What is Healthy Habits Global?

Healthy Habits Global is a Multi-Level-Marketing company that sells health and wellness products in the form of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

They come in the form of sachet packs which can be readily mixed into hot water.

The company was founded by Ted Fitzgerald in 2013. Fitzgerald has more than 17 years of experience in the direct sales business, and wanted to make a difference to the health of people around him, which is why he started Healthy Habits Global.

Before he ventured into MLMs, he also dived into other industries such as athletic clubs, restaurants, and retail stores.

He is also working closely with John Payne, a genetic scientist, who is responsible for the creation of their "groundbreaking" products.

The company is currently based in California, USA. It's also listed in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has an A+ rating. However, it's not yet accredited by the BBB.

Let's then know why many people is asking...

Is Healthy Habits Global a pyramid scheme?

Nope, Healthy Habits Global isn’t a pyramid scheme.

Their members are earning money by coffee, tea, and hot chocolate ready-mix products without being required to recruit more members.

But even if this is the case, it'd still be wise to ask if… Is Healthy Habits Global a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company or organization that promises members payment for recruiting members. They do this instead of selling actual services or products.

Many countries and governments have already banned these because it is impossible for all members to make money just by simply recruiting.

You can check out this Wikipedia diagram to know what exactly are these pyramid schemes...

Members who are making the most money are those who are working round-the-clock recruiting people for this self-proclaimed MLM business opportunity.

But looking at closely at the diagram, you can see that yo will just run out of people you can recruit in the long run.

You can learn more about how you can spot a pyramid scheme by checking out this 5-minute video...

Let us then know why...

Success is rare with Healthy Habits Global

Success is hard to reach if you are in an MLM company such as Healthy Habits Global.

In fact, a statistical report states that 91.87% of Healthy Habits Global members are losing money

And what's worse, is that between 72.5% and 99.9% of all MLM members lose money as well.

This happens because MLMs have a “sales quota” which forces members to sell a certain amount of products so they can stay active and receive commissions.

If you can't reach the quota, then you must buy them yourself if you want to earn any company incentives.

This is why MLM members are losing thousands of dollars before they can recruit.

That's just a big turnoff...

How does Healthy Habits Global Work?

Healthy Habits Global sells tea, coffee, and chocolate ready-to-drink sachets.

They also their own affiliate program which can also be considered as a work-from-home opportunity. This means that members can buy their products at low wholesale prices and then sell these same products at higher retail prices.

It looks like a win-win when you look at it for the first time...

But analyzing the situation deeply, you’ll see that Healthy Habits Global saves huge money on marketing campaigns because they just let their members do all the hard work in advertising and promoting their products.

Let’s know more about...

Healthy Habits Global products

It is important that you know very well the products sold by Healthy Habits Global before you even consider being their member.

This lets you know what you’re actually selling, so that you can also increase your chances of success.

Here are their top-selling products:

  • Gourmet Black Coffee ($24) - A ready-mix sachet of instant black coffee that includes Ganoderma, Panax Ginseng, and Tongkat Ali.
  • Gourmet Chai Tea ($24) - A ready-mix sachet pouch of Asian tea which is said to improve the immune system, help burn fat, and boost energy levels with the help of antioxidants and phytonutrients.
  • Gourmet Hot Chocolate ($25) - A ready-mix sachet pouch of chocolate which boosts immune system, energy levels, and burns down calories.

There is nothing special about these said products, even if they market it with fancy terminologies and names.

In fact, there are already very many other MLM companies that sell very similar products with Healthy Habits Global. Here are some of the most popular ones:

So, let's clear this question up...

Can you make money with Healthy Habits Global?

Yes, you can surely make money from this company. But there's no guarantee that this money is realizable on your end because chances are, is that you'll just earn very small profits.

Remember that it is just difficult to make good money from Healthy Habits Global.

There might be a few people who make some kind of income, but unfortunately, that income, or whatever you want to call it, is just slightly higher than minimum wage.

And they do this even if they are working like a full-time sales manager. They even exhaust themselves just to earn some bucks.

Healthy Habits Global doesn't even have an income disclosure to prove that its members are actually earning!

How to make money with Healthy Habits Global

There are 2 main things you can do to make some money from Healthy Habits Global:

  • Sell their coffee, tea, and chocolate milk products
  • Recruit members into their MLM program

But remember that you can only earn bonuses from the sales coming from your recruited downline members. And unlike other MLMs, you don't earn merely by means of recruitment.

And what about the costs?

How much does it cost to join Healthy Habits Global?

There are 4 package options to choose from if you'd want to join Healthy Habits Global. These are:

  • Basic: Earn up to 4 downline levels.
  • Business: Earn up to 5 downline levels.
  • Success: Earn up to 6 downline levels.
  • Executive: Earn up to 7 downline levels.

Sounds interesting? Well, I doubt so, because they didn't show much information about this, aside from the differences in downline coverage.

Let's then dive deeper...

Healthy Habits Global compensation plan

Most MLMs have confusing compensation plans. And that includes Healthy Habits Global. But don't sweat it out on this one because I'll simplify things up for you.

Here are the ways you can earn from Healthy Habits Global:

  • Fast Start Bonus - Earn 25% discount on your first purchase. Gain downline coverage profits of 5% to 10% from Level 2 to Level 4 downlines.
  • Retail Customer Commission - Earn 20% to 40% commission on every sale, depending on your rank. Earn 2% commission up to 7 levels deep into your downline network.

You can also learn more about their compensation plan from the table image I got from their site...

Lots of stuff going on, eh? Well, hold up...

Basically speaking, there are just 2 things you can do. And that is by:

  • Selling products
  • Recruiting members

But still, you can check out this 8-minute video about their products...

But then, why do many people still ask...

Is Healthy Habits Global a scam?

Healthy Habits Global is not a scam.

They have been in the industry for more than nine years, and consistently gained more customers, and expanded their MLM to more members. They are also selling legit and effective health products in the form of coffee, tea, and chocolate.

But the catch is that many members are annoyed when they know they were losing more money instead of making money. This is why a number of people say that Healthy Habits Global is a scam.

The next section of this MLM review is going to help you decide for yourself if this MLM is for you or not...

What I like about Healthy Habits Global

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Positive product reviews

Many people are satisfied with the products that Healthy Habits Global is selling.

Here's proof...

These customers are really happy that they took their coffee and tea products because they're healthy, and at the same time, delicious.

#2 Long presence in the industry

Healthy Habits Global has been in the industry for more than nine years. They were founded badck in 2012, and has since expanded their network and clientele. They also don't have any issue with the law, so that's a good sign.

What I don't like about Healthy Habits Global

They might have a number of pros, but their disadvantages still outweigh all of them.

#1 Expensive products

Imagine selling coffee, tea, and hot chocolate sachet pouches worth $25 per pack. That's just too much!

Compare that to the other products we've found in Amazon, and you can pay less for more...

And don't worry if you think they're not of high quality, because they're branded and also has the same ingredients. Healthy Habits Global might say their coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are healthier and are made with more scientific precision, but there's no guarantee to that. There's even a good sign that it's all just marketing gimmick.

#2 Is Healthy Habits Global a pyramid scheme in disguise?

Healthy Habits Global is not a pyramid scheme. But it surely is a pyramid scheme in disguise...

Why? Well, it's because you have to recruit people to earn more money. It's alright if you just sell and don't recruit. But the profits you get are just minuscule, it's not even worth calling as a profit.

Check out the diagram below to have a clearer picture of their system.

You can see that the people on top, who are most likely the founder and the first members, are the only ones who earn lots of money. And it's very likely that you're already at the bottom part.

#3 Downward trend

Here is the final nail in the coffin...

As you can see, Google Trends shows that hardly anyone is searching for Healthy Habits Global. This means that you'll have a hard time selling their products knowing that not many people like it.

Compare it to Farmasi, another MLM which is more well-known, and you'll see the stark gap.

My opinion - Healthy Habits Global

Healthy Habits Global is a legit MLM company that is selling legit products in the form of ready-mix pouched coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They are also offering a legit business opportunity to anyone who wants to become a member.

But unfortunately, it's just that hard to sell their products, especially that they're overpriced. There's just a ton of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate ready-made pouches out there that are more popular, cheaper, and more delicious. They might seem like commodities, but there are just too many options out there.

You also need to spend an awful ton of money and time on recruiting people and marketing to them the seemingly wonderful business opportunity this MLM has, even if you already know that it's just a marketing gimmick.

There are way better business opportunities out there that are legit and that you can try now...

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions on the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learned about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.
