Put these two together, and you’ll get the idea that joining Online Team Builders means that you have to be part of Essante Organics.

The representative will provide a business opportunity presentation.
There will likely inform you that many candidates are on the waiting list to encourage you to enroll as soon as possible.
However, it is per observation that Online Team Builders is associated with Essante Organics, a health goods MLM organization.
When you sign up with Online Team Builders, you'll have access to the same tools and resources as Essante Organics members, allowing you to sell and profit from Essante Organics' selection of natural health products.
To get money, Online Team Builders poses as an Essante Organics recruiter.
It is similar to other MLM systems in that users develop their learning platforms to acquire members and be paid for in a split second. Essante Organics is using Online Team Builders as an intermediary.

There is no mention of Nancy Rote, other than her LinkedIn profile.
According to the profile that has been set up, she owns Online Team Builders.
This information, though, lacks credibility as Nancy Rote is somehow a mysterious individual with not much presence in the online world.
There is not much information about her except for the few review articles that mention and link her name with Online Team Builders.
If you also take a look at their company’s website, her name was not even mentioned at all...
But let us not conclude that Online Team Builders is a scam. There is still room for more information!
Online Team Builders is not really a company but more like a recruiting technique used to support a legit company and in this case, it’s Essante Organics.
If you try searching their website, you would be directed to a page that looks quite suspicious with its too-secretive vibe as only your login info is what they’ll be asking for.
So how would you be able make use of this as a marketing tool?...
You have to get through a job interview via phone call. And at the end of it, you’ll be asked to pay $30 as your membership payment.
But here’s the catch...
That payment is actually a membership fee to join Essante Organics MLM.
Again, it works as a recruitment technique, a marketing tool.
It is not actually a job opportunity but a business opportunity and you can only call it an opportunity if you are into selling and promoting health and wellness products (again, let us not forget it’s affiliation with Essante Organics).
Here's what really happens when you get involved with it and the people behind it...
So the first thing that happens is you get an email or voice message from this guy named Robert Osborn or Jordan Barlow. Depends on who gets assigned to invite you to apply for a work from home job.
Then comes the submission of the application form. If you do submit it to them, you are then invited to attend an interview via phone call.
In the interview, you will be asked to work with them and of course offer you a position that is limited only to those who are fit for their company.
The tricky part is they don’t mention anything about the company you’ll be working for and other necessary information such as working hours and salary.
After the interview comes the most crucial part. You will have to pay $30 as your membership fee.
And if you did not do any research after getting through the interview, you might not be able to uncover the real motive behind the job they are offering you.
The interview actually is an Essante Organics recruiting presentation, a scheme for you to become a member of a company that sells health products.
Well, let us include in our inside overview of Online Team Builders the tools that they will be offering you. These digital marketing tools, according to them, can and will definitely help you build your own MLM company.
They offer Prospecting Tools which measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns. There’s also the Email Marketing Tool which guarantees you a helping hand in designing professional marketing emails.

If you try and analyse it, you can actually join Essante Organics, pay their $30 fee and become part of the company.
But if you start with Online Team Builders to help you with the marketing tools that will help you build your own MLM company, there will be more expenses for you to calculate.
You have to pay a monthly cost of around $30.
You will actually be given a free trial for a month but this also entails that after the one-month trial you will be paying them monthly for the marketing tools they are offering.

It also gives you the opportunity to earn money whenever you recruit someone.
But what you are just really interested in is if it works or not. Well, one good way to know that is by seeing what people who experienced the program have to say.
I checked multiple YouTube videos and review sites such as Glassdoor, BBB, and SiteJabber, and here's a summary of all those...

It's definitely not something that would squeeze money out of you and leave you hanging on a sideline. But, there is alw catch to this!
Remember that it is being used by Essante Organics to recruit more people in joining their company, right?
And the interview they have set up for potential recruits (which is technically just a presentation), is actually a marketing scheme that aims to get more people that would sell and promote their products.
This makes Online Team Builders the middleman between all these referrals and recruitment schemes. The goal is solely for the benefit of Essante Organics.
With that, if you are not a member of this MLM company then it wouldn’t be of much value to you.
You can make money through them but that heavily depends on your own marketing skills and not theirs and their marketing tools.

This might not be a good enough reason for you to give it a try especially that $30 is not something we can call cheap.
But if you try to look at other business opportunities that require a membership fee, 30 bucks is actually cheaper compared to them.
With that subscription, you’ll get the necessary help you need for your own MLM company...
Yes, Online Team Builders is a legit tool that can actually help you, although not a hundred percent guaranteed to build your own MLM company.
But that is if you are indeed interested in that kind of business...
It really does help those who are members of Essante Organics MLM but unfortunately not those who want to promote products that are not related to what they sell.
And here are the red flags that I found in Online Team Builders, of which you should also take note of...
As mentioned above, when they recruit you into joining their company, they don’t give much necessary details.
There is no information available on their website and you need a member’s referral link for you to sign up on what can be found in their domain.
It’s just impossible to go to their website and directly create an account...
There's even no income disclosure to prove that members do earn money!
Anyone who has been offered a job disguised as another job would find it definitely unethical.
The people behind Online Team Builders use this marketing tool to trick people into joining an MLM company.
And according to the reviews about them, the recruitment process they have set up screams fraud and scam.
So Online Team Builders is not a scam but what happens after you get accepted is definitely the scam part.
You basically need to recruit members for Essante Organics, for you to earn money. This might be connected to the selling of Essante Organics' products, but your main and sole purpose is just to recruit.
And what happens when you've exhausted all potential recruits?
You don't earn anything. You also just spend more money on the monthly fees.
When we want to know if something is good or bad, we search for its reviews online. They pretty much influence our decisions.
In the case of Online Team Builders, the amount of negative reviews they have online is too much compared to the positive ones.
According to these reviews, if you try it, you will be at a disadvantage. And that’s guaranteed.
With all of the information reviewed above, the verdict is very much clear–that Online Team Builders is not a scam but is not also a purely legitimate platform where you can earn money.
So, here's what I think about its business opportunity...
Wanting to earn extra income is doable online but it does not come so easily and it is not something that you can have without putting extra effort into it.
There are many credible online career opportunities that you can still explore and Online Team Builders is clearly not one of them.
Always remember that scams are often disguised as opportunities. One has to stay vigilant especially if money is involved.
