What is Eniva?

Eniva is a health and wellness Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells different kinds of health and wellness products.

These come in different product ranges such as minerals, vitamins, protein whey powders, and a host of nutritional supplements and beauty cosmetics like shampoos, lip balms, and body conditioners.

It was founded by Andrew Baechler and Benjamin Baechler in 1998. Based on my research, the two are brothers and are in the medical and business field.

Benjamin is a licensed doctor, while Andrew is a businessman who is currently serving as the CEO of the company.

Their base is located in Plymouth, Minnesota. However, they have thousands of members around the country.

Their mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle to their customers by creating and manufacturing healthy products which improve the overall wellbeing of the user.

Here is a short 20-second video about the company...

Let us then know...

Is Eniva a pyramid scheme?

No. Eniva is not a pyramid scheme. This is because their members can still make money by just selling health and wellness products without the need to recruit.

But even if this is happening, it’s still worth asking… Is Eniva a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A company paying members to recruit people. This is the main focus instead of selling the products and services of the company.

Because of its focus on recruitment, a lot of countries from around the globe have already banned these kinds of companies because members can’t earn from merely recruitment alone.

Here is a Wikipedia diagram that shows why this happens...

There are some who do, but they just aggressively force people into buying the products and joining as members by letting them hope they’ll be rich soon.

But if you were to check back on the diagram above, you can see that it’s impossible for members to make money in the long term as they are going to run out of members to recruit later.

Check out this 5-minute video on how to spot a pyramid scheme in disguise...

But why...

Success is rare with Eniva

It is difficult to be successful when you are with an MLM such as Eniva.

Statistics even state that between 72.5% and 99.9% of MLM members lose money.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

This is always happening because these companies have a sales quota which forces members to sell a certain number of products for them to claim the commissions and bonuses.

If they can’t do this, then they just buy the products which they should supposedly sell, to themselves.

This is why most MLM members lose a lot of money from their own savings before they get their first recruited member.

How does Eniva Work?

Eniva works by selling health products like supplements, vitamins, and beauty products such as shampoos and hydrating creams.

They have an affiliate program as well where anyone can become members who will then sell the products for them to earn commissions and bonuses. It sounds all nice but it isn’t…

This is because this is just a smart move for Eniva to avoid the millions of dollars of expenses for marketing campaigns because they don’t have to do any.

Instead, they just let their members market and advertise the products by themselves...

Eniva products

If you are into this company, then it’s best that you try their products yourself. This way, you’ll know what you are getting yourself into.

Here are a few of the best-selling products of Eniva:

  • VIBE Fusion Daily Immune Health ($68) - A vitamin supplement made of whole food fruits and vegetables. It improves the overall health and makes you more energetic and healthier.
  • Athletic Edge Multi Minerals ($38) - A liquid dietary supplement composed of essential vitamins and minerals that strengthens the immune system and improves your nutrient delivery system.
  • Natural Power 100% Whey Protein Powder ($30) - A 100% pure whey protein product that boosts energy and makes you more physically capable of doing things.
Is Eniva a Scam: Products

Sounds special. Well, it might be. But it really isn’t. This is because there are a lot of other brands out there that sell the same stuff.

Here are some of the most popular health and wellness MLMs that are selling very similar product lines:

All of these companies say that they are special even if they really aren’t. The stuff they are selling are just rebranded products.

But even if we know this is the case, Eniva still says that they are special. And if so, then what makes them special?...

Eniva flagship product

Daily “All-in-One” Immune Health Armor ($18) - A nutritional supplement composed of zinc, Vitamins C and D, and other essential nutrients.

It comes as a plant-based liquid formula that improves the overall health and makes you stronger.

So, does this mean...

Can you make money with Eniva?

Yes, you can make money from Eniva. But you are going to have a hard time making money.

In fact, the guys who somehow make a few bucks are aggressively recruiting for more than 8 hours a day.

Also, Eniva does not have any income disclosure to show that their members are really making money.

How to make money with Eniva

You can make money from Eniva by doing these:

  • Selling their products

  • Recruiting members

But take note that the only way you can get the bonuses is when your recruited downlines sells products.

How much does it cost to join Eniva?

You don’t have to pay any subscription fee when you’re with Eniva.

Instead, you just have to buy their products and maintain a monthly quota...

Eniva monthly cost

And speaking of monthly quotas, you need to maintain 75 PV monthly for you to stay active.

And here are your costs for your first year…

  • $75 x 12

Minimum costs for year 1 = $900

Might not sound that much, but really, it’s very expensive because you still have to include all the costs for training, marketing, gasoline, travel, food, and other miscellaneous costs.

Eniva compensation plan

MLM companies always have complicated compensation plans, and that includes Eniva.

But don’t worry because I will simplify this for you to have an easier time understanding it…

Eniva offers members 3 main ways to make some bucks:

  • Retail Commissions - Earn 20% to 30% commission every time you sell a product.
  • Override Commissions - Earn $25 every time you recruit a member. Get $100 when you sponsor 3 manages in your downline time.
  • Residual Commissions - Earn 3% to 10% commission from the sales of your downlines, depending on their rank and level.
Is Eniva a Scam: Compensation

I didn't find any video about their compensation plan. But you can check out this 1-minute video about the products you might sell...

I know, you are still confused.

That’s completely normal, though, because MLMs always make their compensation plans complex with fancy terms and awkward names so people will think that there are a lot of ways they can earn from the company.

When the reality is, there are just 2 ways you can make money, and these are:

  • Sell Eniva products

  • Recruit members into Eniva

Or you can find the full compensation plan here.

Is Eniva a scam?

Eniva is not a scam because they sell legit and effective health products. They are also paying members exactly as they say.

However, members soon realize that they lose more money instead of making money because of the sales quota they must adhere to every month.

Hence, they label the company as a scam.

The next section of this Eniva review is going to dig deeper into the surprising facts about this company, including their pros and cons, so that you can come up with the right and informed decision.

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about Eniva

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Positive product reviews

The best thing that I like about Eniva is that there are a lot of positive reviews about their products…

Is Eniva a Scam: Pros

Many say that their products are effective and are healthy. With this, it’s safe to say that you can sell their products.

#2 Established reputation

Eniva was founded in 1998, and ever since, has been operating without any serious issues.

This is rare for an MLM because the average life span is only around 5 years.

Compare that to Eniva that has more than 22 years of continuous operations and you can say that this company is going to last much longer.

What I don't like about Eniva

#1 Expensive products

Eniva sells overpriced health supplements.

Just take a look at the other brands in the market…

Is Eniva a Scam: Cons

You can see that there are a lot of cheaper choices out there that also have good reviews.

With this, it can then be said that you might have a hard time selling Eniva’s products.

#2 No income disclosure

Eniva does not have an income disclosure.

This is important for a company, most especially for an MLM, as this shows that members are actually earning.

But they don’t have any, so it can then be said that there’s a chance their members aren’t making money...

#3 Hidden monthly expenses

Members must sell 75 PV monthly if they want to receive commissions.

PV means personal volume, or in other words, the amount of the products that needs to be sold by members in a month.

If you can’t reach this $75 quota, then you buy them for yourself, just to get the commission.

You might have earned, but you still lost money… So it still doesn’t make you earn any profit no matter what angle you look at it.

MLMs don’t want members to know that they are their biggest customer base because they just keep buying their products and hoping that they’ll make it big.

#4 Is Eniva a pyramid scheme in disguise?

You must spend $75 a mount to stay active.

And here's how the system looks like...

MLM pyramid scheme

That’s a hard reality you must face if you are a member. This makes it very easy and clear for you to dismiss this as a pyramid scheme in disguise.

#5 Downward trend

Google Trends showed me the facts about Eniva…

Is Eniva a Scam: Cons 2

The diagram shows that the number of searches about Eniva is decreasing. This means people aren’t any more interested in this MLM.

This also means that you are going to have a hard time selling their products.

My opinion - Eniva

Eniva is selling useful, healthy, and effective products.

But the thing is… they are just way too overpriced. And what can I say about the business opportunity here?...

The only way you can make money is by means of recruitment.

Recruit as many people as you can and you increase the chances of gaining more money.

Add in the fact that the members you are going to recruit are going to end up losing money.

This does not sound right by any means. You are just selling the dream of financial freedom and then leaving it up your recruits to discover that they are just losing money.

There are a lot of other better business opportunities out there...

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...
