  • Wow!!! Great article and these are some pretty good things that you mentioned Thanks for taking the time to write such as great article.

  • This is so true! It’s all about what you surround yourself with. What you spend most of your time on is your god. If we life in chaos, we will have chaotic minds. Nice post!

    • Yep too right Tammy,

Whatever you surround yourself with, you will eventually become.

      Glad you liked it

  • Wow what a great list! I am glad that I found this article today, as I am trying to help a friend get out of a ‘funk’ and your ideas are great. Personally, I have a vision board on my desktop, I journal daily and keep a gratitude journal, and I visualize my future the way I want it to be.

Things are going very well in my life and good things are happening, so my friend is attracted to my improving vibration. I am hoping to help my friend by trying something new, like indoor rock climbing, but she has a lot of fears and tends to stick with doing the same things over and over.

How do you think I can approach her about this?

    • Hey Irma,

      Thanks for stopping by

That’s great that you already do so many things from the list! I find the more habits I can implement the better but it’s important not to try and do EVERYTHING at once or it can become overwhelming.

I’ve found that we can’t TELL anyone anything. They need to learn and find it our for themselves.

Personally I find that reading a book helps me to take an idea and form it into my own opinion. So if you could guide your friend to reading some books that may help (or audio books if they’re not a fan of reading this sort of thing) then the ideas will hopefully come from their own head.

My top 3 recommendations would be (in that order):
      The Slight Edge
      The Happiness Advantage
      The Chimp Paradox

If your friend is really put off by that maybe send a link to this page or potentially this one “What I’ve Learnt from 100 Books

      I hope that helps!

      Take care

      Mike
