was mostly a list of sites with affiliate offers and sites for paid advertising. Would have been better in list form as a free offer. Also, you did not give any proof that you are making money from the offers and ads you showed in the course!”

As you might have noticed, there were some who found the course great and helpful but you also need to consider the feedback above before you purchase the course.

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing pros

Here are some of the best things that I like about this course...

    #1 Recommended for beginners

If you are new to affiliate marketing, then this course is definitely for you as it will teach you the basics of affiliate marketing.

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing Review: Pros

And it is not just the basics but the knowledge you need to know in order to have a solid understanding of it.

    #2 High rating

Another nice thing about this course is that it has a high rating from its students...

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing Review: Pros 2

A rating of 4.2 is already a pretty good rating for a Udemy course.

This shows that it's really got valuable content and that it helps people earn money online through affiliate marketing.

    #3 Good quality content

Although there isn't that much of a feedback this course has, there are still ones that attest how the course contains content that is of certain value.

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing Review: Pros 3

With this course, you’ll be given pointers and tips you can use in the different aspects of affiliate marketing.

Plus, as I’ve mentioned above, the content was designed to benefit beginners the most...

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing cons

And so far based on my research, it's just this one thing that I don't like that much about this course...

    #1 Little feedback

This one might make you more doubtful of this course.

When we want to try something, we always look for reviews and this course does not have enough reviews that can help you decide if you should give it a try or not.

Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing Review: Cons

There are, insofar, only 7 students who have given feedback. Five of them attested that the course is helpful and two of them just were not satisfied at all.

And in all honesty, since this review wants to give you an honest opinion, the number of feedback is not sufficient at all to convince you into making a purchase.

But you can put your focus on the pros I’ve mentioned above.

Ready to make passive income online?

I've created a growing passive income online with no marketing skills or online experience...

    Make Time Online Income

My opinion - Complete Beginners Bootcamp to Affiliate Marketing

I commend this course to those who are still new to affiliate marketing and who do not want to waste time and money on a course that teaches nothing at all.

So, here's what I can say about its effectiveness in helping you make money online...

There might be some negative aspects of it that I have made you aware of but the purpose of that is to give you an honest overview of the course.

The negative ones are not enough though to overshadow the positive aspects which I have also discussed.

This course will give you just what it offers. And if what it offers is what you are looking for then you can give it a try...
