What is Credit Star Funding?

Credit Star Funding is a company that fixes credit scores and provides loans and investment opportunities.

They claim not to be a Multi-Level-Marketing company, but they are very similar to one…

Here’s the Wikipedia definition:

A marketing strategy where the revenue of the MLM company is derived from a non-salaried workforce selling the company’s products/services, while the earnings of the participants are derived from a pyramid-shaped or binary compensation commission system.

But no no… Credit Star Funding is a “Two-tiered agency”…

Credit Star Funding Scam

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but does this look like a pyramid-shaped commission structure to you?

Now you’re probably wondering…

Is Credit Star Funding a pyramid scheme?

In my opinion… yes Credit Star Funding is a pyramid scheme.

The only legit way you can make money from this “opportunity” is by recruiting more people into the company.

They claim to have other ways you can make money, such as “getting a hefty loan” (aka more debt) and using unproven ways to make more money such as trading in cryptocurrencies or Forex.

We’ll cover this in more detail later in this Credit Star Funding review but for now…

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is when a company recruits members by promising them payment for recruiting more members.

Technically there is no service or product being sold other and the only way you can make money is by recruiting more people into the scheme.

They are illegal in most countries because they are completely unsustainable as the diagram below shows…

Diagram from Wikipedia

Credit Star Funding does have a service for improving your credit score. But if you want to become “an agent” of the company the ONLY way you can get paid commission is if you recruit more people to take on these loans.

There is no product or service that you are selling.

The only way you can get a commission is to “sell these loans” and recruit more people into the system.

This simple 5-minute video explains more about what to look for to spot a pyramid scheme…

Watch it on x2 speed if you are in a hurry!

How does Credit Star Funding work?

Here’s the funny thing…

Even though you’ve probably checked out their website and maybe seen a video or two about it, it’s still really hard to work out exactly what’s going on right?

Well here’s an overly simplified overview of how it works:

  1. Pay $5,000-$6,000 to improve your credit score quickly (21-60 days)
  2. Now you can get a huge loan $20k-$250k (there is a $199 commitment fee + 22% generation fee + 9-18% interest rate)
  3. Now you can invest in some extremely dodgy investments that Credit Star Funding doesn’t even provide but suggest you should be able to easily make 10-60% returns each month.

Supposedly you can reach financial freedom in 10 steps…

The most up to date video for Credit Star Funding is below.

It’s a 45-minute viewing of Riccardo (the shady owner) explaining how amazing the system is without sharing the fees of taking these wild “no collateral, no recourse loans.

He also spends the last 10 minutes explaining why Credit Star Funding isn’t a scam. This is without ever actually explaining the true costs of the loans or any real details about the fraudulent investments you can make 10-60% return each month!

Credit Star Funding products

There really isn’t a product or service as such being offered by Credit Star Funding. Especially not for “agents” to sell.

The only thing agents can get paid a commission for is selling these expensive interest rate loans.

The fraudulent investments they suggest you should use your deceptive loans for are not even a service Credit Star Funding provides.

How to make money with Credit Star Funding

There’s only one way:

Recruit more people to take on one of these high-interest rate loans.

And how will you convince people to give this a try?

Oh yeah, that’s right!

They can always sell these high-interest loans to other people too!

AKA… pyramid scheme!

How much does it cost to join Credit Star Funding?

Now here’s the good thing…

It’s completely free to join as Riccardo mentions in the video (many times!)

He’ll even let you become an “agent” so that you can sell these loans and earn a commission for free!

For some reason, he seems to forget that they charge $5,000-$6,000 to repair credit scores (apparently they do not take a penny from that… it’s all to pay for the lawyers and experts to help you!)

He also seems to forget that your loan comes with a set-up fee of $199 and costs you somewhere between 9-22% interest.

Where I come from… that is not FREE to join!

Credit Star Funding compensation plan

Do you remember Riccardo saying it’s not an MLM company?

No, remember it just looks like one and has a two-tiered commission structure.

Credit Star Funding Scam

Basically, if you sell a loan to someone you get a 2.5% commission. If they sell a loan to someone else you get a 1% commission.

That is the only way you get paid.

There are no bonuses that you can get paid for your downlines past two levels so it is slightly different to many MLM companies.

But the pyramid shape commission structure is very similar. MLM companies are not scams anyway as long as they offer legit products or services.

Is Credit Star Funding a scam?

It offers a really expensive way to improve your credit score.

It offers a weird way to get a huge loan with a very high-interest rate.

And Credit Star Funding suggests you invest your money in fraudulent investment Ponzi schemes.

They then tell you that you can make an extra income by selling these expensive loans to other people.

All of these signs point to the fact that Credit Star Funding is a scam.

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Credit Star Funding: What I Like Liked

Here is was one thing I liked about Credit Star Funding…

#1 Improve your credit score

Originally I thought it seemed like a legitimate way to help you improve your credit score quickly.

To be honest, I genuinely believe this company may be able to do it.

But is it legit and ethical?

Almost certainly not.

Especially when you consider how much it costs to do this…

Spending $5,000-$6,000 to improve your credit score so that you can then get into a load more debt is just plain bonkers!

There’s normally a reason if you are in bad credit and unfortunately, the best way to improve this score is to pay off your debt over time.

There really is no quick fix for this and I genuinely believe that Credit Star Funding understands peoples emotional state if they have a poor credit score.

Oftentimes these people are desperately looking for a quick fix to get things back on track. Unfortunately, that quick fix will cause a lot more long term pain if you use Credit Star Funding.

Key Terms:

  • Black Hat Methods – Using lies and unethical methods to make someone buy something
  • White Hat Methods – Being honest and genuine to help people make informed decisions about purchases
  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag – A warning sign

Credit Star Funding: Hidden Truths

Here are some of the ugly bad parts of Credit Star Funding that you should be aware of before getting involved…

The sales pages and videos should really explain this (but of course they won’t as they want anyone’s money)

#1 Unrealistic claims & returns

Some of the claims are so absurd.

When I first saw them I presumed they at least owned or offered some of these fraudulent investment Ponzi schemes that can earn you 10-25% (or even 60% returns each month)

Credit Star Funding Scam

However, all they actually do is tell you… do you know that some people make these really high returns?

It’s like me saying take this $100k loan… because you can become the richest man in the world by investing in the stock market.

I can’t tell you exactly how or train you how to do it but Warren Buffet did it.

Then this claim is absolutely bananas…

“From broke to 6 figure passive income”

HOW?!

They don’t even explain how to do this at any point.

Remember, here’s their theory:

  1. Pay us $5k to improve your credit score
  2. Now take a really risky high-interest loan for $200k (ooo… this can pay off your $5k you paid us already!)
  3. Now invest it to make a 25% return every month… but we won’t show you how to do this, just know that you can!

It’s ludicrous!

#2 Owners bad reputation and history

The owner, Ferrari, was promoting the BitClub Network Ponzi scheme before this.

Richard Brooke cited Ferrari as an example of “outright lying, stupid illegal claims and cheeseball videos about how cool it is to be rich”…

Post about BitClucb Network in 2017

I mean a guy that boasts this kind of obscene stuff doesn’t just change his spots overnight.

He’s an outright fraudster.

#3 It’s a pyramid scheme

There’s no real product or service.

The only way to make money is to recruit more people to take on these loans.

These are clear signs of a pyramid scheme.

See if you can spot any signs of a pyramid scheme in the infographic below…

Pyramid Scheme

But it doesn’t end there.

#4 No professional financial advice provided

In the FTC disclaimer small print, there are a lot of truths.

Including…

Credit Star Funding Scam

There is no financial advice that you can take from this company.

You’re expected to hand over thousands to improve your credit score and accumulate hundreds of thousands of debt from them, but you shouldn’t take this as financial advice?

So what should you see it as?

Financial entertainment?

#5 This Ponzi scheme is illegal

They don’t actually offer investment vehicles.

But they do suggest you invest in numerous other Ponzi schemes (much like Ferrari’s old BitClub Network).

Credit Star Funding Scam

Any investment that offers returns of 60% a month is doing so by paying existing investors their returns by the funds received from new investors.

Eventually, these Ponzi schemes always come crashing down.

#6 Kicks the can down the road- more debt!

This whole system is just a way for people to “kick the can down the road”.

It’s not helping to educate or improve people’s financial situation.

It’s actually doing the opposite.

The way this whole “theory” works is by taking on more debt.

More debt means more monthly interest.

When you come to the end of the term you will owe much more money than you borrowed and be in a much worse situation.

They claim that you can earn 10%+ returns on your money every month, but doesn’t show you or educate you on how to do this.

This is one of the worst scams I’ve come across and I imagine (and hope) it won’t last much longer.

My opinion – Credit Star Funding

It’s an outright scam that should be avoided at all costs.

The only thing that can happen from taking on a loan is to get into more debt and owe more money than when you started out.

Quick fixes like this are never a good idea.

But there are legit ways that people make money from home…

How I make money from home

In 2018 I had no idea how people make money online.

All I knew is that I wasn’t a huge fan of MLM programs even though they can be legit and I know some people that do very well from them.

That’s when I discovered affiliate marketing.

The best things about this is that:

  • You don’t need to sell anything to friends and family
  • You can promote anything you like and you don’t need to make the products
  • It’s free to start

I found Wealthy Affiliate in September 2018. By the end of 2019, I had quit my full-time job.

If you’d like to learn how I did it, then click the link below…

Is Credit Star Funding a scam?

Absolutely.

It’s an unethical way of doing business, trying to pull on peoples emotions that are already in bad credit.

If you were to use Credit Star Funding you would simply kick the can down the road and find yourself in a much worse position in 1 years time.

Cash Website Success Pros and Cons

    Pros

    • Shows a legit method of making money online (affiliate marketing)

    Cons

    • Old scam… new name
    • Fake news stories
    • Fake testimonials
    • Black hat sales tactics
    • Just promotes another scam

What does Cash Website Success do?

To be totally honest… not much.

It simply is a sales funnel that will then promote another version of this online scam that has been going on for some time now.

The sales video will start off with some guy called Chris that was fired and ended up stumbling across this awesome Make Money Online opportunity that he’s now going to share with you.

How would you like to make $500 a day just by pressing a button?

Yeah, that is actually something the video claims you will be able to do!

This is probably making you wonder…

What is Inside Cash Website Success?

The big claims are not really lived up to, unfortunately.

You will simply find more sales pages for more similar online scams.

    Money Sucking Websites Review

The picture of Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos seems to effectively lull people into the lies and promises that the scam continues.

The scheme is really just a way to get hold of people’s contact details (which they can sell on) and more importantly their money, with some bold promises that nothing online can live up to.

Now I can almost hear your mind asking…

Is Cash Website Success a Scam?

Yes, Cash Website Success is a scam.

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

    1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
    2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

Not only does Cash Website Success not provide any real training other than the brief mention of affiliate marketing, they certainly do not live up to their promises of making you $500 a day by clicking a button.

Cash Website Success: The Hidden Truths

You may be wondering… well how do you know this is a scam? To be honest it’s exactly the same as some previous scams that I have already reviewed on this website.

Yet they continue to rebrand it and re-release it.

Here are the big 5 hidden truths that really exposes it for what it is.

    #1 Old Scam, New Name

The reason I have been so to the point on calling this scam out so quickly is that it’s just a carbon copy of previous online scams (click any of the below reviews to find out more):

    Cash Website Success Comparison

Can you notice a difference in the websites above?

Yet supposedly they are two completely different programs.

If this isn’t a warning sign then I’m not sure what is.

Any legit online course wouldn’t need to rebrand itself…

    #2 Fake Testimonials

One of the things about the sales video is that there are real people claiming the website works.

That makes it really hard to ignore. If you’re like me you probably thought… “maybe this does work then”…

    Cash Website Success Review
    Testimonials on the sales video
    Fiverr Paid Actors
    Hired actors on Fiverr

    But no!!

They are not real reviews at all, but some words an actor is reading out!

People actually use websites like Fiverr.com to get paid for reading out “anything” someone wants them to on camera.

Bit fishy eh? Surely lots of real people would be shouting the benefits of this amazing system that makes you $500 a day with the click of a button?!

    #3 Black Hat Sales Tactics

Not only does the video use lies and fake testimonials they also use more lies when you are considering purchasing the system.

It’s quite common for online marketers to use “scarcity tactics” to make people make a decision, but they should only be used in truthful or ethical ways.

For example, some online courses will only open for a week every year. After that week the course won’t open until next year. So if you want the course you need to act that week.

However, Cash Website Success claims you only have a few minutes to purchase. They claim you’re getting a 76% discount and they say there are only a few spots left.

All of these claims are lies.

Simply refresh your screen or check again tomorrow and you will get the same offer! This is called black hat sales tactics and is not necessary to make people buy something online. People should make informed decisions about their purchases.

#4 The Truth is in the Privacy Policy

I couldn’t help but laugh at this part…

    Cash Website Success Privacy Policy

The truth is even written on the website.

“Based loosely off a true story but been modified in multiple ways” aka made up from other people’s random success online.

“There is never any guarantee of earning profit or avoiding loss” aka you won’t make $500 a day from clicking a button!

#5 Fake News Stories… Used Out of Context

This is again part of the black hat sales tactics.

They have used a completely irrelevant news story to make it seem like you are joining an Amazon “work from home” opportunity to make money from home.

At no point does the reporter mention Cash Website Success or any of the other scams.

It’s like taking a really skinny person and claiming your “special milkshake” will make someone lose weight in 10 days, even though the skinny person has never seen the milkshake before.

Yes, people do make money online.

But the news story is not related to Cash Website Success at all.

    Related content:

My Opinion – Cash Website Success

It’s an outright scam that needs to be shut down immediately.

It is totally unfair that real people are being led to believe that it’s possible to make hundreds of dollars online with a click of a button.

Pulling them in by using pain points like not spending enough time with their family or having enough money each month to pay their bills or to be able to go on vacation is totally appalling.

Anyone who wants to make a better life for themselves should be informed about real opportunities, not fed these lies.

    Is There an Alternative?

It wasn’t that long ago that I was still trying to figure out how it’s possible for people to make money online. I’d fallen for some pretty terrible online scams, but had yet to lose too much money.

I was willing to work hard and I wanted to find a legit way to make money online, but it needed to tick 3 boxes:

    1. I could work on when I wanted (I was still in a full-time job)
    2. Didn’t cost a fortune to start and maintain
    3. Didn’t need me to sell stuff to my friends and family

It was in September 2018 that I found Wealthy Affiliate. In September 2019 I quit my full-time job.

The best thing about it is:

    • It’s free to start
    • Customers are brought to you that are already interested (just think about how you found this review… there was no money or time spent from me promoting this!)
    • You get me as a personal coach to help you on your journey & access to a huge community of like-minded people

When you try out this program you will see why so many people recommend it.

    No credit card details required

Cash Website Success Review: The “MakeTimeOnline” Final Word

As you can see from this Cash Website Success review, it is an outright scam.

It won’t provide you with any legit training. It just puts you into another sales funnel and tries to sell you more online scams.

However, it does open your eyes to a legit way to make money online… affiliate marketing.

Using the right system to learn this is crucial to your success online.

Provide you with an automated sales funnel to help you make money through affiliate commissions on Clickbank.

The landing pages, email swipe copy and affiliate products are done for you in 3 niches (personal development, weight loss, home business).

Here is the general concept of the business model:

      • Someone visits your landing page (done for you)
      • They sign up to your email list (connected with Aweber autoresponder)
      • You send them some emails (done for you)
      • They buy a product through your link and recommendation
      • You make money (commission from the sale)
      12 minute affiliate homepage

Hold on, what is affiliate marketing?

      Great question…

It is when you recommend a product and someone else buys the product through your link. You earn a commission of the sale.

It’s a legit business model that many people use ethically to help people that are looking for a solution to a problem. Just check out my chat with these guys who make $240k/ month with affiliate marketing through a personal finance website (this time 3 years ago, they didn’t know what affiliate marketing was).

I can almost hear your mind thinking…

Is 12 Minute Affiliate a Scam?

The short answer is yes, 12 Minute Affiliate is a scam.

      The long answer is below…

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

      1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
      2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

Whilst you can see you will receive something for your money, it is also not possible for you to make $460 profit a day from 12 minutes work.

      FACT.

Now, you may be able to earn $460 a day from 12 minutes of work… but technically Devon didn’t say that would be profit did he!?

      scam

      Let me ask you this…

Would you be willing to spend $1,000 a day to make $460?

      No, neither would I!

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have only purchased the 14 day trial for $9.95 and cancelled after checking it out.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. 12 Minute Affiliate: The Good

With all of this being said, here are some of the things I like about 12 Minute Affiliate…

      Key Terms:

      • Black Hat Methods – Using lies and unethical methods to make someone buy something
      • White Hat Methods – Being honest and genuine to help people make informed decisions about purchases
      • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
      • Red Flag – A warning sign

      #1 Legit Business Model

As you’ve already seen in this 12 Minute Affiliate review, affiliate marketing is a legit business model that people use.

WA Affiliate Marketing 4 step Process

However, it only works long term when people are honest and genuinely help people to solve their problems.

The more you read this 12 Minute Review, the more you will realise the truth about the program.

      #2 Done-For-You Landing Pages & Swipe Copy

If you are naturally lazy (who isn’t!?) then this will jump out as being the best thing since sliced bacon.

      12 minute affiliate review

It means that you can put a sales funnel in place in a matter of hours (not really 12 minutes) instead of days or weeks.

If you are good at tracking and testing to see what works, it can be a great way to fast track your results.

#3 60 Day Money Back Guarantee

This is always a great sign as you can see that Devon and “the team” truly believe in the product and are willing to give your money back if it doesn’t work for you.

12 minute affiliate money back guarantee

A great tip is to contact Clickbank directly if you find it hard to get a response from the team (sometimes Clickbank products try to drag it out past the 60-day window, but Clickbank themselves can help here).

12 Minute Affiliate: The Hidden Truths

Here are some of the bad parts of 12 Minute Affiliate that you should be aware of before diving in…

#1 No Traffic = No Business

Everything else you have read in this 12 Minute Affiliate review is irrelevant.

These next 3 points really explain exactly what you need to be aware of before you start chucking money at it.

      12 minute affiliate traffic method

The ONLY way 12 Minute Affiliate helps you to get traffic is by paying for “visitors”. This method is called solo ads where they will email an existing “email list” with the link to your landing page (which was made for you).

There is no training on how you can get free traffic, in fact, there’s no training on how to create your own website.

You are solely reliant on spending money to send visitors your way, and you have no idea who they will be.

      This leads onto…

      #2 The Hidden Costs…

So now you know you will have to keep spending money on getting traffic.

You will also need to spend at least $19 a month on the Aweber autoresponder (you don’t have an option of which autoresponder to use as the whole system is linked to Aweber).

Simply put, you need to spend…

      • $47 a month on 12 Minute Affiliate
      • At least $99 a month on traffic… likely much more if you want it to work
      • $19 a month on Aweber

Total spend every month = $165 bare minimum

That’s not the worst thing though as you’re about to discover…

#3 Can You Even Make a Profit?

Devon’s sales tactics are quite clever.

As stated earlier in this 12 Minute Affiliate review…

It may be possible to make $460 a day with 12 minutes of work. But that WON’T be profit.

      STOP

      Re-read that last sentence.

As you can see from the screenshot above 100 clicks doesn’t mean you get 100 people to opt-in to your email list.

They claim a “fair” opt-in rate is 20-25%. I would say this is certainly on the high side for any type of opt-in.

      But let’s roll with it.

      It doesn’t end there though.

Even when you get people on your email list there is a conversion rate (the number of people that buy the product you recommend compared to how many people you send it to).

A realistic conversion rate is 1-5% for random email funnels (it can be higher for an email list of people that you have built up trust with over time).

So let’s be generous and call it 10% conversion rate.

Most standard Clickbank products are somewhere in the region of $50 and get around 50% commission.

Let’s round it up to say you get an average commission of $30.

      Here’s the maths:

      • $99 buys you 100 clicks
      • 30% aka 30 people join your email list (I’m being even more generous here)
      • 10% buy aka 3 people buy through your link from your emails
      • $30 x 3 = $90

Congratulations you’ve just made $90!! Go and spread the word in the private Facebook group!!

Just think how much Linsay has spent to get this commission (at least $165)

      Hang on…

No, that’s right you actually just lost $9 ($90 profit minute $99 on traffic)…

And that was with crazy high conversion percentages!

Yes, you may be able to make some commission on Clickbank with this system…

      But will it be profit?

      #4 Black Hat Sales Tactics

This leads on nicely to this big red flag.

Devon uses deceitfulness and clever wording to make you want to join.

12 minute affiliate black hat tactics
      12 minute affiliate
We know you can make money but will it be PROFIT?!?!?!

If this is the guy you are learning from, you can guarantee these will be the tactics you’ll end up using to sell to other unsuspecting victims.

Even if you’re OK with that re-read #3!

      #5 Upsells

The hidden costs don’t end there!

Around every corner inside 12 Minute Affiliate is another upsell to make you think “if I just by this then maybe the system will work and all my dreams will come true!?”

I’ll tell you for a fact… it will just lead you further into the rabbit hole wondering why you can’t get this “super simple” thing to work.

3 months later you’ll check your credit card balance only to wonder how it got this bad.

(Can you tell I’ve been down this path before!? Chasing lost money is a dangerous thing)

#6 You Won’t Own Your Business

      This is the kicker…

Devon could decide tomorrow, “ah I can’t sustain the team and costs of running this thing, I want to go and live on a beach”.

Built for you is the same thing as “you have no control”

      Your whole “business” would disappear.

You’ve learnt nothing about how to build these funnels, you’ve lost money buying traffic and are more confused than when you first started.

      You own ZERO.

      #7 Lack of Success Stories

Below are a few of the best “success stories” I found online or in the FB groups.

      12 minute affiliate review
This was honestly one of the BEST reviews I found not in the FB group!
There are so many people that say this kind of thing… but it means nothing!
Another typical comment in the FB group
This was by far the best one I found, but again no transparency in how much she spent!

      Honestly, just think about it.

If there was this magic way to make $460 a day from 12 minutes of work, don’t you think more people would be sharing their success?

      My Opinion- 12 Minute Affiliate

      I really like the idea.

In fact, I wish it worked.

The truth is I’ve been burnt from very similar programs in the past such as Five Minute Profit Sites.

But in my opinion, it’s not worth even wasting your time on it.

That’s just me though. If you still want to give it a shot then click here to start.

The best thing about it is that you can learn how an affiliate marketing business works i.e.

      1. Choose a niche
      2. Build a website (or landing page in this case)
      3. Get traffic
      4. Earn revenue

But hey you’ve just learned that here for free.

If only there was another way to learn the nitty-gritty…

How I make passive income online?

It wasn’t that long ago that I was still trying to figure out how it’s possible for people to make money online.

I wanted to find a passive income system that ticked a few boxes:

      1. I could work on part-time when I wanted (I was still in a full-time job)
      2. Therefore I needed it to not cost a fortune to start and maintain
      3. Didn’t need me to sell stuff to my friends and family

It was in September 2018 that I found Wealthy Affiliate.

By the end of 2019, I quit my full-time job.

The best thing about it is:

      • It’s free to start
      • Qualified traffic is brought to you for free (just think about how you found this review… there was no money or time spent from me promoting this!)
      • You get me as a personal coach to help you on your journey (someone that has been through the exact same process to help you avoid the mistakes I made, but not too far ahead to forget what it feels like)
      • You don’t need ANY technical skills to start

When you try out this program you will see why so many people recommend it.

12 Minute Affiliate Review: The “MakeTimeOnline” Final Word

To sum up this 12 Minute Affiliate review… it’s not worth your time or money.

There are many hidden truths that you won’t learn until you’re too far in and already spent a lot of money.

But here are the biggest concerns and reason it’s really a scam:

      1. You have no control and will have to continue to pay for traffic forever
      2. You may make money but will it be a profit?

This Ecom Cash Code review will show you the truth about the program and whether it is for you or not.

Ecom Cash Code: Pros and Cons

        Pros

        • None (honestly I tried to find some)

        Cons

        • It makes no sense
        • Upsells you to My Ecom Club ($1,997+)
        • Black hat sales tactics
        • Fake reviews
        • Different URL’s

What does Ecom Cash Code do?

        Not much!

It claims to help you set up an e-commerce business and it can help you even if you have no technical skills whatsoever.

The sales video is full of people claiming to be making tons of money from Ecom Cash Code.

        So let’s dig in a bit deeper…

        What’s Inside Ecom Cash Code?

There really isn’t much you will learn from it at all.

The whole point of it is to try to get people to pay a little bit of money (i.e. the $47) to get them hooked into wanting the system.

They use all kinds of black hat sales tactics to get you to purchase the course.

Once you are inside all you will find is a constant bombardment of trying to get you to upgrade to My Ecom Club.

You can click the link above to check out the program. Even though My Ecom Club will give you some basic training on dropshipping, the more I have reviewed it the more it seems like it is a total scam.

        My Ecom Club BBB

There are so many complaints on BBB and just recently the website is being investigated by the Better Business Bureau.

Is Ecom Cash Code a Scam?

        The short answer is yes…

        The long answer is below…

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

        1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
        2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

It won’t disappear but it certainly will not live up the promises of huge money for doing almost nothing that the sales video suggests.

        scam

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased this program myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Here are some of the hidden truths that everyone should know about Ecom Cash Code…

        • White Hat Methods – Being honest and genuine to help people make informed decisions about purchases

        • Red Flag – A warning sign

        #1 Fake Testimonials

This is such a common red flag for big fat scams.

Review on Ecom Cash Code Sales Video
        ecom cash code review
        Same Lady on Fiverr.com

If the program really did what it said it would be very easy to find legit success stories on the internet.

Legit online courses have so many people that do well from them and are more than happy to share their experience that anyone paying for actors is a huge warning sign that something is up.

#2 It Doesn’t Even Make Sense

There are just so many people telling you how much money they make from Ecom Cash Code that it’s almost like they forget something…

        ecom cash code fake testimonial

At no point do they actually explain what you are expected to do from the program. They just say things like “if you’re fed up of working the 9-5 grind, then this is for you”.

If you’re like me, all you want to know is what you are actually about to pay for!

#3 It’s Just a Sales Funnel to My Ecom Club

This is when the penny clicked for me when I did the research.

        my ecom club review

The whole point of Ecom Cash Club is to try and entice you into the upsell and purchase My Ecom Club.

This includes a $1997 payment to get 2 ready-made Ecom stores set up for you.

It’s again another marketing tactic of trying to get the victim to put their hand in their pocket first with a smaller signup fee so that they feel more committed to the next upsell.

The most legit course offer something for free to try it or a money-back guarantee.

        #4 Black Hat Sales Techniques

This is a HUGE red flag!

When a sales page is focussed on showing you the amazing life you could have rather than educating you on what you need to do, something is wrong.

        #5 Different Website URLs

This is a clear sign that someone has been complaining or trying to remove the website.

        secretecomcode.com
        cashcodesecret.com

You can find the same sales page at different URL’s.

If this is not fishy then I don’t know what is?!

#6 Sent to a Completely Random Link

This was the worst thing of all!

Most of these sales pages take you to the checkout page to pay your $47 for the course.

But one URL sent me to some bitcoin thing!

        Spammy, scammy or what?!

        Related content:

My Opinion – Ecom Cash Code

Do not bother even thinking about it!

If you have already bought it then certainly file a complaint to the BBB as it seems like hopefully this scam will be shut down very soon.

          What does YouTube Secrets do?

It claims to be a program that will teach you exactly how you can make $10,000+ per month with just a few minutes of work each week.

          YouTube Secrets Overview

All this and it involves no filming or technical knowledge whatsoever!

          Sounds pretty good right?

          Well, let’s dig in a bit deeper…

          What’s Inside YouTube Secrets?

          Great question amigo!

The answer is a load of training videos and lots of random “bonus” material for you to spend hours looking at. I found this pretty good YouTube video, which shows exactly what you get inside.

(You only need to watch from 4 mins to 8 mins to see inside)

As you can see there’s really just a load of videos that show you how to use their technique.

The idea is you can find “creative commons” YouTube videos, which just means you can use these videos in any way you want.

So you don’t need to record anything you can take these videos and “repackage” them to create content. So you certainly will learn a thing or two about YouTube.

However, I can almost hear your mind saying…

          Is YouTube Secrets a Scam?

The simple answer is yes, YouTube Secrets is just a scam.

          The longer answer is below…

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

          1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
          2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

It will chuck a load of information at you, but will it help you make $10,000 a month?

          Absolutely not!

          scam

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased this program myself.

In fact, searching for real users reviews it’s hard to find anyone that has had success with the system! Again if you had made $10,000 a month from using this program that costs $27 per month, don’t you think you would let other people know?

#3 Outdated- You Can’t Use Annotations on YouTube Today

          It’s just so old!

The videos and content are so out of date. Most of it recorded in 2016. A lot changes in 3 years in the online world, so most of this training is now just junk!

          YouTube Secrets Review
          This is old!
          YouTube Secrets Review
You can’t use annotations on YouTube anymore!

It will be hard to use a lot of the training as some of it doesn’t even exist on YouTube anymore.

          #4 Monthly Membership For What?

The inside area doesn’t really provide you with anything other than the information.

Once you get the information there’s not really any need to stay subscribed to the system any longer.

There’s no forums or community or anything being updated so $27 a month is an absolute rip off.

#5 A Load of Random Information Thrown at You

There doesn’t seem to be any logical order or tasks for you to complete.

The inside of the training looks like they have tried to throw as much information at you as possible to make it seem like they are providing you with something.

Less is often more when you are learning and a step-by-step approach works much better.

#6 You’ll Never Make any Money From This

          Here’s the truth…

You need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of view time every year just to get accepted onto the YouTube advertising account.

This is much harder to achieve than slapping together some random videos you find online and repackaging them as your own.

YouTube is growing all the time and only the best online marketers have success on there anymore.

Maybe this used to work a few years ago, but in 2019 and beyond it will not work.

An Evergreen Online Strategy That Brings You The Money

It wasn’t that long ago that I was still trying to figure out how it’s possible for people to make money online. I wanted to find a training platform that had a few things to help make passive income online:

          1. Taught me step-by-step what to do (I knew nothing about online marketing)
          2. I could work on when I wanted (I was still in a full-time job)
          3. Didn’t cost a fortune to start and maintain
          4. Didn’t need me to sell stuff to my friends and family

It was in September 2018 that I found Wealthy Affiliate… and in September 2019 I quit my full-time job.

The best thing about it is:

          • It’s free to start
          • Customers are brought to you that are already interested (just think about how you found this review… there was no money or time spent from me promoting this!)
          • You get me as a personal coach to help you on your journey

When you try out this program you will see why so many people recommend it.

            • A lot of members (over 1.5 million worldwide)
            • Step-by-step training
            • Lucrative CPA program

            • Only trained to promote Yoonla… similar to a pyramid scheme
            • Only compatible with GetResponse
            • You’re not taught to build a website… only a landing page

            What does Yoonla do?

Yoonla was set up by Reno Van Boven in New Zealand in 2016.

Their promise is to help you live life on your own terms and make money from home.

            Yoonla Review

The training pretty much shows you exactly how to create a landing page to get people to sign up to your email list.

It also helps you know exactly how to get people to look at your landing page and get more people to join Yoonla. Each time someone joins through your link, you get paid.

            Sounds pretty good right?

Well, let’s dig in a bit deeper in this Yoonla review…

            What’s Inside Yoonla?

This video from YouTube shows you exactly what you will do as a Yoonla starter member (Evolve member) to upgrade to the Elite membership so you can start receiving commissions.

It’s easy enough to follow on x2 speed so it only takes 5 mins

As you can see, you will be shown exactly how to set up a landing page, get an email autoresponder (collects and sends emails for you) and start referring people to Yoonla.

Now, I can almost hear your mind saying…

Is Yoonla a Pyramid Scheme? And Is Yoonla a Scam?

First of all, let’s define what a pyramid scheme is.

A pyramid scheme recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product.

As you are about to find out in this Yoonla review, this is the only way you will be trained to earn money from Yoonla.

It is, therefore, a pyramid scheme.

            Pyramid Scheme
Yoonla is a pyramid scheme in disguise.

And pyramid schemes are often illegal as they don’t offer any service or product.

            So is Yoonla a scam?

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

            1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
            2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

Technically they do provide you with some training and don’t over-promise that you will earn thousands of dollars every month.

So it isn’t really a scam as some people do make money from it. But I can’t imagine it will be around for too long before the FTC shuts it down like other pyramid schemes such as MOBE.

Yoonla: The Good

With all this being said here are some of the things that are good about Yoonla…

            #1 A Huge Community

Supposedly there are now over 1.5 million members.

But the only information I can find about this is from their Facebook group back in 2017 when they reached 500,000 members.

            Yoonla Members

However, is it any wonder it’s got so big so quick when every member promotes it?

#2 Step-by-Step Training- Great for Beginners

If you are new to affiliate marketing or any internet marketing then step-by-step training is a must.

            Yoonla Training

This is a great way to learn exactly what you need to do to start making money, without being confused from random information thrown at you in no order.

            #3 Lucrative CPA Program

It’s possible to earn $4 commission per person that signs ups for a free account through your affiliate link.

This is only for “tier 1” countries (UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand).

Note- the tier 2 countries have been removed from the commission structure, which used to be $2 per free account sign up.

            Yoonla Commission

If anyone upgrades to the VIP (Elite) membership then you receive $30. If they refer another elite member you receive $30 additionally.

You can only receive a commission from people you refer and people they refer. Hence, it’s only a two-tier program so technically it’s not an MLM program.

            Yoonla: The Not So Good

Chances are you’ve been waiting for this part of this Yoonla review.

Here are some of the hidden truths and bad parts of Yoonla that you should be aware of…

#1 You’re Not Taught to Build a Website

You are only taught how to set up a landing page (see below).

            Yoonla Landing Page

And there are no rewards for guessing what this landing page is promoting… yep, Yoonla!

The truth is, if there really are over 1.5 million members, that means there are 1.5 million landing pages that look very similar (if not identical) promoting the same thing.

Do you see now why pyramid schemes are not sustainable?

#2 How Yoonla Really Makes Money

They make money from affiliate marketing. They receive recurring revenue from everyone that joins Yahoo hosting, GetResponse or any other recommendations, such as Lead Pages.

            Yoonla Make Money

Now, are there any surprises as to why Yoonla is…

#3 Only Compatible with GetResponse & Yahoo Hosting

            Has the penny dropped?

Just remember that if someone upgrades to elite with Yoonla the person who referred them gets $30. The person who referred the person that referred them also gets $30 (starting to get confusing right?!)

            Yahoo Hosting Pricing
            Get Response Pricing

But the owners of Yoonla (Reno) gets paid commission for the minimum of $96 for Yahoo hosting and the first $15 month with GetResponse.

Therefore, Reno is making a small profit every time someone is referred to Yoonla. Then he gets a recurring monthly commission from everyone.

The affiliates (what you would do if you joined) only get a commission one time when someone joins from your link.

Reno has set up an army of affiliates that pockets him money every month, whilst he can sit back and reap the rewards.

#4 Only Trained to Promote Yoonla… Is Yoonla a Pyramid Scheme?

Yes, Yoonla is a pyramid scheme in disguise.

This is the biggest red flag of all!

Look at the answer that is given when asked the question…

            Yoonla Review

Megan is not lying. Of course, you can use what you learn to promote anything else.

The problem is that you will not be taught to promote anything else.

You will not be shown how to create content or build a real online business.

You will only be taught to become part of the Yoonla funnel. To do anything else you will need more training!

#5 Paid Traffic Method (I Hope Yoy Have Deep Pockets)

The only way you are taught to get traffic is with paid traffic methods.

The great thing about paid traffic methods is you can get people to your landing page very quickly.

However, you will need to go through a lot of trial and error and adapt your ads to suit the newest and latest algorithm and figure out what makes people click them.

            Yoonla Traffic

In the process of figuring this out, you need to be prepared to spend thousands of dollars on ads.

Even then, some people NEVER figure them out.

#6 The True Cost to Get Started

So Reno claims he is very kindly giving you free access to the Elite membership, which has a $297 value…

However, as you probably know by now from reading this Yoonla review, it is far from free to start.

Here are some things you HAVE to pay for:

            • GetResponse- $15/ month
            • Hosting and domain name- $96 a year (if you pay all in one go or $9.99 per month + domain name ~ $10.99)

So a total of $111 just to start for one month (although the hosting would be for a year, so you are likely to keep paying for GetResponse for this time = $276 for a year)

Here are some optional (but recommended costs):

            • Lead Pages – $25/ month
            • Paid Ads- $200/ month (this is up to you but can easily eat up more than this when you are learning the ropes)
            Lead Pages Pricing

The thing is, if you are going to see any results, you will absolutely need to use Lead Pages (I would say this more important than anything else).

It can show you the stats on what is and what isn’t working so you can put your best landing pages, emails and funnel in place.

            Extra total spend = $225 a month.

Therefore the total cost for being involved for a year will be between:

            $276- $2,976

And here’s the truth… if you want to get anything from here the people spending closer to $3,000 will be the ones that actually make any money. If you just spend $276 you may as well throw that money away.

            My Opinion – Yoonla

It’s a pyramid scheme in disguise that only trains people to be an affiliate of Yoonla.

If you are not prepared to spend thousands of dollars on the system within the first year then you are unlikely to make any referrals.

And most people give up if they don’t see success in one year.

It’s my guess that this program won’t be around for too long as pyramid schemes are totally unsustainable (if each member refers 5 more people there will almost be 10 million members… who else is left to sell it to?!)

What does Facebook Ad Blaster do?

Facebook Ad Blaster claims it will send you guaranteed clicks and guaranteed sales.

Now, I can almost hear your mind saying…

Is Facebook Ad Blaster a Scam?

              The short answer is yes.

              The long answer is below…

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

              1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
              2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

Even if they do send you “clicks” on your link, they have no way of guaranteeing any sales.

You could send them a link to a blank screen for all they know… will you get any sales? Absolutely not!

As you continue to read this Facebook Ad Blaster review, you will learn why you should be very wary of this program.

There is no way in anyone’s right mind that they can guarantee sales.

              Facebook Ad Blaster review

All they are doing is sending people to your link.

They have no control over this link in any way and it could be the worst sales page in the world. Or a blog about what you did at the weekend. Or anything!

It just makes absolutely no sense how they can guarantee sales when they don’t know what the link is.

              #3 Advertising Other Scams

This is the biggest red flag of all!

Here are 3 examples of scams that have been shut down that are advertised on the Facebook Ads Blaster sales page…

Digital Altitude- FTC shut them down

              Aspire- FTC shut them down

              MOBE- FTC shut them down

These are just the ones that I recognise from previous reviews and general online chat.

This is a clear sign that this program is outdated if nothing else.

#4 Hard to Claim Money Back

They can prove they sent you the “traffic” so you will have a hard time getting your money back.

However, who knows where the traffic comes from. It’s most likely adult websites or some bots that do the clicking for them.

Even though there is supposedely a 60-day money back guarantee they have the small print in the screenshot at the bottom of the sales page.

They are pretty much saying… if you give us your money, you won’t see that again.

I will often give a Clickbank product a go to help write a review on it as you can get the money back. After reading this I knew there was no point even bothering with this scam.

              #5 Black Hat Methods

There are so many red flags here it’s hard to put them all in, but this is a pretty boring review as there is literally nothing on the internet that suggests this is legit in any way.

              Facebook Ad Blaster review

I have seen 10-year-olds at the school I used to work at put a better-looking table together in Miscrosoft Word than this!

It’s the worst “proof” I’ve ever seen from a sales page!

              A Legit Alternative

Seeing as you are still here, chances are you are looking for a way to get traffic to your website.

There are plenty of ways to do this in 2019 for example:

              • Facebook Ads (legit ones… still costs money)
              • “Solo ads” (buying clicks from someone’s website… costs money)
              • SEO (get ranked on the first page of Google so people visit your website every month… this is free)
              • Pinterest (Check out how to use Pinterest to get traffic… this is also free)
              • Other social media platforms

There are other weird ways but this covers most of it.

And if you’re like me the one that stands out is SEO. It’s free and is completely passive. People keep coming back to your website every month if you rank on Google’s first page for a phrase (keyword) that people search for.

I joined Wealthy Affiliate in September 2018.

Things felt slow at first and I didn’t really follow the training. I have followed it since January and look at the results I’m starting to see…

              Google Analytics Stats

Plus look how many sessions I’ve had in recent months (500+) and how quickly it’s growing.

This just shows you don’t need to pay for traffic from scammy courses.

Wealthy Affiliate has held my hand completely in understanding everything I’ve needed to know about creating a website and it’s completely free to start.

                What does Trenzy do?

Trenzy claims to make you a “profit-pulling trending” website in 3 simple steps.

Supposedly, all you need to do is buy the software, click a few buttons and watch that dollar roll in!

So, let’s dig in a bit deeper in this Trenzy review…

                What’s Inside Trenzy?

You can see in the short video below exactly what to expect inside Trenzy.

There are plenty more YouTube videos that prove there is certainly some training and software provided for you.

So can it really make you steady passive income in 3 simple clicks?

Now, I can almost hear your mind screaming…

                Is Trenzy a Scam?

                The short answer is yes.

                The long answer follows…

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

                1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
                2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

You can tell from the YouTube videos that Trenzy will provide you with some training and software.

Therefore, it is not a type one scam.

However, will they really provide you with a passive income system by publishing content for you?

                scam

Carry on reading this Trenzy review to find out…

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased this program myself.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. Trenzy: The Good

Here are some of the things I like about Trenzy.

                Key Terms:

                • Black Hat Methods – Using lies and unethical methods to make someone buy something
                • White Hat Methods – Being honest and genuine to help people make informed decisions about purchases
                • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so

                #1 Money-Back Guarantee for 60 Days

This is always a good sign.

It shows you the company backs what they have created and if it really is terrible, you can get your money back!

Top tip- Contact Clickbank (not Trenzy) when you ask for a refund, they are very good at responding.

#2 Automated Software & Connects Autoresponder

This is a great feature for those that already have an online business.

If you have your own autoresponder (email collector and sender) then you can connect it with the account given to you by Trenzy.

                Trenzy review

This means you could use Trenzy to help grow your email list (if the website ever gets any traffic).

                #3 Find Trending Topics

A great way to legitimately use Trenzy is to find trending topics.

                Trenzy review

This can help you to decide what to write about in the near future to try and benefit from these trends.

Trenzy: The Bad & Red Flags

There are some major things to be aware of before diving into this automated cash machine…

#1 Confusing and No Step-by-Step System

If you are new to online marketing the “back end” of the Trenzy platform (where you will need to do everything) is very confusing.

It really needs some training just to navigate here and understand what you are supposed to do.

This steep learning curve could well be enough for a newbie to get overloaded and throw the towel in.

If you are patient and willing to learn (by yourself) then you may be able to set things up.

#2 You Need Your Own Social Media Following for This to Work

So Trenzy does “produce” content for you and will post it out automatically to your social media channels…

                Trenzy review
Social media platforms Trenzy posts to- Apologies for the poor quality here

The issue is that without any sort of engaged following, social media is absolutely worthless at getting traffic.

In fact, people will be actively turned off to your posts if you just keep spamming random videos and content to them without interacting with people.

#3 No Real Proof from Any Users

There are literally dozens of Trenzy reviews online.

However, don’t you think it’s a bit weird that a grand total of 0 show proof that they have set up Trenzy to generate any traffic like Trenzy promises?

                Trenzy review
                Trenzy review
Just 2 out of dozens of proof that Trenzy has not worked for people.

Seriously is you can find someone to show you solid proof that Trenzy works as a new online marketer, then I will eat my hat.

#4 Won’t Rank in Search Engines

It takes time for Google to recognise your content.

Posting duplicated content from Trenzy will certainly not help.

The website URL also has .trenzy.io at the end.

These websites that are not hosted on their own domain name rank much lower than self-hosted websites.

Simply put… Trenzy websites will not get traffic from Google, no matter how good their “SEO keywords” are.

                #5 Upsells

In addition to all of these concerns, Trenzy has a total value of $231 worth of upsells that it will try to string you along with.

                Trenzy upsells

It will go something like this…

You will put some time into figuring out how the heck the platform works.

You’ll eventually put together your “automated” content to go out on tap.

After a month or so of seeing 0 results, you’ll be frustrated…

Enter an upsell that will save the day!

Except it won’t, you’ll have ended up spending a few hundred dollars on something that doesn’t deliver on its promises feeling like you’ve done something wrong (but you haven’t!)…

Sorry about that rant (past experiences coming out of me there!)

                Anyhoo…

                #6 Unrealistic Promises

This is just a massive stinking red flag screaming at us…

If you honestly think you can get non stop traffic and money from 3 simple clicks then I’m sorry to be the one to tell you…

                You simply can’t.

They are lying to get your money.

#7 Not Even Promoted by the Owner

                This one says it all.

I’m not sure about you, but if I had created a way that people could get passive income from 3 clicks of a button & it would make me more money… I would be pretty proud of myself.

I reckon I would even share it with people.

And I know for a fact I would put it on my social media profiles.

Except Dr Amit doesn’t. It’s not even mentioned in his company Saglus.

                Strange huh?

                My Opinion- Trenzy

It is one clever (sort of) marketing scheme to make you think you can make money from a few clicks of a button.

                Avoid it!

Look, I can’t stop you from trying it out. It may even help you to learn a thing or two about online marketing (I mean they use sales techniques that work on people).

But Trenzy won’t deliver what they promise.

An Evergreen Strategy That Brings You The Money

It wasn’t that long ago that I was still trying to figure out how it’s possible for people to make money online.

It was in September 2018 that I found Wealthy Affiliate.

In September 2019 I quit my full-time job.

                The difference here is:

                • You are told up front you will need to put in the time and effort to make it work
                • There are no sneaky upsells the price is told you right from the start, and it’s completely free to get started and try it out
                • It will show you a legit way to get traffic on tap to your website, that grows over time (as long as you keep watering the seed you plant)

When you try out this program you will see why so many people recommend it.

Trenzy Review: The “MakeTimeOnline” Final Word

To sum up this Trenzy review…

It’s not worth your time or money.

It will leave you feeling defeated and like you’ve done something wrong even though it’s just a scammy system to get your money.

Of course, you can learn a thing or two from the system, but you certainly won’t get thousands of visitors to your Trenzy website or make any money from it.

                  What does VO Genesis do?

Vo Genesis claims to help you to become a professional voice over artist and get paid to work from home.

                  VO Genesis Review

The video explains a lot of the benefits you can receive from this “secret to making money”.

I won’t go too much in detail about the sales video as you can watch it here.

                  Now more importantly…

                  What’s Inside VO Genesis?

There are a bunch of “training videos” and PDFs for you to to get started as a voice-over artist.

I found an insider video on YouTube so you can see exactly what is inside the training…

(You only need to watch from 3 mins to 6 mins 15 seconds.)

As you can see, the videos are really just text with someone being a voice-over!

There are plenty of resources thrown at you inside but I can almost hear your mind saying…

                  Is VO Genesis a Scam?

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

                  1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
                  2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

VO Genesis clearly provides some training.

Therefore, it’s not a type 1 scam where you pay money and never receive anything.

But does it really live up to the promises it makes of helping you achieve thousands of dollars an hour?

Continue reading this VO Genesis review to find out…

Just to be fully transparent with you, I have not purchased this program myself so I will stop short of calling it a scam outright.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does.

#1 Provide Some Good Voice Over Training

You can learn exactly what is expected of you as a voice-over artist.

You will find some valuable information about:

                  • How to set up a cheap home studio
                  • The best way to record and edit your voice-overs
                  • The basic fundamentals of voice-over jobs
                  VO Genesis Training

There is some genuinely helpful content here for someone that knows nothing about being paid for a voice-over artist.

                  #2 How to Brand Yourself

There is also some information in here about how you can grow and scale your home-based business.

                  VO Genesis Review

There are some little nuggets of information in here that can help you find the right gigs that suit you and how to put yourself on the radar.

#3 Possible to Find Legit Opportunities

There is also a bonus PDF that has some information about how to get loads of voice-over opportunities.

As you keep reading this VO Genesis review, you will realise it may not be quite as good as first thought.

                  VO Genesis: The Bad

So the part you’ve been waiting for…

The not so good and red flags of VO Genesis…

                  #1 Upsells & Downsells

First of all the price says VO Genesis is $97. However, it’s possible to get it for $39.95 and some people claim they’ve bought it for cheaper (although this down-sell seems to have been removed now)

Here are some of the prices you could pay:

                  • Frontend (VO Genesis) – $39.95- It used to be possible to get it for $19.95 if you try to exit the page
                  • One Time Offer 1 (Voiceover Insider’s Guides) – $37.00
                  • OTO 2 (Multiple Streams Of Income) – $47.00
                  • OTO 3 (Quick Cash Machines) – $47.00
                  VO Genesis Review

These upsells are not mentioned at all before you purchase VO Genesis.

So you may spend $39.95 only to realise you need to spend an extra $131 just to get the information promised.

                  …Not a good sign amigo!

#2 The Actual Amount Voice Over Artists Get Paid

The sales video makes it very clear you can expect to receive thousands of dollars an hour.

Here is the current screenshot of voice-over opportunities on Freelancer

                  Voice Over Opportunities

There are a few things to note here:

                  • The highest number on the screen is $250
                  • Most jobs will take you more than an hour to complete (i.e. transcribe 81 pages for $30)
                  • There are between 7-31 bids for each position posted already, so you will need to compete with others

This doesn’t look like a thousand dollar an hour kind of job at the start, that’s for sure!

                  #3 Black Hat Sales Video

The sales video hardly touches on what you will actually be doing.

It just makes references to how much you can earn.

Plus it pulls on your emotions, such as spending time with your kids, to make you feel like this could solve a problem.

These are big warning signs about any program. If the sales video concentrates more on what you can recieve rather than what you need to do then chances are something is a bit fishy!

                  #4 Outdated Content

As you can see in the video at the top of the page… all the content seems to have been made in 2013!

This may have been great then, but the online world changes rapidly. Therefore, so should the training.

I even found a review that said VO Genesis recommends some websites that don’t even exist anymore!

#5 The Info Provided Can be Found for Free

On top of all of this, everything can be found online for free.

With one YouTube search (literally one!!) I found this video.

Earl has a completely free training program where you could learn so much of this (be aware there’s a good chance he’ll try to sell something later on… but this is not a review on Earl!)

Plus there were loads of tips on YouTube so this should be the first place you go if you are serious about starting a Voice Over business.

                  My Opinion- VO Genesis

After this brutally honest review, I guess you are thinking I am going to say… don’t bother with it.

                  Well, you’d be right.

                  But…

There’s one thing I would like to mention.

If you have the money and are time poor, you could learn a lot of the basics that would take you some time to figure out yourself.

If you are interested in making money as a voice-over artist then VO Genesis will put you on the right track to do so.

Is this a great program… no

Will it make you thousands of dollars an hour… certainly not any time soon

But if you want to make a few hundred dollars a month as a side hustle for reading stuff out, VO Genesis can help you.

                  My Recommendation

If you are interested in making some quick cash without too much effort, there is one way anyone can do this…

                  Survey sites.

                  Is it fun… not particularly.

Can it make you $200+ per month… yes, if you set things up well.

The best part is, it costs $0 to start. In fact, you can earn $45 just by signing up to the best 15 legit survey sites that pay cash. Click that link to learn more.

Interested in Making Some Serious Passive Income Online?

It wasn’t that long ago that I was still trying to figure out how people make money online.

It was in September 2018 that I found Wealthy Affiliate.

And in September 2019 I quit my full-time job.

The best thing about it is:

                  • It’s free to start
                  • Customers are brought to you that are already interested (just think about how you found this review… there was no money or time spent from me promoting this!)
                  • You get access to a great community on online marketers (and me as a personal coach to help you on your journey)

When you try out this program you will see why so many people recommend it.

VO Genesis: The “MakeTimeOnline” Final Word

To sum up this VO Genesis review…

You can find all this information out for free online.

If you’re interested in making a couple hundred dollars pocket money each month as a voice-over artist then this could be for you.

It’s not an outright scam, but it certainly is no “secret way to make $1,500 an hour at home”.

What does My Ecom Club do?

My Ecom Club promises to show you exactly how to set up your own dropshipping online business.

The owner (supposedly Rocky Lin) claims to have put together a step-by-step training program so that even a complete beginner can start a profitable e-commerce business.

It also offers support and “ready to go” websites.

If you’re like me then you probably want to know what e-commerce and dropshipping actually entails before diving in.

                    What is Dropshipping?

I found this short video on YouTube, which explains what dropshipping is.

(You only need to watch until you are 2 and a half minutes in)

Simply put, an e-commerce store is an online business where you sell physical items from one supplier to a customer.

Dropshipping has become particularly appealing as you will never need to order a load of stock.

You simply wait until a customer buys a product through your website.

Then you place an order with a supplier and send it directly to the customer.

Typically, the customer will purchase it from you for a “retail price” and you buy it for “wholesale price”. Then you pocket the difference.

                    Sounds simple right?

So let’s dig into this program a bit more…

                    What’s Inside My Ecom Club?

You can join for free to see the inside of My Ecom Club.

My Ecom Club comes with 6 training modules:

                    1. Overview of the concept of Dropshipping
                    2. How to select your niche & products
                    3. The right mindset you need to have
                    4. How to find the best supplier using AliExpress
                    5. Setting up your Shopify store with Oberlo
                    6. Optimizing your store and getting traffic

As you can see, it will help you go from someone with no knowledge of dropshipping to understand the basics of how to organise your store.

So it really does seem pretty legit right?

Now, I can almost hear your mind saying…

Is My Ecom Club a Scam?

                    Technically no…

But as you continue to read this My Ecom Club review you will realise it’s maybe not all it’s cracked up to be.

There are two main ways an online course can be a scam:

                    1. Take your money and run off into the sunset, never to be heard from again
                    2. Provide some information but it doesn’t live up to their promises

Obviously My Ecom Club does provide you with some training. But it may not be exactly what you thought at first…

Here are some of the things I like about My Ecom Club…

                    Key Terms:

                    • Black Hat Methods – Using lies and unethical methods to make someone buy something
                    • White Hat Methods – Being honest and genuine to help people make informed decisions about purchases

                    • Red Flag – A warning sign

                    #1 Training Useful for Beginners

If you have no idea about how to start a dropshipping business then you probably will find some useful things inside.

                    My Ecom Club Training

My Ecom Club will show you the basics of how to set up your own store.

But you’re going to have to fork out a bit more money to get the coach and “ready to go” Ecom store, as you are about to find out.

#2 Legit Strategy to Make Money

Dropshipping and e-commerce is a completely legit business model.

They are not selling you a pipe dream or made-up way of making money.

In fact, you can listen to my chat with Jeremy Ong on how he set up a 5 figure a month Ecom store.

This also includes why he is now moving to an affiliate marketing business model.

                    #3 30-Day Refund Policy

There is a refund policy in place.

However, as you can see from the review below from the BBB, they may not always honour this…

The policy is great as it proves they are confident in their training.

But the complaints are not as you’re about to learn more about in this My Ecom Club review! Just something to be aware of…

My Ecom Club: The Bad & Red Flags

Here are some of the bad parts of My Ecom Club that you should be aware of before joining.

#1 BBB Negative Reviews & Current Alert

The Better Business Bureau is a great way to check out if a company is legit.

The biggest red flag here is that there is a current alert for this business…

                    My Ecom Club BBB
                    My Ecom Club Review
                    My Ecom Club Review

It’s also clear to see that customers are not happy due to not receiving the support they were promised.

There are many claims of people being harassed by their sales teams and not getting the ready to go stores that they claimed.

#2 Fake Testimonials & Success Stories

This is another big red flag. If a company cannot get any real people leaving positive reviews or proof of success it’s a big concern.

                    My Ecom Club Review
                    My Ecom Club Review

It becomes even more concerning when they use free stock images off of the internet to fake the “success stories”.

This is strike two, but it’s about to get worse…

#3 Upsells & The Real Cost

Here is the real goal of My Ecom Club…

To get you to buy the high ticket upsells:

                    Upsell 1. Add a Coach ($37)

As soon as you have created your free account you will be bombarded with sales videos about why a coach is so important.

Support and 1-1 coaching is definitely super valuable in any business, but as you’ve already seen from real reviews, they do not deliver.

                    My Ecom Club Price

Upsell 2. Ready to go Ecom Store ($1,997 + $97 month)

This upsell is where they really want people to come to.

                    They promise:

                    • 2 Shopify stores set up for you
                    • 100 top-selling products in the niche of your choice
                    • Written descriptions for these 100 items
                    • Theme and Logo ready
                    • Traffic generation training

If this actually worked and they provided what they say then this may actually be pretty decent.

However, from checking online forums, BBB and other reviews it’s clear to see they simply don’t deliver this.

You may get 2 stores done for you but you won’t have the support or traffic going to the website to make you any money.

The Facebook Ads training will mean you need to factor in another few hundred dollars each month, and this is becoming so competitive that only the best Facebook ads are effective anymore.

So it’s really not free.. you will need to pay $1,997 to get your ready to go stores plus $97 a month for support and $200+ a month for Facebook ads.

                    #4 Blackhat Sales Tactics

They claim you will get access to a FREE training program.

But straight away it shows you the real cost is $37!

I’m not sure if they are just lazy or being really stupid but this is another red flag for any online course.

#5 The Real Owner is Linked to Scams

Supposedly the owner is Ricky Lim. However, no information exists about him on the internet.

The real owner is quite clearly Teo Vee as you can see on Twitter (and YouTube channels).

It’s no surprise they try to hide this fact due to other scams Teo Vee has been linked to such as Social Stinger & Ecom Cash Code.

                    ecom cash code review

If this is not a red flag about this program not being legit and honest them I’m not sure what is.

                    Here’s the truth…

You can find out all of this information for free on YouTube…

This is just a quick 20-minute video which will give the knowledge you need to start a dropshipping company.

The huge upsells don’t deliver and to be honest this program really does appear to be a scam, even though it has some basic training.

In my own opinion, dropshipping is more of an active income. Yes, it’s possible to make some great money, but if you are looking for passive income online this is not the best strategy.

Don’t take my word for it, listen to a guy who has a 5 figure a month dropshipping business and is now moving into affiliate marketing exactly for this reason.

                    • You are taught how to get FREE traffic to your website (just think about how you found this review… there was no money or time spent from me promoting this!)
