What is Numis Network?

Numis Network is an Multi-Level-Marketing company that is selling gold and silver coins produced solely by official government mints from around the globe.

It was founded by Christopher Kent, Ian Cordell, and Jake Kevorkian.

The gold and silver coins they sell are “numismatic,” which means that they are kept in the best possible condition and state that can be used as a collector’s item.

Numis Network is one of the first MLM companies to offer such products. They also offer their gold and silver coins using the Independent Collector Representatives.

Here is a 13-minute video showing you what Numis Network is all about.

Merger with World Ventures

Numis Network merged with another MLM company called WorldVentures on July 19, 2013.

This led to their members being able to sell both Numis Network and WorldVentures products and services which include both gold and silver coins as well as travel packages and ticket flights.

I did some thorough research and I discovered that Numis Network’s official website no longer exists.

This might mean that they’re no longer operational, although there are no solid claims to back this up.

Is Numis Network a pyramid scheme?

No, Numis Network isn’t a pyramid scheme.

The MLM’s members can still earn money by simply selling quality gold and silver coins without the need to recruit members.

But a better and more accurate question to that is… Is Numis Network a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company or organization that promises their members payment for recruiting members instead of selling a service or product.

Many countries and governments have already banned these because it is impossible for all members to make money just by simply recruiting.

Just check out this Wikipedia diagram to see why this is the case...

The members who make a lot of money are those that work round-the-clock recruiting people for this alleged MLM “business opportunity.”

But if you were to closely check the diagram above, you can see that you are going to eventually run out of people you can recruit.

Learn more on how you can spot these “pyramid schemes in disguise” in this 5-minute video...

Let's now proceed in knowing why...

Success is rare with Numis Network

You are going to have a hard time reaching success in an MLM company such as Numis Network.

Did you know that 91.87% of Numis Network members are losing money instead of earning?

What’s more is that between 72.5% and 99.9%  of all members from other MLMs are losing money as well.

92.3 Percent of Members Lose Money in MLMs

The reason for this is because MLMs have a “sales quota” which forces members to reach a certain amount of sold products for them to stay active and receive commissions.

If you are unable to sell the said number of products, then you must buy them yourself.

This is why MLM members are losing thousands of dollars before recruiting a single person. We are going to deep dive into their income disclosure later in this Numis Network review.

How does Numis Network Work?

Numis Network sells gold and silver coins while also offering the average Joe an opportunity to work from their own homes by buying their products at wholesale prices and selling them at higher retail prices.

It looks like a win-win at first glance.

But if you were to analyze the situation deeply, you’ll see that Numis Network has saved tons of money on marketing campaigns because they simply just let their members do all the hard work.

Let’s know more about...

Numis Network products

It is vital that you understand the products sold by the MLM before you decide joining.

This way, you’ll know what you’re actually selling, and in the process, somehow increase your chances of success.

I scoured the internet to see for myself their actual products. But unfortunately, I haven’t found any.

Perhaps this is because they’re not anymore operational.

Nonetheless, it is confirmed that Numis Network sells high quality gold and silver coins which are ideal to be used as a “collector’s item.”

Numis Network Review: Products

All their coins have an MS70 certification which means that they are in the most pristine condition possible. These are rare and high quality.

Sounds interesting, right? Well, take note that there are hundreds of other MLM companies that are selling the same things. Some of the most notable ones are:

All of them say that there is something special about their products and services even if it’s very clear that they are just offering the same thing...

Here is an 11-minute vvideo showing their products:

Now that you know their products...

Can you make money with Numis Network?

It is difficult to make good money from Numis Network.

Sure, there’s a few people who make some income that’s slightly higher than minimum wage. But they are working like full-time sales managers and exhausting themselves just to earn some bucks.

Even the MLM’s income disclosure shows that hardly anyone is making any commissions from Numis Network.

How to make money with Numis Network

There are 2 main ways that you can make some money from Numis Network:

  • Sell collectors item-graded gold and silver coins
  • Recruit members into the MLM to earn downline commissions

But take note that you can only earn bonuses from the sales made by your downlines and not by just recruiting.

Before learning their compensation plan, let’s know more about...

How much does it cost to join Numis Network?

You have two options if you want to join Numis Network.

It’s either you choose the basic Associate Representative package worth $75, or the advanced Executive Success System package worth $495.

You basically have more access to precious metal coins with the latter, and that’s all...

Numis Network monthly cost

Numis Network also has their own monthly sales quota where members need to maintain a minimum of 60 QV points every 2 months.

This means you must have at least 30 QV points monthly, which is worth $30, for you to stay active and earn money.

The costs for the 1st year are...

  • $75 - $495
  • $30 x 12 = $360
Numis Network Review: Monthly

Minimum costs for year 1 = $1,847

And that’s before adding up all other costs like training, marketing, travel, and gas expenses...

Numis Network compensation plan

Most MLM companies have compensation plans that are confusing. Numis Network is one of them.

But don’t worry because I’ll do my best to keep this simple and straightforward...

Numis Network offers you 7 ways to earn:

  • Retail Commissions - Earn 20% to 30% commission from every sale.
  • Customer Sales Bonus - Earn a 10% bonus from every sale.
  • Fast Track Bonus - Earn $100 every time you recruit a new member.
  • Rank Advancement Bonus - Earn $100 to $50,000 depending on the rank you are promoted to.
  • Legacy Matching Bonus - Earn a $100 bonus for every recruited member that receives a Fast Track bonus.
Numis Network Review: Compensation
  • Foundation Matching Bonus - Earn a $50 bonus every time a recruited Foundation Code member receives a $100 Legacy Matching bonus.
  • Satellite Matching Bonus - Earn a $20 bonus every time a recruited Legacy Code member receives a $100 Legacy Matching bonus.
Numis Network Review: Compensation 2

Don’t worry if you are confused because that’s completely normal for MLMs. MLM companies like to use complicated terms and fancy names so that people will think that there are a lot of ways to earn money.

When what happens in reality is that there are only 2 things to do:

  • Sell products
  • Recruit people

You can check out this 8-minute video below to know more about their compensation plan...

Is Numis Network a scam?

Numis Network wasn’t a scam even when they were still operational. They sold real high quality gold and silver coins.

But the thing is, many members were annoyed when they discovered they were losing more money instead of making money. This is why there are negative reviews out there which say Numis Network is a scam.

The remainder of this MLM review is going to help you see if that is really the case so you can decide for yourself if it’s for you or not...

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not a distributor myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what this program genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. What I like about Numis Network

Key Terms:

  • Pyramid Scheme – recruits members via a promise for payment from recruiting others into the company rather than providing a product
  • Affiliate Marketing- Connecting a customer to a product they are looking for and receiving a commission for doing so
  • Red Flag - A warning sign

#1 Immune to inflation

I’ve had a number of friends who invited me to join an MLM company just like Numis Network, saying that it’s the trend because the global financial system is becoming more volatile by the day.

This means that fiat currencies are becoming riskier by the day because their values can change rapidly.

I suggest you watch this video to learn more about fiat and how it’s set to change our financial views…

Once you understand that gold and silver are some of the best asset investments you can place your money on, you’ll see that you’ve just saved yourself from potential inflation.

So far, that’s the only thing I find good about this company...

What I don't like about Numis Network

#1 Expensive subscription

The first thing that I consider when reviewing MLMs is their subscription fees.

In the case of Numis Network, you have to pay either $75 or $495 to become a member.

Aside from that, you also have to maintain selling at least $30 worth of products every month. You even have to spend a massive $1,847 annually!

For membership?

For me, it just don’t make any sense because you’re supposed to invest money, not spend money on aimless stuff...

#2 Hidden monthly expenses

Members must reach 30 PV monthly or 60 PV every 70 days just to stay active. This is worth $30 every month.

Numis Network Review: Cons

If you can’t do this, then you have to buy the products yourself.

What usually happens with MLMs is that their members are the biggest customers because they just keep buying the products, hoping that they’ll make good money soon.

#3 Is Numis Network a pyramid scheme in disguise?

If you must spend $30 monthly to stay active, then the only way you can avoid spending $30 every single month is by recruiting people who will serve as your downline.

MLM pyramid scheme

It’s just like passing the burden to them so that you don’t have to experience it yourself...

#4 Only 1 in 606 members earn over $41k a year

Based on the Numis Network income disclosure, 88.12% of their members are earning less than $1,488 annually.

Numis Network Review: Cons 2

Meanwhile, 92.56% of members are earning a meager $1,872 yearly. Add up the fact that the members average $1,575 yearly!

In simpler words, this means that 1 in 606 members earn over $41k a year.

#5 Downward trend

The final and last deal breaker for me is what Google Trends say…

numis_network_updates

There’s hardly anyone searching for Numis Network these days. This is surely because they’re no longer operational, or at least that’s what they say.

You’re going to have a hard time selling their products if ever they come up...

My opinion - Numis Network

Numis Network has been selling interesting products in the form of gold and silver coins even when they were still operational. Their quality is good and are assured to be in mint condition.

But what can I say about their business opportunity?...

The only real way you can make good money is if you recruit loads of people and force them to sell gold and silver coins to stay active and earn money.

What usually happens is that these members are just going to end up losing money from Numis Network.

For me, that doesn’t sound like an ethical business model you’d like to be a member....

How I make passive income online

MLMs are not scams or illegal. However, I'm not a fan of them because of the restrictions to the expensive products you have to promote.

Once I learnt about affiliate marketing, I realised it's a far superior business model because:

  • You can promote anything you want and truly own the business
  • You never need to sell to friends and family
  • It's completely free to start

In 2018 I had no idea what affiliate marketing was.

But I went from a full time PE teacher to making a passive income online within one year...
