Summary: American Bill Money (ABM) is a company that sends you a number of postcards every month. You simply post these postcards to the "leads" that ABM also provides.

Then you sit back and wait to catch other unsuspecting victims in the web and wait for that residual money to roll in.

The only way you can make money from this company is by recruiting more people into it. That is the definition of a pyramid scheme, which are impossible for everyone to make money from.

What is American Bill Money?

American Bill Money is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that provide you with "leads" (addresses) and postcards for you to send to random people in the hopes they also join the program.

It was founded in 2003 by Paul Korzeniowski and is supposed to help Americans, just like you, make residual income.

You can watch the 6 minute sales video below if you haven't seen it already...

So it sort of seems possible right?

Send these postcards to people and hope at least 2 sign up then you effectively get your membership for free!

Well clearly your smart enough to be wondering...

Is American Bill Money a pyramid scheme?

Yes American Bill Money couldn't fit the definition more of a pyramid scheme if it tried...

What is a pyramid scheme?

A business model that recruits members via a promise of payment for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying a service or product.

That is the exact definition you will find on Wikipedia. And that is exactly what American Bill Money does.

These are illegal in most countries because they are totally unsustainable as you can see in the diagram below...

OK yeah you only need to recruit 2 people to make your "investment" pay for itself, but the same principle applies.

It is IMPOSSIBLE for everyone in the company to make money from this system. The whole world population will never be enough to make these schemes possible.

Success is rare with American Bill Money

Even if it was possible for everyone to make money from American Bill Money, it's still really rare in any MLM company...

Between 73% and 99% of all MLM representatives lose money!

The reason is due to the monthly costs involved and the fact that so many people don't really understand how they work until it's too late.

Once people work out they can only make money by recruiting people they tend to leave and it's eaten up a few thousand dollars!

How does American Bill Money Work?

They provide "leads" of people that may be interested in joining ABM (now why they don't chase these leads themselves is beyond me?!... oh maybe it's because they know it doesn't work!)

So instead of them spending money on stamps to send these postcards to hundreds of really old people they let you do that for them.

The hope is that another sucker signs up to the scheme and pays for your ride #livingthedream.

American Bill Money products

So here's an example of the postcards and "leads" (address labels) that will get sent to you...

Then all you do is put a stamp on them and stick them in the postbox.

Can you see that it's not really a product, but rather a system to help the owner make more money. You'd think this would be very rare within MLMs (and it is to some extent).

But here are some other MLMs that don't offer any product at all and only focus on recruiting (*cough* pyramid schemes *cough*):

How to make money with American Bill Money MLM

You post the postcards and hope that someone else joins the company.

Fingers crossed!

How much does it cost to join American Bill Money MLM?

There are different packages you can join with.

The basic monthly package costs $125 a month and the "deluxe" monthly subscription costs $250. The deluxe edition just gives you more leads and postcards.

You can also "save money" (aka lose more money) by paying for the 6 month or 12 month subscription which costs up to $3,300 for the deluxe yearly subscription.

American Bill Money monthly cost

So obviously if you pay monthly that is how much it will cost you.

But you also may need to factor in the price of stamps into it...

If you are sending out 300 postcards a month, that is quite a bit of extra dosh you need lying around.

American Bill Money compensation plan

So American Bill Money is kind of like an MLM structure due to the compensation plan.

But because it's very rare for me to actually stumble across outright pyramid schemes it looks a but different to most MLM companies I have reviewed before...

You get paid 60% compensation so $75 a month if someone goes for the basic $125 plan.

However, your 3rd, 7th and 12th "recruit" gets paid to the person above you.

That would also be the case for anyone recruits that your recruits recruit (that's a lot of recruiting!)

Is American Bill Money a scam?

I genuinely have no idea how this company has lasted as long as it has.

It is clearly a pyramid scheme which as far as I'm concerned is a scam.

If you do recruit someone then I'm sure they do actually pay you the commission so it's not one of those scams that takes your money and runs away.

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse American Bill Money in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about American Bill Money

Funny enough even though I cannot recommend this company to anyone, there are undeniable things that it has in its favour...

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from referring others to the service rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Some people make some money... but...

If you go on YouTube you will see a selection of videos just like this...

Real people getting paid!

To be honest it's one of those "get rich easy" schemes that people love the idea of. Unfortunately, the only way these people are getting money is by recruiting poor unknowing people into a pyramid scheme that will likely screw them over.

Maybe some of these people just do not understand how pyramid schemes work and are desperate for cash.

But if they do know and they're still happy to try and screw other people over to make some money then that's their choice.

#2 It's been going since 2003

I genuinely have no idea how!

It has to be only a matter of time until this company gets called out for what it really is.

It amazes me at how these companies still exist in the 2020's!

What I don't like about American Bill Money

Well there is a lot wrong with American Bill Money but hopefully this section can help to expose the truth...

#1 American Bill Money is a pyramid scheme

You can ONLY make money by recruiting more people into the company...

The sales video even makes it clear that you need to recruit 2 people to cover your costs.

It even shows you that the way you make money is by getting more people to join the company.

You're not adding value to people, there are no skills being taught. American Bill Money is an outright pyramid scheme.

#2 It's impossible for everyone to make money

Like I said earlier, it's IMPOSSIBLE for everyone to make money in this system.

Just look at the diagram one more time...

So many people are saying it online, yet the company somehow still exists!...

It's bananas!

#3 Who are these "leads"?

So the sales video says they'll give you these "leads" each month...

Yet there are claims that some of these leads are deceased people.

Chances are they will target old people that don't use the internet much, which makes me even more worried about how disgusting this company may actually be.

#4 Postcards in the 2020's?

This bit really confused me.

So they seem really happy about being different and using postcards like this...

But then they mention the "annual deluxe" members get online marketing training...

In the video directly beneath it they harp on about why direct mail does better than emails and online marketing.

They just seem to be saying anything to get your money.

Any good online marketing training actually explains what you'll be expected to do or gives you a trial/ money back guarantee...

#5 No money back guarantee

The owner seems to think the no money back guarantee is a good thing...

Any legit company or product offers a money back guarantee. It shows they have faith in their product or service and rely on providing good customer service and results.

"No refunds" only suggest that companies are after your money and hoping that people don't realise there isn't a refund policy!

#6 The owner seems to have something to hide

You can see from the above comment how he comes across.

But he is always so defensive and aggressive in his tone when he responds to people...

In his comment above he points out mistakes that are totally irrelevant.

He never once addresses the fact that his company is a pyramid scheme though.

If he does read this I genuinely would like to know how ABM is not a pyramid scheme. Or maybe he's just OK with that being the case knowing that most people will lose money.

#7 Downward trend

The final nail in the coffin for American Bill Money is that there has been a decrease in interest for it since it began.

You probably know that the most successful people in any MLM company are those that "get in early" and can use the growing popularity to help recruit more people.

When you compare it to other MLM companies like Farmasi, you can see that ABM is going the wrong way.

My opinion - American Bill Money

Here's my honest opinion about American Bill Money...

If you are OK with trying to scam some other people with this pyramid scheme then of course you may be able to get one or 2 people to join and cover your costs.

But sending postcards to deceased people is not my idea of a opportunity to make money from home.

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...

If you want to discover how I did it then check out this special video I created which explains exactly how.
