It spans 7 weeks and has new videos released every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Video length varies, but it’s around 10 to 15 minutes in length.
This also has its own homework assignments that include PDF templates, worksheets, as well as spreadsheets that help you keep track of your progress. The homework assignments are going to take around 30 to 45 minutes of your time every week to be finished.
