What is Crush Global?

Crush Global is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that is in the CBD niche. It was founded in 2015 by John Henderson IV, a businessman and entrepreneur who also founded another company called Lightyear Wireless. This was back in 2008.

Crush Global sells a wide variety of dietary supplements and nutritional products such as capsules, energy drinks, meal powders, and lotions.

The company is based in Louisville, Kentucky, but they also have their own branch in Liverpool, UK, as well as hundreds, or possibly thousands of members across the globe.

Their aim is also to help people live a healthier lifestyle with the help of their products.

Here is a 7-minute video that introduces you to the company...

It is then necessary for you to know...

Is Crush Global a pyramid scheme?

Crush Global is not a pyramid scheme because members can sell products and earn money from it, and not just solely from recruiting.

But a more fitting question to this is… Is Crush Global a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company promising its members monetary incentives when they recruit people into the company.

This is what members have to do, and not just sell products or services, because they really don’t have any of those.

Here is a clear diagram from Wikipedia to see what really happens here...

There might be some members who do make money. But they do nothing but just recruit until they exhaust all the potential members.

You can also see from the diagram that it’s impossible for members to earn money from a system such as this because the number of potential members are limited and are expected to run out soon.

Check out this 5-minute video that teaches you how to spot a pyramid scheme in disguise...

But why do many members say...

Success is rare with Crush Global

It is going to be difficult if what you’re expecting is to be successful with this company.

Note that between 72.5% and 99.9% of all MLM members, including Crush Global, lose money.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

This is due to the sales quota these companies have. Members should achieve and reach the sales quota for them to get the commissions.

If they can’t, then they have no choice but to just buy the products at the expense of their personal money.

This is why most, if not all of MLM members lose huge cash from their own savings before they manage to get their first recruited member.

How does Crush Global Work?

Crush Global sells a variety of CBD-infused products that come in different forms just like protein shakes, sleep aids, hemp oil, skincare regimens, and energy drinks.

Aside from that, the company also offers anyone an opportunity to become a member. And being a member means being able to sell their products at higher prices for you to get commissions.

It sounds nice. But frankly speaking, it’s just nice for the company because they save millions of dollars in marketing campaigns as they just let their members do all the marketing.

Before we confirm this is really what’s happening, let’s learn more...

Crush Global products

It is important that you know the products this MLM company is selling for you to learn what to expect.

It’s even better if you try the products yourself. But if not, then just knowing what they do is enough for now…

Crush Global’s products are all CBD-infused. And here are some of their best-selling products:

  • Intensive Relief Lotion BOGO ($119) - A lotion that relieves body and muscle pains. It contains CBD and is free from THC.
  • Lyzme $45) - A meal replacement powder that helps you lose weight, while boosting your energy and overall body health.
  • Renew ($70) - An anti-aging cream that gets rid of dark spots and wrinkles. It contains 250 mg of CBD.
Is Crush Global a Scam: Products

Be aware that there are many other brands out there that sell the same stuff.

Here are some of the most established and reputable MLMs that sell CBD products:

  • Trevo
  • Essante Organics
  • Neora
  • MonaVie
  • isXperia
  • ByDzyne
  • Prime My Body
  • Bemer Group
  • Bonvera
  • Globallee
  • What’s funny about them is that they all say and claim they have a special product even if all of them are just selling the same kind of product but just in different names and containers.

Now that you know this is the case, then what actually makes Crush Global different and special?

    Crush Global flagship product

Lyfe ($80) - A hemp extract oil containing CBD that relieves body pains and anxiety.

It reduces swelling and inflammation, as well as help avoid muscle spasms. It can also boost your immune system and put your mental and emotional health at ease.

Is Crush Global a Scam: Flagship

You might want to give this 1-minute video about their products a glimpse:

So, let's get straight to the point...

Can you make money with Crush Global?

Yes, but it sure is going to be hard for you.

The few members who somehow make some money just earn minimum wage. And they do this for more than 8 hours a day.

That surely isn’t the part-time business you’re looking for, especially that it doesn’t pay good money for a full day’s worth of work.

Furthermore, Crush Global doesn’t have an income disclosure to show that their members actually do make money.

How to make money with Crush Global

You do these two things to make money from Crush Global:

    • Sell their CBD products
    • Recruit people to join as members of the company

But note that you earn your commissions and bonuses from the sales that your downline members make, and not from simply recruiting your downline members.

How much does it cost to join Crush Global?

You don’t have to pay a subscription fee if you would want to join Crush Global. Instead, you just buy their business starter kits.

These vary in price and inclusions:

    • Lyfe and Byrn Pack -$89
    • Launch Pack - $189
    • Lyfe and Lyte Builder Pack - $299
    • Lyte Crusher Pack - $599

I suggest you go for the most expensive package because that includes the most number of products. It might be expensive, but it’s the best deal out there you can get.

    Crush Global monthly cost

Members must maintain 50 PV a month to be considered as an active member.

And aside from that, members should also expect to spend these costs on their 1st year…

    • $89 to $599
    • $50 x 12

    Minimum costs for year 1 = $689 to $1,199

But that still does not include other costs just like training, marketing, and other miscellaneous expenses and costs. So expect to spend more...

    Crush Global compensation plan

The thing with MLMs is that they create confusing compensation plans. And unfortunately, Crush Global is one of these.

No worries, though, because I’ll do my best to simplify things up for you…

Crush Global offers members 4 different ways to make some bucks:

    • Retail Profit - Earn 10% to 25% commission for every product you sell. This depends on the wholesale price you got the product and the retail price you’re selling it at.
    • Fast Start Bonus - Earn up to a maximum of $100 bonus once your newly recruited member buys a starter pack. This depends on your current rank and value of the starter pack that your downline bought.
    • Generational Leadership Bonus - Earn 2% commission from the sales of your downline members up to 5 generations deep.
    • Global Bonus Pool - Be included in the list of members who will divide the 3% total global sales. This is only applicable for members who reached 25,000 PV.
Is Crush Global a Scam: Compensation

For sure that still sounds confusing to you because of the fancy terms and complicated names.

That’s a strategy for MLMs because it’s through this where they give the impression to members that there are a lot of ways they can make money from the company.

When the fact is, there’s just 2 things to do:

    • Sell the products of Crush Global
    • Recruit members into Crush Global

I haven't found an exact video about their compensation plan, but you can check out this 20-minute video about their business opportunity instead...

    Also, you might be asking...

    Is Crush Global a scam?

Crush Global is not a scam because they sell legit, effective, and healthy products. And most of all, they pay members accordingly.

But the catch is, their members are disappointed and annoyed with the false claims and promises of the company that they’ll earn lots of money.

Because what instead happens is that they lose lots of money every month due to the sales quota. This then leads them to dismiss the company as a scam.

The rest of this MLM review is going to prove if this is really a scam or not, by weighing out its pros and cons.

This will then help you to come up with an informed decision if this is a good fit for you or not...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about Crush Global

    Key Terms:

    • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
    • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
    • Red Flag - A warning sign

    #1 Positive product reviews

The nice thing about Crush Global is that they have a lot of positive reviews about their products.

    Check this out...

Is Crush Global a Scam: Pros

These people are proof that their CBD products are effective and legit, which is a good thing if you’d want to sell their products.

    #2 Established reputation

The company was established in 2015, which makes them 5-years-old.

Most MLMs don’t go past this 5-year-mark, and based on the statistics, Crush Global is doing a fairly good job.

This means that they are less likely to shut down any time soon.

    #3 Gaining momentum

    Google Trends showed me this…

Is Crush Global a Scam: Pros 2

As you can see, the diagram shows that the number of people who are searching for Crush Global is increasing.

This means that they are becoming more popular and more people are choosing their products.

What I don't like about Crush Global

    #1 Expensive products

Crush Global sells expensive and overpriced products.

Is Crush Global a Scam: Cons
You can see above that there are a lot of other CBD products and brands that sell cheaper ones, but still have good reviews and high ratings.

Of course, consumers are going for the cheaper choice because anyway, they don’t compromise quality because they still have nice reviews.

    #2 Saturated market

There are already a lot of CBD MLM companies out there.

And becoming a member of this just means that you need to compete with the hundreds, if not thousands of CBD companies and products out there.

    #3 Lacks vital information

Crush Global doesn’t have an income disclosure and a compensation plan.

This is not good because the income disclosure is supposed to show that the company’s members do make money.

Meanwhile, the official document of the compensation plan shows the exact and specific ways members can make money.

Nonetheless, they have semi-formal compensation plans out there, but not in an official and legit document.

    #4 Hidden monthly expenses

Members should sell 50 PV a month to become active. And being active means being able to get your commissions and bonuses.

Here’s what you can know about the company...

Is Crush Global a Scam: Cons 2

You can see that a member should reach 50 PV in a month, which also translates to selling $50 worth of products monthly. Can’t do this? Then you have no choice but to buy it for yourself.

#5 Is Crush Global a pyramid scheme in disguise?

Now you know that you are most likely going to spend $50 monthly just for the sake of keeping up with the quota. Well, you can avoid that by recruiting members.

Here is how that looks like...

    MLM pyramid scheme

Doing so, then means that you just wait for passive income to come in. And where does that passive income come from? Well, from your downlines!

So, the more downline recruited members you have, the more commissions you get.

This also means that Crush Global is technically a pyramid scheme in disguise...

    #5 Downward trend

I checked Google Trends and this is what I saw...

    crush_global_updates

This clearly shows that not many people are interested with them...

    My opinion - Crush Global

Crush Global sells legit CBD products that are effective and healthy to customers. But they are overpriced and the business opportunity isn’t good.

And here is my exact thoughts and feelings about your chances of making money from this company...

Note that you can only earn good money if you have a lot of recruited members.

And you still continue aggressively recruiting people and telling them of the wonderful opportunities awaiting, even if you already know that they are just going to lose money...

This isn’t right because you’re just selling the dream of becoming rich even if that isn’t going to happen.

There are many more legit business opportunities out there that’ll help you make good money...

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

    • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
    • You never need to sell to friends and family
    • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...
