If you’re interested in this course, you’re probably wondering what content you’ll get inside the course. Well, you should know that the Value Investing Masterclass is not that long.
It has 6 sections and around 30 lectures. If you want to finish the entire course, you’ll need at least 2 hours.
Section 1: Introduction
The first section of the course is the introduction. As the name suggests, this section introduces you to the stock market, value investing, and more.
There are 5 lectures in this section. This includes an introduction to the stock market, what value investing is, reasons to choose value investing, who is it for, and intrinsic value.
You’ll only need 12 minutes to finish the first section.
Section 2: Financial Statements
The second section of this course is Financial Statements. However, this section only has 1 lecture.
In this course, you will learn the overview of financial statements. It will also take you around 8 minutes to finish this lecture.
Section 3: Basics of Value Investing
The third section of the Value Investing Masterclass will teach you the basics of value investing. This section has 2 lectures that you can finish in 7 minutes.
Even though this section has 2 lectures, it only talks about Basic Valuation Methods. However, Andrew divided the topic into two parts to help students avoid getting overwhelmed with information.
Section 4: Criteria to Pick Value Investments
This is perhaps the longest section in the course. It contains around 13 lectures. In addition to that, you can finish all of the lectures in 55 minutes or less.
In this section, you will learn the various criteria for value investing. In addition to that, you’ll also learn more about cash flow, competitive moats, margins, and valuation.
Furthermore, Andrew will also teach you value traps to avoid, share ownership, future prospects, dividends, share repurchases, return on equity, leverage, and sales opportunity.
Section 5: Screening for Value Stocks
This is the 5th section of the course and it talks about how to screen for value stocks. This section contains 2 lectures. You’ll need at least 7 minutes to finish this section.
The first lecture will teach you how to screen stocks properly. You’ll learn why it’s important to screen stocks before you invest in them.
The second lecture will teach you the Finviz Stock Screening tutorial. In this lecture, you’ll learn how to screen stocks properly using the Finviz method.
Section 6: Portfolio Management
This is the final section of the course. It contains 7 lectures. You’ll need at least 21 minutes to finish this section.
In this section, you’ll learn how to manage your portfolio. You’ll also learn more about stock exposure, sector exposure, and risk tolerance.
In addition to that, this section will also teach you when to sell a stock. Finally, Andrew will also talk about why value investing is extremely difficult.
